Disclosed is a drive integrated circuit for controlling a traffic light. The drive IC comprises an input end and an output end, an input low-voltage control circuit, a gain control circuit, a driving circuit, an impedance loop and a phase detection circuit. The input low-voltage control circuit connects to the input end of the drive IC, and receives a first external signal. The gain control circuit connects to the input low-voltage control circuit. The driving circuit connects to the gain control circuit. The impedance loop connects to the input end to detect whether the traffic light is damaged. The phase detection circuit connects to the input end to detect a phase difference of the driving signal. By integrating circuits having different detection and control functions in one single chip, the cost of the drive IC decreases and the traffic light can have a less thick structure.

A light emitting device includes a casing, a light blocking member, and a light emitting unit. The light blocking member is disposed within the casing, and is adapted to block an ambient light incident into the casing. The light emitting unit is disposed within the casing.

The illuminated sign includes a frame defining a space, a light emitting module received in the space and having a plurality of light emitting members disposed on a circuit substrate, an optical path conversion component provided on the frame to correspond to the light emitting members, and a light uniformizing component positioned a distance above the optical path conversion component. The space is compartmented to form a predetermined pattern, projecting a desired signal when the light emitting members in different compartments of the space are selectively illuminated.

A light emitting diode (LED) traffic signal light module is provided. The LED traffic signal light module comprises a housing, an LED module, a power supply module and a lens set. The LED module is disposed on an inner wall in the housing. The power supply module is disposed in the housing, wherein the power supply module is electrically connected to the LED module. The lens set is disposed on the housing.
