The present invention discloses a light emitting device. The device may include a printed circuit board, a reflective layer formed on the printed circuit board, a light guide layer formed on the reflective layer, and one or more light sources provided on one or more sides of the light guide layer to allow light to enter the light guide layer from the one or more sides, wherein the light guide layer may be bent with one or more curves, and wherein one surface of the light guide layer may be formed with a plurality of microstructures so as to achieve the best lighting effect and to increase luminance uniformity.

Light emitting devices

A vehicular headlamp includes a reflector, a lighting element and a shade with a reflection body. The shade is fixed to the reflector, with the reflection body extending forward from the front end of the shade. The reflection body includes a reflective surface inclined to face a front of the headlamp and a supplemental light plane inclined to face a rear of the headlamp. The lighting element emits light to the reflector, which is then reflected towards the upper surface of the shade, the reflective surface of the reflection body, and the supplemental light plane, before being projected as a main light beam towards an outside of the vehicle. The reflective surface and the supplemental light plane redirect at least a portion of light from a lower part of the main light beam and the supplemental light plane redirect at least a portion of projected on an opposite lane, an upper part of the main light beam.

Vehicular headlamp having shade element with reflective portions

A lighting structure of a vehicular headlamp module includes a reflector, and a base is located under the reflector and has a lighting element. A shade is integrated at the base, and its central region has a shape of arc and protrudes toward the base. A top of a first reflection body has a reflective inclined plane, which is located at the front end of the base and in back of the shade, A second reflection body has a light-blocking inclined plane, which is located at the front end of the base and in front of the shade and located at the other side of the prominent point. A projection lens set is connected with the base. The light emitted from the lighting element is transmitted through, reflected to and refracted by the projection lens set to form a clear light-distributed pattern that prevents from glare.

Lighting structure of a vehicular headlamp module

An optical lens includes a first curved surface and a second curved surface. The first curved surface is for receiving a light ray, and includes a first curve, a second curve, a first symmetrical curve and a second symmetrical curve disposed on a first plane, and a third curve and a fourth curve disposed on a third plane. The second curved surface is opposite to the first curved surface, and includes a fifth curve, a sixth curve, a fifth symmetrical curve and a sixth symmetrical curve disposed on the first plane, and a seventh curve and an eighth curve disposed on the third plane. The first plane is perpendicular to the third plane, and the curvatures of all the curves are controlled by a weight factor, so that the light ray is emitted onto a preset area through the optical lens.
