A ball retainer is provided. The ball retainer includes a chain belt, a hook portion, and a recess portion. The chain belt has a first end and a second end. The hook portion is disposed at the first end. The recess portion is disposed at the second end. An outer circumferential side and an inner circumferential side are formed after the hook portion of the ball retainer is snapped into the recess portion. During operation of the ball retainer after the hook portion is snapped into the recess portion, an acting force is applied to the chain belt so that the hook portion is disengaged from the recess portion. During operation of the ball retainer after the acting force disappears, the first end and the second end of the chain belt approach each other so that the hook portion is accordingly snapped into the recess portion.

Ball retainer

A linear motion system comprises a guiding member, a moving member, a plurality of rolling members and a preload adjusting module. The moving member is slidably disposed on the guiding member. The moving member and the guiding member together form a circulation path. When the guiding member moves with relative to the moving member, the moving member can generate a linear movement with relative to the guiding member. The rolling members are accommodated in the circulation path. The preload adjusting module is disposed on the moving member, and comprises a preload assembly and a preload regulator. The preload regulator applies a thrust to the preload assembly to adjust a preload value generated by the rolling members and applied to the moving member.

Linear motion system

A linear motion system includes a guiding member, a moving member, a plurality of rolling members, a controller, a preload sensing member and a preload adjusting module. The moving member is slidably disposed on the guiding member, and the moving member and the guiding member together form a circulation path. The rolling members are accommodated in the circulation path. The preload sensing member is disposed on the moving member. The preload sensing member detects a preload value generated by the rolling members and applied to the moving member, and outputs a detecting signal to the controller. The preload driver and adjusting assembly of the preload adjusting module are disposed on the moving member. The controller controls the preload driver to adjust the adjusting assembly according to the detecting signal to adjust the preload value to a preset value.

A linear motion module comprises a linear rail, a sliding block and balls. The sliding block is slidingly disposed on the linear rail and comprises a sliding block body, circulation elements and end caps. The inside of the sliding block body is configured with inner circulation grooves, the inner circulation groove and the rail groove constitute an inner circulation passage, and each of two sides of the sliding block body is configured with at least a circulation channel that corresponds to the inner circulation passage and penetrates through the sliding block body. Each of the circulation elements includes at least a circulation tube, and the opposite two circulation tubes are connected to each other to constitute an outer circulation passage. Each of the end caps is configured with at least two circulation guiding grooves, and the circulation guiding groove is connected to the inner and outer circulation passages.
