Herein disclosed are a method and a test probe for testing an electrical component. The electrical component comprises at least a first electrode and a second electrode. The method comprises the following steps: covering the first electrode with a first conducting flexible layer; driving a first electrode contact to electrically connect a first end of the first electrode contact with the first electrode via the first conducting flexible layer; covering the second electrode with a second conducting flexible layer; and driving a second electrode contact to electrically connect a second end of the second electrode contact with the second electrode via the second conducting flexible layer. The first conducting flexible layer is an anisotropic conductive film.

Electrical component testing method and test probe

A communication device of handling a public land mobile network (PLMN) selection in a roaming network comprises a storage unit for storing instructions and a processing means coupled to the storage unit. The processing means is configured to execute the instructions stored in the storage unit. The instructions comprise determining that the communication device is roaming; selecting a preferred roaming PLMN with a preferred roaming PLMN ID to camp on, if the preferred roaming PLMN ID stored in a subscriber identity module (SIM) of the communication device; and selecting a first roaming PLMN with a first roaming PLMN ID to camp on, if the preferred roaming PLMN ID is not stored in the SIM of the communication device, or the communication device does not find the preferred roaming PLMN and the first roaming PLMN ID is associated with a first home PLMN ID of the communication device.

Device and method of handling a public land mobile network selection

A solar cell testing system includes a multifunctional testing light source, a measuring unit, and an arithmetic unit. The multifunctional testing light source is configured to be switched to output a simulated solar light to a solar cell or asynchronously output a plurality of narrowband lights to the solar cell. The measuring unit is coupled to the solar cell and measures the solar cell's response to the simulated solar light and response to the asynchronously outputted narrowband lights. The arithmetic unit is coupled to the multifunctional testing light source and the measuring unit; it determines the solar cell's conversion efficiency and spectral response based on the solar cell's response to the simulated solar light and response to the asynchronously outputted narrowband lights.
