A two-stage fixing device includes a seat body mounted on a preset circuit board, and a positioning fastener having a base positioned on the seat body. The base has an integrated first positioning body and second positioning body, which are used for the preset first interface card and preset second interface card plugged into respective preset electrical connectors to be rotated and resisted, and then firmly fixed on the base. By moving the base and an operating portion of a buckle member of the positioning fastener, a first elastic member and a second elastic member loaded on the base can be elastically deformed to recede and tilt up, so that the preset first and second interface cards can be separated from the positioning fastener to achieve rapid positioning and disassembly of multiple interface cards of the present invention.

Two-stage fixing device

A fixing device includes a docking element having a through hole on the base thereof and two fixing portions at two sides of the base for fixing to a preset first panel, a positioning mechanism, and a rotating mechanism. Turning the rotating element generates a linkage between the rotating sleeve and the positioning element, and forms a rotating and lifting displacement for the positioning sleeve set inside the rotating sleeve to generate a clamp and cause the positioning element to generate a rotating and lifting displacement. Through the positioning portion of the positioning element, it passes through the through hole of the docking element and is held against the base of the docking element to achieve a solid combination of the preset first panel and the preset second panel. It has the purpose of being stable and not easy to loosen and break away, and has the effect of easy operation.

Fixing device

A two-stage fixing device includes a base member positioned on a preset circuit board, and a positioning fastener with a holder base thereof positioned on the base member. The holder base has first and second positioning blocks used to resist a first interface card and a second interface card that are plugged into respective preset electrical connectors on the preset circuit board, thereby stably positioning them on the holder base. By moving the holder base and the operating portion of the clasp, the first and second elastic members on the holder base can each retreat and tilt through elastic compression deformation. Then, the first and second interface cards can be separated from the positioning fastener, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid positioning and disassembly of multiple interface cards in the present invention.

A fixing device includes a docking element having a through hole on the base thereof and two fixing portions at two sides of the base for fixing to a preset first panel, a positioning mechanism, and a rotating mechanism. Turning the rotating element generates linkage between the rotating sleeve and positioning element, and forms a rotating and lifting displacement for the positioning sleeve set inside the rotating sleeve to generate a clamp and cause the positioning element to generate a rotating and lifting displacement. Through the positioning portion of the positioning element, it passes through the through hole of the docking element and is held against the base of the docking element to achieve a solid combination of the preset first panel and the preset second panel. It has the purpose of being stable and not easy to loosen and break away, and has the effect of easy operation.

A chassis quick release device includes a housing including a base with a connected sliding channel and accommodating space therein and a cover assembled with the base, a locking block linearly movably set in the accommodating space, and an operating handle having a rod body positioned on the sliding channel and a grip assembled with the rod body. The rod body has a cylindrical joint that corresponds to the grip and has a shaft groove defined therein. The grip is provided with a sleeve corresponding to the cylindrical joint and defining therein an accommodating cavity. Moving the operating handle in the direction of the housing causes the locking block to slide out from the accommodating space to form a locked state. Pulling the operating handle away from the housing causes the locking block to move linearly in a second direction to form an unlocked state.

Chassis quick release device

A push controlled positioning device includes a base with a through shaft hole, a push block horizontally and slidably coupled to the base and holding two limiting balls in two opposite through holes, and an axle seat with a shaft rod inserted into the shaft hole of the base and locked in place by the limiting balls under the effect of the elastic restoring force of an elastic member in the push block. When the push block is pushed laterally, the balls enter respective loosening grooves in the push block to unlock the axle seat, allowing removability of the base and the push block from the axle seat.

Push controlled positioning device

A pressable locating device and a driving mechanism are disclosed. The locating device includes a shaft, a restraining rod and a restraining member; an accommodation space and a shaft hole of a sleeve of the driving mechanism are mounted on the shaft, the restraining rod and the restraining member. The pressing unit is movably assembled in the accommodation space and includes an inner sliding channel disposed on a bottom thereof, and the restraining member and the restraining rod are movably slid in the inner sliding channel. The inner sliding channel includes a through hole formed on a side thereof, and a locating member is axially movable in the through hole, so as to radially move to restrain with or depart from the restraining rod, along the restraining member. An elastic part is disposed and reciprocated between the bottom of the pressing unit and the accommodation space.

Pressable locating device and driving mechanism

A floating fastener with shock-absorbing structure includes a base having a cylindrical portion and a bottom plate and an abutment ring and an inner ring formed in the cylindrical portion, a fixing element having a head, a shank and locking portion, a flexible liner having a top-sided positioning embedding portion placed in a first fixing hole of a preset first plate, a positioning tube having a tube body and a protruding ring portion, and a buffer pad having a ring groove positioned on the protruding ring portion of the positioning tube. The assembly structure of the positioning tube and the buffer pad is placed outside the cylindrical portion of the base from top to bottom through the perforation of the positioning tube to form a positioning, and the bottom side of the buffer pad is held against the upper surface of the preset first plate.

Floating fastener with shock-absorbing structure

A chassis quick release device includes a housing including a base provided with a sliding channel, a compression space, and accommodating space, a rotating space and a shaft in the rotating space and covered with a cover, a locking block linearly movably set in the accommodating space and providing a guide groove, a guide chamber, a receiving groove and an elastic member set in the receiving groove, a locking member having a shaft hole coupled to the shaft, a rotary reset member positioned on the shaft, resisting edge located at one end thereof that can rotate and protrude from the housing and a locking edge located at the other end thereof, and an operating handle including a rod body positioned in the sliding channel, the guide groove and the guide chamber and mounted with a grp and having a locking portion stopped against the guide chamber.

A handle locking structure includes a handle having a pivot portion pivotally connected to a sliding box, a buckle portion for hooking on a cabinet and a handle shaft, and a positioning structure including a base connected to the handle shaft, a positioning device mounted in the base and an elastic member placed on the positioning device. When the handle is hooked on the cabinet, a peripheral limiter of a head member of the positioning device is disengaged from a position-limiting notch of the base to reset the elastic member, so that the positioning device is automatically locked to the sliding box, avoiding vibration of the handle and improving the locking stability of the handle.

Handle locking structure

A fastener includes a base having a joint plate extended therefrom toward a first direction, a joint plate extended from the joint plate toward a second direction and configured to secure to an electronic base board, and a fastening member protruded thereon toward a third direction. The fastener includes an elastic compressive unit connected to the joint plate and including a pushing part configured to abut with a circuit board downwardly rotated. Subject to the stress in the first direction and applied by the circuit board, the pushing part is moved back and the elastically-compressive unit is compressed to make the circuit board rotate to the bottom side of the pushing part, and an edge of the circuit board can be inserted into and abutted thereon the fastening member, and the circuit board is accommodated in a fastening space formed on the outside of the fastening member.

Fastener for securing interface card

A locating device includes a guiding member, a sliding member and a pulling assembly. The guiding member includes a guiding channel inwardly cut through a top thereof, and the sliding member has side plates which each has a locating part. The pulling assembly comprises a pulling body having a guiding element, a fastening element disposed on a side thereof opposite to the guiding element. When the pulling body is in an open state, the fastening element is not located on the locating part; when the pulling body performs a locking operation, the guiding element is slid in the guiding channel and the sliding member is simultaneously slid in another direction opposite to the guiding element; when the pulling body is in a locked state, the fastening element is located on the locating part. Therefore, operational difficulty can be reduced and assembly speed can be improved.

Locating device

A positioning fastener includes a base having a seat plate extended therefrom, a fixing portion disposed below the base for fastening to an electronic substrate, and an elastic positioning structure disposed above the base and including an urging plate, a pressing plate connected to the urging plate, a positioning space defined therein and a positioning member disposed at a bottom side thereof. The urging plate and the pressing plate are squeezed backwards and elastically deformed by a circuit board that is rotated downward so that the circuit board passes the urging plate and moves into the positioning space of the elastic positioning structure and a suspended board edge of the circuit board is secured in position by the positioning member. The pressing plate can be pressed by an external force to lift the urging plate, allowing the circuit board to be rotated in direction away from the positioning member.

Positioning fastener

A handle mounting structure includes a handle including a handle shaft with a sliding space defined in one side thereof and a mounting unit located at one end thereof, a locking mechanism including an insert plate slidably inserted into the sliding space and a torsion spring mounted in the sliding space and stopped between the handle and the insert plate to impart a pressure to the insert plate toward the outside of the sliding space, and a positioning device including a flat base pivotally coupled to the handle and a hook block located at a bottom side of the flat base. The handle can be fastened to a sliding box of a cabinet through locking mechanism and the positioning device, so that the handle is not easily separated from the sliding box, and the sliding box can be surely pulled out of or pushed into the cabinet through the handle.

Handle mounting structure

A locating device includes casing including position-limiting member defining therein receiving space and two opposing receiving slots and mounting structure on two opposite side walls thereof, fitting member having recess, through hole cut through recess, axle structure provided in recess and positioning structure for positioning in mounting structure of casing, and operating device set including lever having pivot connection head inserted through through hole into receiving space, pivot connection portion located on pivot connection head and pivotally connected to axle structure and sliding slot located on pivot connection head and sliding rod movably mounted in sliding slot and having end portion located on each of two opposite ends thereof and disposed in receiving slot. Operating device set is movable relative to fitting member between an open position where the positioning structure is unlocked from mounting structure, and a close position where the positioning structure is locked to mounting structure.
