A method for allocating wireless resources based on sensitivity to interference provides a base station controller which, within an area of overlap of adjacent wireless cells, determines a set of neighboring cell pairs from a plurality of cells. The base station controller sorts the set of neighboring cell pairs according to the number of inner-pair interfered user equipment devices of each neighboring cell pair where inner-pair interfered user equipment devices are user equipment devices located in coverage areas of the neighboring cell pair and allocates resource blocks for each neighboring cell pair sequentially based on the sorted set. An apparatus employing the method is also disclosed.

A method for selecting a beamforming technique, applied in an apparatus of a multi-cell network, provides optimization to maximize effective throughput of communication based on the multi-cell network, the optimization is modelled as a Markovian decision process, and a multi-agent reinforcement learning framework is built based on the multi-cell network. A multi-agent reinforcement learning algorithm is used to generate the optimization and obtain a current beamforming selection strategy of all base stations.

In an embodiment, a base station (BS) receives one or more first data transmitting from at least one of one or more transmitting user equipments (UEs). The BS transmits a message including assistance parameters for performing a full-duplex data transmission, to at least one of one or more receiving UEs, wherein the parameters are associated with information of reducing an interference from the at least one of the transmitting UEs. A maximum power point tracking method is provided. The method includes the following steps. Perform a power conversion operation by a converter according to a duty cycle signal so as to convert an input power supplied by an energy harvester into an output power, wherein the converter includes an inductor, and a current flowing through the inductor increases in an energy-storing duration and decreases in an energy-releasing duration. Obtain a length of the energy-releasing duration. Distributed multimedia access system and method

A network resource allocation system and method of the same are provided according to the present invention. The system and method are applicable to a wireless mesh network, the method including: programming traffic of connections between routers; exchanging data between neighboring routers, thereby enabling the routers to perform dispersive network resource allocation according to the exchanged data; checking a local time window and a global time window for expiration by the router; and, under the condition of local performance deterioration or local traffic variation, activating a local routing adjustment mechanism by the router, wherein, if global performance deterioration currently exists, then activating a global optimization mechanism by a central controller, and, if not, then resetting the global time window. Accordingly, the present invention is capable of perceiving the traffic status of each connection between routers, thereby efficiently directing traffic to various channels and wireless transceivers.
