A biomimetic turtle device includes a trunk unit, a limb unit and a control unit. The control unit includes a water depth sensor which detects water depth where the biomimetic turtle device is, and a circuit module which receives the signal from the water depth sensor and determines if the biomimetic turtle device is at a target water depth position, wherein a driving mechanism or a weight adjusting mechanism is operated if the biomimetic turtle device is not at the target water depth position to vary the volume or weight of the trunk unit so as to adjust density of the trunk unit to thereby adjust a water depth position of the biomimetic turtle device.

Biomimetic turtle device

A biomimetic waterfowl includes a housing, two waterfowl legs, and a driving module. The waterfowl legs are spaced apart from each other in a left-right direction and are mounted to a bottom portion of the housing. Each waterfowl leg includes a first segment mounted to the housing and rotatable about a first axis parallel to the left-right direction, and a second segment rotatable about a second axis parallel to the first axis. The driving module is mounted to the housing and is configured to drive the waterfowl legs. Each of the waterfowl legs is movable between a retracted state, where the first segment extends forwardly from the housing and the second segment extends rearwardly from the first segment, and a propelling state, where the first segment extends rearwardly from the housing and the second segment extends rearwardly from the first segment.

Biomimetic waterfowl

A small form-factor pluggable transceiver is coupled to a cable connector and a network device. The small form-factor pluggable transceiver includes a first connection port, a conversion unit, a transceiver unit, and a second connection port. The conversion unit includes a bandwidth indication pin, and the transceiver unit includes a detection pin. The transceiver unit operates in a normal state based on providing a first voltage level by the detection pin, and operates in an abnormal state based on providing the second voltage level by the detection pin. The bandwidth indication pin indicates that a signal source received by the first connection port is a copper cable-type signal source, and indicates that a rate of the signal source is an invalid rate. The detection pin provides the first voltage level based on the invalid rated by being coupled to a ground point.

Small form-factor pluggable transceiver

An underwater robotic device includes a housing unit, a control unit and a propelling unit. The housing unit includes a base seat and an upper cover in liquid-tight engagement with the base seat. The control unit is disposed within the housing unit and includes a circuit module and a center-of-gravity transferring module which is electronically connected with the circuit module. The center-of-gravity transferring module has a movable weight member and a transfer driving mechanism which drives movement of the weight member so as to vary a position of a center of gravity of the underwater robotic device and to control downward and upward moving directions of the underwater robotic device in the water. The propelling unit is connected with the housing unit and is electronically connected with the control unit to produce a propelling force to move the underwater robotic device forward in the water.

Underwater robotic device

This disclosure is directed to an electrical connector having an insulative seat, a first terminal group and a second terminal group. The first terminal group has first terminals embedded in the insulative seat, the first terminals are separated from each other, and each first terminal has a first wiring end. The second terminal group is separated from the first terminal group, the second terminal group has second terminals and a connecting strip, the second terminals are embedded in the insulative seat, each second terminal has a second wiring end. The first and the second terminals are arranged on a reference plane, the first and the second terminals protrude from one side of the insulative seat, and the second terminals are bent to deviate from the reference plane, and the connecting strip is connected with the second terminals to make the second terminals be electrically connected with each other.

Electrical connector with easier manufacturing and assembly

An electrical connector and a cable grounding structure thereof are disclosed. A grounding structure is bridged between a connection body of the electrical connector and each cable, and includes a bridging portion, at least one clamping portion, at least one docking portion, and an elastic portion. The clamping portion is disposed on the bridging portion for clamping a covering layer of each cable, and the docking portion is extended from the bridging portion toward the connection body and electrically connected to connection body, and the elastic portion is attached and pressed against the covering layer of each cable, so as to provide good grounding contact and prevent the issue of skewing the cables and other factors that affects the soldering yield.

Electrical connector and cable grounding structure thereof

A circuit element protection apparatus applied to a signal input terminal, the circuit element protection apparatus includes a slave processing unit, a main processing unit, a first soft start unit and a second soft start unit. The first soft start unit receives a signal from the signal input terminal, and is used for noise filtering on the signal and delayed a transmission of the signal to the slave processing unit. The second soft start unit receives the signal from the signal input terminal, and is used for noise filtering on the signal and delayed the transmission of the signal to the main processing unit. Circuit element protection apparatus and protection method for circuit elements

A coupling method of an optical module is provided. A circuit board with a light emitting element emitting an output light and an output lens are provided. The light emitting element is covered by the output lens. The output lens is connected to an output meter. The output lens and the circuit board are moved relatively. An intensity of the output light is measured by the output meter. An output qualified region is defined based on a region where the output lens is located when the intensity of the output light is greater than an output requirement. The aforementioned steps are repeated for a predetermined number of times. The output lens and the circuit board are moved relatively in an intersection area of the output qualified regions. The output lens is fixed on the circuit board when the intensity of the output light is greater than the output requirement.

Coupling method of optical module

A connector includes multiple ground terminals, multiple signal terminals, a cable and a ground assembly. The cable includes multiple ground wires and multiple signal wires. The ground assembly includes a plate and multiple protrusion structures. Each protrusion structure is arranged spacedly and extended from the plate. A top of each protrusion structure is higher than a surface of the plate. Each ground wire is electrically connected with each ground terminal and each protrusion structure. Each signal wire is electrically connected with each signal terminal. Each signal wire is formed between any two of the protrusion structures adjacent to each other. Therefore, high-speed transmission of digital signals may be undistortedly implemented.

Electrical connector

A cable connector includes a case, a fastener and an unlocking member. At least one side of the case has a texture area with a guide surface which is a smooth surface. The fastener is attached on the case and extended with a flexible arm. Part of the flexible arm is attached to the guide surface. The unlocking member includes a handle and a pushing block connected to the handle. The pushing block is sandwiched between the case and the flexible arm. When the unlocking member is pulled, the pushing block moves along the guide surface to separate the flexible arm from the case. When the unlocking member is released, the pushing block is pressed by the flexible arm to slide and return along the guide surface. The pushing block may return to original position without elasticity of a spring to simplify the structure and save the costs.

Cable connector

A card edge connector structure includes: an insulation main body, having one side disposed with an insertion surface and having another side disposed with an installation surface; the insertion surface has an insertion port; two electrical conductive terminal sets, disposed in the insulation main body with a parallel arrangement means; each electric conductive terminal set has a positioning seat, grounding terminals and electrical conductive terminals protruded from the positioning seat, each grounding terminal has an inner side, a first end exposed in the insertion port and a second end exposed on the installation surface; and a grounding plate, disposed between the two electrical conductive terminal sets; two sides of the grounding plate are extended with grounding elastic arms towards a direction of each first end, and each grounding elastic arm is elastically abutted against the inner side of each grounding terminal.
