A harmonic deceleration module, a dynamic power device, an automatic mobile vehicle, a transfer apparatus, a dynamic power supply system, and an electric bicycle are provided. The harmonic deceleration module includes a connecting member, a flexible bearing, a first frame, a first circular spline, a second frame, and a second circular spline. When the connecting member is driven, the connecting member rotates around a central axis. The connecting member has a cam part, and the cam part and the flexible bearing jointly form a wave generator. The wave generator is configured to be driven by the connecting member to drive a flexspline to continually and flexibly deform, and the flexspline drives the second circular spline and the second frame connected to the second circular spline to rotate. The second frame has a hollow channel penetrating through the second frame along the central axis.

A harmonic speed reducer is provided. The harmonic speed reducer includes a wave generator, a flexible gear, a first rigid gear, and a second rigid gear. The wave generator can be driven to rotate relative to a central axis. The flexible gear has a plurality of first outer gear structures, a division groove, and a plurality of second outer gear structures. The first rigid gear has a plurality of first inner gear structures configured to be engaged with the first outer gear structures. The second rigid gear has a plurality of second inner gear structures configured to be engaged with the second outer gear structures. A first intersection line is defined between each of the first inner gear structures and a sectional surface. An angle between the first intersection line and a first horizontal line is within a range from 0.1 degrees to 5 degrees.

A rotating device includes a rotating disc and a combined transmission shaft. The rotating disc includes a turret and multiple driven rollers. The combined transmission shaft includes a first roller gear cam and a second roller gear cam. The first roller gear cam includes a first shaft, a combined shaft and a first helical tooth. The combined shaft protrudes outward from a side of the first shaft. The first shaft is surrounded by the first helical tooth and has a first outer surface and a first inner surface. The second roller gear cam includes a second shaft and a second helical tooth. The second shaft has a combination hole. The second shaft is surrounded by the second helical tooth and has a second outer surface and a second inner surface. The combined shaft passes through the combination hole.

A hybrid powertrain mechanism includes: a first epicyclic train having first and second sun gears and a planetary gear to be coupled to the first and second sun gears; a second epicyclic train having third and fourth sun gears and a planetary gear to be coupled to the third and fourth sun gears; a first electric machine having one end coupled to the second sun gear; a second electric machine having one end coupled to the fourth sun gear; a first clutch having one end coupled to another end of the first electric machine; a second clutch having one end coupled to another end of the first clutch and another end coupled to the third sun gear; and an engine coupled to the first sun gear. Various driving modes are provided by changing the states of the first and second clutches and the operating modes of the first and second electric machines.

Hybrid powertrain mechanism

A hybrid mechanism is provided, including: an engine, a first motor, a second motor, a clutch, a hybrid unit, a differential, and a battery. The clutch, the second motor and the engine are sequentially coupled to one end of the hybrid unit, and the first motor and the battery are coupled to the other end of the hybrid mechanism. The battery provides supplying currents to the first motor or the second motor or receives range-extend currents from the second motor. The hybrid unit includes a first sun gear, a second sun gear, at least one planetary gear coupled to the first and second sun gears, and a planet carrier coupled to the at least one planetary gear. The hybrid mechanism has four modes. The hybrid unit harmonizes the first driving force from the first motor and the engine and the second driving force from the second motor and outputs a harmonized driving force to the differential.

The present invention relates to a hybrid power-generating device and a power generating method thereof. The hybrid power-generating device is primarily comprised of: a primary electrical generator and an auxiliary electrical generator with different characteristics, both mechanically coupled to a prime while enabling the rated power of the auxiliary electrical generator to be smaller than that of the primary electrical generator; wherein, as the prime is operating at a low rotation speed or at its initial operating stage, the auxiliary electrical generator is enabled to be driven and activated thereby; and as the operating speed of the driver is stabilized and reaches a predetermined value, the primary electrical generator is then being driven and activated thereby. By the aforesaid hybrid power-generating device, not only the overall performance and the stability of power grid are enhanced, but also the operating cost is reduced.

Hybrid power-generating device

A wind turbine with a self-contained power system is disclosed. The self-contained power system comprises an auxiliary generator with a winding disposed on the rotor side while the magnetic poles of the auxiliary generator are disposed at components moving relatively to the rotation of the rotor. Thereby, a back electromotive force (emf) is generated in the winding due to the relative motion of the winding with respect to the magnetic poles as the rotor is rotating, and consequently the self-contained power system generates electricity to provide the power for driving the rotor to rotate. Therefore, the ability of the wind turbine to operate independently is enhanced since the amount of back-up power supply required is reduced and the structure of the wind turbine is simplified. Therefore the cost of the wind turbine is reduced, and the system reliability is increased.

Wind turbine with self-contained power system

An auxiliary-bicycle torsion sensing and large gear plate minimization apparatus, arranged in transmission apparatus of an auxiliary-bicycle, includes a sun gear, a unidirectional device, a planet gear set and a sensing device. The sun gear of planet gear set is connected to the crank axle of auxiliary-bicycle and driven directly with it. The stepping power of crank axle is output to the large gear plate of auxiliary-bicycle through the transmission of sun gear, planet gear and unidirectional device. Also, one side of swing arm, used for pivotally arranging sun gear and planet gear, is arranged with the sensing device. When crank axle is rotated by the stepping force of rider, the swing arm will generate a rotation torsion, and sensing device senses the torsion value to control the power output of driving motor. The present invention has the characteristics of simple structure, low manufacture cost, more accurate sensitivity, and further instant changeable rotation ratio between crank axle and large gear plate to meet the object of broader application, such as the outlook beautification due to the minimization of large gear plate.

Auxiliary-bicycle torsion sensing and large gear plate minimization apparatus

A self-contained change speed apparatus for use on a bicycle. It has fixed shaft, a hub body rotatably supported on the fixed shaft, a change speed device controlled to turn the hub body about the fixed shaft at one of a series of speeds, and a power input member adapted to provide driving power, A clutch is moved between an active position and a non-active position and adapted to transmit driving power from the power input member to the change speed device. A control mechanism changes the speed ratio of the change speed device, advances the clutch to the non-active position before changing the speed of the change speed device, and delays the movement of the clutch to the active position, for permitting driving power to be returned to the change speed device after a change of the speed ratio of the change speed device.

Self-contained change speed apparatus for use on a bicycle

The present invention relates to a speed-changing transmission hub for a bicycle comprising: a central shaft; a controlling device; a planetary gear system, which comprises a planet gear holder, holding several planet gears; a second ring gear; a first ring gear; and two sun gears. Variations of speed are realized by separately fixing the sun gears of different diameters. There is no switching of input and no reversal of the rotation of the sun gears. The sun gears only need to be controlled by a one-way clutch guided by the controlling device, which is mounted on the central shaft. Thereby the arrangement is simplified and its weight is reduced.
