A brake device of a rotating motor is disclosed and includes a base, an upper plate, a sliding plate, a transmission component, a lining plate, a connection element, a planar plate and an elastic component. A rotating shaft runs through the base in an axial direction. The sliding plate is arranged between the base and the upper plate, and driven by the drive module. The transmission component is sleeved and fixed on the rotating shaft, and includes a sleeved peripheral edge, a limiting portion, and a perforation. The limiting portion is protruded outwardly from the sleeved peripheral edge in a radial direction, and the perforation is passed through the limiting portion along the axial direction. The lining plate sleeved on the sleeved peripheral edge is located between the sliding plate and the upper plate. The elastic component is arranged between the planar plate and the limiting portion.

A mechanical arm system includes at least two links, at least two control devices and at least two motor devices. Each of the control devices includes a first control unit, a mechanical arm control unit and a driving unit. The first control unit receives an end-position command to output a first torque signal. The mechanical arm control unit includes a rigid mechanical unit and a mechanical model unit. The rigid mechanical unit receives the first torque signal to obtain a rigid mechanical torque, and the mechanical model unit receives the rigid mechanical torque and operates the flexible mechanical model to establish the mechanical arm model for obtaining the target torque, and the target position signal is output according to the target torque. The driving unit generates a driving signal according to the target position signal to adjust a rotation angle of the corresponding motor device.

Mechanical arm system and mechanical arm control method

The present disclosure provides an ultrasonic drive and driving method configured for driving an ultrasonic tool. The ultrasonic drive includes a switch module, a sensing element and a control element. The sensing element senses the voltage and current of the ultrasonic tool and generates a sensing signal accordingly. The control element receives the sensing signal and outputs a control signal. The switch module outputs an ultrasonic signal according to the control signal for controlling the vibration of the ultrasonic tool. When the ultrasonic drive operates a frequency sweep function, the control element determines an operating interval and an operating frequency of the ultrasonic signal. When the ultrasonic drive operates a frequency following function, the control element adjusts the operating frequency according to the sensing signal for keeping the impedance of the ultrasonic tool consistent.

A controlling method of an encoder includes: detecting a rotation angle of a rotor of a motor coupled to the encoder to generate a first counting trigger signal and a second counting trigger signal so as to perform a turn number counting procedure; determining whether a period that an operating voltage of a driving circuit of the motor is smaller than a threshold voltage exceeds a preset time; and when the period exceeds the preset time, controlling a switching unit of the encoder to allow a battery of the encoder to provide a backup voltage to the encoder such that the encoder enters a low power processing procedure.

An electronic device includes a motor, a sensing device and a controller. The motor provides a motive power to the load. The sensing device measures a plurality of motion parameters of the motor. The controller calculates a real system parameter between the motor and the load according to the motion command and the plurality of motion parameters. According to the motion command and the plurality of motion parameters, the controller acquires a real value of a rotation speed of the motor. Moreover, controller establishes a system model according to the motion command and the real system parameter so as to acquire an estimated value of the rotation speed of the motor. If the first mean square error is not smaller than the first target value, the controller performs a particle swarm optimization algorithm to change the estimated value of the rotation speed of the motor.

Electronic device and control method thereof

A two-stage cycloid speed reducer comprises two rotating disc assemblies. Each rotating disc assembly comprises two cycloid discs. In other words, the cycloid speed reducer has four cycloid discs to be in contact with the corresponding rollers. Consequently, the load withstood by each cycloid disc is reduced. Since the cycloid speed reducer has stronger structural strength, the cycloid speed reducer can be applied to the high-load circumstance. Moreover, an eccentric assembly of the eccentric device includes a plurality of eccentric cylinders. The eccentric cylinders are disposed within the axle holes of the corresponding cycloid discs. Due to the eccentric cylinders, the eccentric direction of two cycloid discs is opposite to the eccentric direction of the other two cycloid discs. Consequently, it is not necessary to install an additional weight compensation device in the cycloid speed reducer to compensate the dynamic equilibrium. Moreover, the cycloid speed reducer can be assembled easily.

A production system, a drive and an operating method provide the functions of quality measurement and mechanism diagnosis. The production system has a hierarchical processing structure. The drive includes a real system driving module and a virtual system driving module. The real system driving module generates a mechanism real operation parameter information. In a system identification mode, the drive creates at least one virtual mechanism model. The drive generates a mechanism stimulation operation parameter information according to a processing strategy of a controller, the mechanism real operation parameter information and the at least one virtual mechanism model. The controller performs a quality measurement operation, performs a mechanism diagnosis operation and/or adjusts the processing strategy according to the mechanism real operation parameter information and the mechanism stimulation operation parameter information.

Motor drive, production system and method thereof with quality measuring and mechanism diagnosing functions using real and virtual system modules

An encoder applied to a rotatable device including a code disc set, at least one bearing, a bearing housing, a main housing, a sensor and an elastic assembly. The code disc set is disposed on a rotation end of the rotatable device. The bearing is disposed around the rotation end, and the bearing housing is disposed around the bearing. The main housing is connected with a first end of the bearing housing. The sensor is disposed on the main housing and corresponds to the disc wheel set, and there is an interval between the sensor and the code disc set. The elastic assembly is connected with a second end of the bearing housing and a fixing end of the rotatable device. Therefore, the interval between the sensor and the code disc set is maintained to be fixed, and the good position detection performance and stable signals are obtained.

Encoder and rotatable device using same

An instant correction method for an encoder includes the following steps. The motion of a device under test is sensed to obtain a first wave signal and a second wave signal. The first and second wave signals are sampled to generate N first digital signal values and N second digital signal values. N positioning positions are generated according to the N first and second digital signal values, and the N positioning positions are added to a calculation group. A regression analysis is performed for the calculation group to generate a regression curve. The (N+1)-th prediction position is predicted using the regression curve. The ideal position of the device under test is determined at a time point of the (N+1)-th prediction position according to an ideal position curve. An error value between the (N+1)-th prediction position and the ideal position is applied to correct the device under test.

A speed reducing device includes a motor and a speed reducing mechanism. The motor includes a stator portion, a shaft portion and rotator portion. The rotator portion includes first and second eccentric rings. The speed reducing mechanism includes first, second and third roller assemblies and first and second cycloid disc sets. These roller assemblies include first rollers, second rollers and third rollers. The first cycloid disc set is mounted around the first eccentric ring, and includes first teeth and second teeth. The second cycloid disc set is mounted around the second eccentric ring, and includes third teeth and fourth teeth. The first teeth are contacted with the first rollers. The third teeth are contacted with the second rollers. The second teeth and the fourth teeth are contacted with the third rollers.

A speed reducing device includes a motor and a speed reducing mechanism. The motor includes a stator portion and a rotor portion. The rotor portion includes a first eccentric ring and a second eccentric ring. The speed reducing mechanism is partially accommodated within the rotor portion. The speed reducing mechanism includes a first roller assembly, a second roller assembly, a third roller assembly, a first cycloid disc set and a second cycloid disc set. The first roller assembly includes at least one first roller. The second roller assembly includes at least one second roller. The third roller assembly includes an output shaft and at least one third roller. The first cycloid disc set is mounted around the output shaft and disposed within the first eccentric ring. The second cycloid disc set is mounted around the output shaft and disposed within the second eccentric ring.

A moving-magnet transfer platform includes a mover part, a driving part and a stator part. The mover part includes a moving table and a magnet assembly. The stator part includes plural coils, plural switch elements, a current sensor, an electric angle detector, plural magnetic field sensors and a signal processor. The plural switch elements are connected between the driving part and the corresponding coils. When the magnet assembly is moved to a position of the corresponding coil, a magnetic field change is detected by the corresponding magnetic field sensor. The signal processor is used for controlling operations of the plural switch elements. When the magnet assembly is moved to the position of the corresponding coil, the corresponding switch element is turned on under control of the signal processor, so that the moving table is moved with the magnet assembly.

A speed reducer includes a first transmission shaft, an eccentric wheel, a first roller assembly, a rotating wheel, a second roller assembly and a second transmission shaft. The rotating wheel includes a main body and an axle hole. The main body includes a convex structure and a concave structure. The convex structure is protruded from an outer periphery of the main body and has outer teeth. The outer teeth are contacted with the corresponding first rollers. The concave structure is concavely formed in a surface of the main body and includes inner teeth. The inner teeth are contacted with plural second rollers of the second roller assembly. The speed reducer of the present invention is an epicycloid-epicycloid speed reducer or a hypocycloid-hypocycloid speed reducer. Since the speed reducer is designed to have four operating situations, the speed reducer can have various reduction ratios.

Speed reducer

A conveyor system includes a moving stage, a track, a control circuit and a driver. The moving stage has a plurality of magnets and an optical scale. The track carries the moving stage and includes a first work area provided with a plurality of Hall sensor modules and a second work area provided with the Hall sensor modules and a read head module. When the moving stage is in the first work area, the Hall sensor module generates a first sensing signal. When the moving stage is in the second work area, the Hall sensor module generates the first sensing signal and the read head module generates a second sensing signal. The control circuit determines the position of the moving stage based on the first sensing signal and the second sensing signal, and generates a driving signal. The driver drives the coil windings according to the driving signal.
