A receiver IC provided with a SAW-based oscillator with an external SAW device. The receiver IC comprises an oscillating circuit. The oscillating circuit comprises an inverter stage, a first capacitor, a second capacitor, and a resistor. The inverter stage has input and output terminals respectively coupled to two ends of the external SAW device. The first and second capacitors are respectively coupled between the input/output terminal and a ground. The resistor is coupled between the input and output terminals of the inverter stage.

Receiver IC with saw-based oscillator

A transmitter IC provided with a SAW-based oscillator with an external SAW device. The transmitter IC comprises an oscillating circuit. The oscillating circuit comprises an inverter stage, a first capacitor, a second capacitor, and a resistor. The inverter stage has input and output terminals respectively coupled to two ends of the external SAW device. The first and second capacitors are respectively coupled between the input/output terminal and a ground. The resistor is coupled between the input and output terminals of the inverter stage.

Transmitter IC with SAW-based oscillator

A fluid bearing module has a bearing seat, a bearing, a deflecting member, and an impediment. The bearing seat has a capacity with an opening. The bearing in the capacity has a hollow space for the axis of a rotor to go through, and a lubricant medium is filled in between. The deflecting member protruding from the side near the opening of the bearing seat bends toward the capacity and clips on the rotor axis. The impediment protrudes from the side near the opening of the bearing seat for preventing the deflecting member from bending toward the opening and departing from the rotor. Moreover, the deflecting member and the impediment form a maze to keep the lubricant medium within.

Fluid bearing module

A hybrid type hydrodynamic and hydrostatic bearing and its manufacturing method are disclosed by the invention. By making use of a penetrated dynamic pressure generating groove carved on the surface of the bushing inside the housing, the processing efficiency of the tiny grooves can be substantially improved. Also, after combining the housing with the bushing, and utilizing porous material that is able to preserve a lubricant, the pressurization by gas can be added externally on the surface of the porous material. After being sealed, the gas prepress can force the lubricant to fill the interval between the bushing and shaft. The bearing can achieve the effect of lubricating and supporting the shaft.

Hydrodynamic and hydrostatic hybrid bearing and its manufacturing method

A composite fluid dynamic bearing and its manufacturing method is disclosed. By machining a plurality of bearings independently, the grooves of each bearing have uniform slopes. Then the method of the invention combines the bearings, which have different slope of the grooves, to form a bearing module having pressure-generating grooves. In this way the precision of the machining grooves of bearings can be improved.

Composite fluid dynamic bearing and its manufacturing method

An optical head driving mechanism is applied to an optical disc driver that has a base plate, a pair of guide rods and an optical module movably mounted on the guide rods. The driving mechanism includes a base, a movable member, a piezo-actuator and at least a resilient member. The piezo-actuator and the movable member generate proceeding waves at the rim of the piezo-actuator and move the optical module along the guide rods when the piezo-actuator activates.

Driving mechanism for optical head of optical disc driver

This specification discloses a piezoelectric ultrasonic motor with multi-layer thin disks. A buzzer disk made of a piezoelectric material is supplied with an alternate voltage to produce alternately expanding and shrinking deformation. An elastic vibration disk in connection with the buzzer disk produces standing waves to transport kinetic energy to the exterior. A driving module symmetric in the vertical or horizontal direction is also formed. This does not only reduce the abrasion among the components, but also provide homogeneous forward and reverse driving forces.
