A transformer is provided, including a core, a primary conductor, a magnetic member, and a secondary conductor. The core includes a central pillar and at least one lateral pillar. An accommodating space is formed between the central pillar and the lateral pillar. The primary conductor, the magnetic member, and the secondary conductor are disposed in the accommodating space. The primary conductor surrounds the central pillar. The magnetic member surrounds the primary conductor, and the secondary conductor surrounds the magnetic member. The magnetic member is disposed between the primary conductor and the secondary conductor, and is flexible.

Transformer

A magnetic component is disclosed. The magnetic component includes a magnetic core assembly, a fastening element, a first winding set and a second winding set. The magnetic core assembly includes at least a pillar. The fastening element is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the pillar. The first winding set is disposed around the outer peripheral surface of the pillar. The second winding set is disposed around the outer peripheral surface of the pillar and engaged with the fastening set. The first winding set and the second winding set are located adjacent to each other and disposed around the outer peripheral surface of the pillar.

Magnetic component

A combined structure of hollow bobbin and conductive sheet for a transformer includes a hollow bobbin and at least one conductive sheet. The hollow bobbin includes an outer surface and at least one positioning structure formed on the outer surface. The conductive sheet is fit on the outer surface of the hollow bobbin and includes a main body and at least one engaging structure. The main body has a hollow portion, making the main body to have an inner circumference. The engaging structure is formed on the inner circumference of the main body and is engaged with the positioning structure of the hollow bobbin. The transformer includes at least one winding disposed on the outer surface of the hollow bobbin and abutting against the conductive sheet.

A combined winding structure is provided. The combined winding structure includes a plurality of winding wires each having a winding portion in a hollow column form, an anodic portion and a cathodic portion; the anodic portions and the cathodic portions are integrally extended from the winding portions respectively. The winding portions each have a surrounding dimension, and the surrounding dimensions are mutually different. The winding portion with the smaller surrounding dimension is located inside and surrounded by the winding portion with the larger surrounding dimension. With these arrangements, the combined winding structure can have a larger equivalent cross-sectional area and lower production costs. A magnetic device is also provided, which includes the aforesaid combined winding structure.

Combined winding structure and magnetic device

A magnetic assembly includes a magnetic core, a circuit board and multiple conductive elements. The circuit board includes multiple conductive regions. The conductive elements stride over the magnetic core. Each of the conductive elements includes a first terminal, a second terminal and a connecting part. The connecting part is arranged between the first terminal and the second terminal for connecting the first terminal with the second terminal. The first terminal and the second terminal of each conductive element are respectively connected to two adjacent conductive regions. The multiple conductive elements and the multiple conductive regions collectively define multiple loops. The multiple loops interact with the magnetic core to generate inductance.

Magnetic assembly and fabricating method thereof

A conductive winding module includes a plurality of conductive parts and at least one connecting part. Each conductive part includes a conductive body, a first terminal and a second terminal. The conductive body is interconnected between the first terminal and the second terminal and having a hollow portion therein. The connecting part has a first end and a second end for interconnecting any two adjacent conductive parts. A first connecting line is defined between the first end of the connecting part and the first terminal of an adjacent conductive part. A second connecting line is defined between the second end of the connecting part and the second terminal of an adjacent conductive part. The conductive parts are folded with respect to the first connecting line and the second connecting line such that the first hollow portions of the conductive parts are aligned with each other to define a through-hole.

Conductive winding module and transformer having such conductive winding module

A method of manufacturing a transformer is disclosed. A first bobbin piece, having a first channel and a primary winding section is provided. A second bobbin comprising first and second secondary side plates, plural partition plates, a wall portion, a secondary base having a first pin arranged on a bottom surface of the secondary base, plural secondary winding sections, and a second channel is provided. A second pin is inserted into the second bobbin piece to form a wire-arranging part protruded from the second secondary side plate and an insertion part protruded from the bottom surface of the secondary base. A primary winding coil is wound on the primary winding section, and the first and second terminals of a secondary winding coil are respectively fixed on the first pin and the wire-arranging part. A magnetic core assembly is partially disposed within the first channel and the second channel.

Method of manufacturing a transformer

An integrated magnetic device disposed on a system circuit board is disclosed. The integrated magnetic device comprises a first magnetic device and a second magnetic device. The first magnetic device comprises a primary winding having at least a terminal; a secondary winding disposed corresponding to the primary winding, a magnetic core assembly assembled with the primary and secondary windings and partially covered by the primary and secondary windings, and a receiving chamber. The second magnetic device has a central through hole and a plurality of conductive ends. The second magnetic device is received in the receiving chamber of the first magnetic device and electrically connected to the system circuit board via the conductive ends, and the terminal of the primary winding of the first magnetic device pierces through the central through hole of the second magnetic device and electrically connects to the system circuit board.

Integrated magnetic device

A transformer includes a primary winding coil, a winding frame member, multiple first three-dimensional conductive pieces, a second three-dimensional conductive piece, a magnetic core assembly and a fixing plate. The winding frame member includes a first winding frame and a second winding frame for winding the primary winding coil thereon. The first three-dimensional conductive pieces are respectively sheathed around the first winding frame and the second winding frame of the winding frame member. The second three-dimensional conductive piece is arranged between the first three-dimensional conductive pieces. The magnetic core assembly is partially embedded into the first three-dimensional conductive pieces, the first winding frame, the second winding frame and the second three-dimensional conductive piece. The fixing plate is connected with the first three-dimensional conductive pieces and the second three-dimensional conductive piece so as to fix the first three-dimensional conductive pieces and the second three-dimensional conductive piece.

Transformer and rectifier circuit using such transformer

An integrated magnetic device disposed on a system circuit board is disclosed. The integrated magnetic device comprises a bobbin, a magnetic core assembly, and a conductive structure. The bobbin has a main body for a primary winding to wind thereon and a channel piercing through the main body. The conductive structure comprises plural conductive units corresponded to each other and a first magnetic device. Each of the conductive units has a hollow portion, a receiving hole, and at least a conductive pin. The first magnetic device is electrically connected to the conductive units by the conducting part thereof piercing through the receiving holes of the conductive units. The conductive units are spaced by the main body of the bobbin, and the hollow portions of the conductive units are corresponded to the channel of the bobbin to receive parts of the magnetic core assembly, so as to assemble the bobbin, the magnetic core assembly and the conductive units as a second magnetic device. The first and second magnetic devices are integrated by the conductive structure and disposed on the system circuit board through the conductive pin of each of the conductive units of the conductive structure.

A transformer includes a first bobbin piece, a second bobbin piece, a first pin, a second pin and a magnetic core assembly. A primary winding coil is wound on the first bobbin piece. The second bobbin piece includes a first secondary side plate, a second secondary side plate, a plurality of partition plates, a wall portion, and a secondary base. A secondary winding coil is wound on the second bobbin piece. The second pin includes a wire-arranging part, an insertion part and an intermediate part. The wire-arranging part is protruded from the second secondary side plate. The intermediate part is buried in the wall portion. The insertion part is protruded from the bottom surface of the secondary base. A first terminal of the secondary winding coil is fixed on the first pin. A second terminal of the secondary winding coil is fixed on the wire-arranging part of the second pin.

Structure of transformer

A wire-arranging pin is mounted on a winding frame for facilitating fixing an outlet part of a winding coil. The winding coil is wound around the winding frame. The wire-arranging pin includes a first connecting part, a main fixing part and a second connecting part. The first connecting part has a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is coupled to the winding frame. The main fixing part is coupled to the second end of the first connecting part and has a first notch. The outlet part of the winding coil penetrates through the first notch to be held by the main fixing part. The second connecting part has a first end coupled to the main fixing part.
