A toner cartridge is adapted for being connected with an image-forming cartridge of an electronic image-forming, which includes a toner inlet and a step portion located by the toner inlet. The toner cartridge includes a housing having an internal accommodation for storage of toners, a toner outlet communicated with the internal accommodation and an outside of the housing, and a position-limiting hook located by the toner outlet. When the toner cartridge is connected with the image-forming cartridge, the position-limiting hook is engaged with the step portion such that the toner outlet is communicated with the toner inlet. As such, the toner cartridge can be positively positioned with the image-forming cartridge, and the toner outlet can be positively sealed to avoid toner leaking before installation and after dismantlement of the toner cartridge.

Toner cartridge

A toner cartridge includes a housing having a toner exit and two coupling portions, a slide piece disposed to the housing and slidably moveable between opened and sealed positions, a sealing member disposed to the slide piece in a way that the sealing member blocks the toner exit when the slide piece stays at the sealed position, and a clamping cover having an abutment portion, and two coupling arms extending upwardly from two lateral sides of the abutment portion and engaged with the two coupling portions, respectively. The abutment portion is abutted against the slide piece that stays at the sealed position in a way that the sealing member is compressed and deformed. As such, the sealing member can positively block the toner exit, and the slide piece can smoothly move between the opened and sealed positions after the clamping cover is removed.

A toner cartridge comprises a tubular body, a sliding base, a swinging member and a returning member. A first end of the tubular body provides with an arc-shape rail and an imaginary axis. The sliding base is slidable along the rail. The swinging member includes a pivotal portion pivotally connected with the sliding base, an inner end portion, and an outer end portion that is farther from the imaginary axis than the pivotal portion is. The swinging member is swingable between an inward position and an outward position relative to the sliding base. The returning member is connected with the swinging member and applies a force returning the swinging member to the inward position. Accordingly, the toner cartridge can be rotated into positioned actually, so as to engage with an electronic image forming apparatus successfully, and a lock mechanism of the electronic image forming apparatus can be released actually.

A developer supply container includes a cover plate mounted on an outer surface of a container body and provided with an opening corresponding to a developer supply port of the container body, which is sealed by a seal tape. The seal tape has a folded section extending through a gap between the container body and the cover plate and a through hole of the cover plate such that an end portion of the seal tape is exposed. A seal piece is mounted on an outer surface of the cover plate. On the outer surface of the container body a door member is slidably mounted. The developer supply container can prevent developer from leak out and has a good manufacturing yield rate.

A switching mechanism for a toner cartridge includes a base and a sliding member. The base is mounted to a housing. A chamber is defined between the housing and the base for receiving the sliding member. The base has a guiding slot. The sliding member has a body received in the chamber, a suspension arm extending from the body, a hook disposed on the suspension arm, and a post extending from the suspension arm and received in the guiding slot. When the sliding member is moved to different positions, an outlet of the toner cartridge can be closed or opened. The post moves along the guiding slot to cause an elastic deformation of the suspension arm for changing the position of the hook such that an erroneous operation of the switching mechanism can be avoided, and a mold for the switching mechanism is easy to manufacture to reduce the manufacturing costs.
