A transformer is provided. The transformer includes at least a high voltage coil, at least a low voltage coil and a soft-magnetic colloid element. The soft-magnetic colloid element is disposed between the high voltage coil and the low voltage coil.

Transformer

A transformer including an insulating housing, a first bobbin, a primary coil, a second bobbin, a secondary coil, a first core and a second core is provided. The insulating housing has a first chamber and a second chamber separated from the first chamber, wherein two apertures of the first chamber and the second chamber are respectively disposed on two opposite side-walls of the insulating housing. The first bobbin has a first through hole disposed in the first chamber. The primary coil is surrounded on the first bobbin. The second bobbin has a second through hole disposed in the second chamber. The secondary coil is surrounded on the second bobbin. The first core is inserted to the first through hole and the second through hole. The first core and the second core are coupled together to form a magnetic loop.

Transformer of light tube driving device and method for adjusting light tube using thereof

A transformer for driving multiple lamps includes a core, a primary winding set, a secondary winding set and a balancing winding set. The primary winding set winds around the core and includes a first primary coil. The secondary winding set winds around the core and includes a first secondary coil. The balancing winding set winds around the core and includes a first balancing coil and a second balancing coil which wind around the core in a combinative way. The primary winding set, the secondary winding set and the balancing winding set have the same magnetic-flux loop in the core.

Transformer and multi-lamp driving circuit using the same

A transformer for driving multi-lamps and a backlight module thereof are provided. The transformer comprises a primary winding, a secondary winding, a core, a first bobbin and a second bobbin. The primary winding comprises a primary coil. The secondary winding comprises a secondary coil and a plurality of auxiliary coils whose turns are substantially equal. The core has a first side and a second side. The first bobbin and the second bobbin are respectively disposed on the first side and the second side for winding around the primary coil, the secondary coil and the auxiliary coils.

Transformer for driving multi-lamp and backlight module thereof

A power supply circuit for a first and a second lamps and the transformer thereof is provided. The power supply circuit comprises a driving circuit and a transformer. The transformer includes a magnetic core, a primary coil set, a secondary coil, a first coil and a second coil. The driving circuit provides an alternative voltage. The primary coil set is wound on the magnetic core, along with the secondary coil, the first and the second coils, and receives the alternative voltage. The turns of the first coil and the second coil are substantially the same. The first lamp is coupled between the first coil and the secondary coil, and the second lamp is coupled between the second coil and the secondary coil.

Power supply circuit and transformer thereof

A multi-lamp driver driving first and second lamps and comprising a driving circuit and a transformer. The transformer comprises a winding rack, a magnetic core, two primary winding sets, and two secondary winding sets. One portion of the magnetic core is inserted into the winding rack. The two primary winding sets are wound around the winding rack and receive low-voltage signals from the driving circuit. The two secondary winding sets are wound around the winding rack, and two high-voltage signals are induced to respectively drive the first and second lamps. The primary winding sets have substantially the same number of windings, and the secondary winding sets have substantially the same number of windings.

Multi-lamp drivers and transformers thereof

A transformer includes a bobbin, a first magnetic core, a first and a second coils and a second magnetic core. The first magnetic core is disposed in the bobbin. The first coil and the second coil respectively wind around the bobbin. The second magnetic core covers at the exterior of the bobbin. A main magnetic flux is formed between the first magnetic core and the second magnetic core. A lamp driving system includes the above-mentioned transformer and a lamp. The first coil is input by a first voltage signal, the second coil is induced to generate a second voltage signal, and the lamp is driven by the second voltage signal.

A bobbin module of transformer is provided. The bobbin module includes two bobbins. Each of the bobbins comprises a body, an indentation and a hooker. The body has a lateral surface on which the indentation and the hooker are disposed. The hooker and the indentation of the bobbin are respectively engaged with the hooker and the indentation of the other bobbin so that the two bobbins are combined together.

Multi-lamp backlight system

A transformer. The transformer includes an iron core, a first bobbin, a second bobbin, a primary coil and a secondary coil. The first bobbin surrounds the iron core, and the second bobbin surrounds the first bobbin. The secondary coil is wound on the second bobbin, and the primary coil comprises a first coil section and a second coil section wound on the first bobbin, wherein the coil winding density of the first coil section exceeds the second coil section.

A transformer includes a bobbin, an I-bar, the first U-core, and the second U-core. The bobbin in a tube shape is wrapped around by a number of windings of copper coil. An I-bar made of high permeable alloy has a first end and a second end. The I-bar is inserted into the bobbin and the first end and the second end of the I-bar protrude outside the tube of the bobbin respectively. A first U-core made of high permeable alloy is placed on one side of the bobbin and a second U-core made of high permeable alloy is placed on the other side of the bobbin. The two ends of the first U-core and the second U-core connect the I-bar through the films and the sunken parts of the first U-core and the second U-core are in opposition to each other.

A bobbin of a transformer includes a hollow sleeve, a first pin set, a partition, and a second pin set. The hollow sleeve is a hollow polyhedron, and the hollow sleeve is wrapped around by a number of the copper coils. A winding-started point is near the corner of the hollow sleeve. The pin set includes a first pin and a first griding slot, wherein the first pin is for being wrapped around by a starting point of the first copper wire, and the first griding slot is for placing the copper wire segment from the starting point to the winding-started point. The partition is for connecting the hollow sleeve and the first pin set. The corner of the hollow sleeve is an intersection point of a top plane the hollow sleeve, a side plane of the hollow sleeve, and the partition. The transformer bobbin of the invention can prevent the short circuit and raise the yield of the transformer.
