A baffle plate assembly has a baffle plate comprising a back plate and a partition wall. The back plate has an inner space and is attached to the housing of the compressor. The partition wall is formed on the back plate to divide the inner space of the back plate into at least one upper guiding channel communicating with the compressing chamber in the compressor and at least one lower guiding channel communicating with the motor chamber of the compressor. Accordingly, the working fluid can be respectively led into the compressing chamber and the motor chamber of the compressor through the at least one upper guiding channel and the at least one lower guiding channel in a certain proportion. Consequently, the compressor will operate at an optimal condition.

Baffle plate assembly for a compressor

A scroll compressor with a backflow-proof mechanism. The scroll compressor comprises a slider disposed on a scroll couple, forming several enclosed spaces. The slider is raised by the working fluid in the spaces, preventing liquid leakage from a high-pressure chamber to a low-pressure chamber, when the scroll compressor starts. The slider descends when the compression ratio of the scroll compressor is exceeded. Thus, the pressure is released, and the performance of the scroll compressor is improved. The slider of the invention further comprises a floating element to prevent reversal of pressurized fluid and damage to the scroll couple.

Scroll compressor with backflow-proof mechanism

The present invention is a motor of rotor with built-in permanent magnet, which includes an annular stator and a rotor. The annular stator has a cylindrical interior into which the rotor is inserted. A space is formed between a circumference surface of cylindrical interior and rotor. The rotor further includes a rotor core, and a plurality of openings are formed surrounding the rotor core. Each opening is with two parallel surfaces, a top surface and a bottom surface, and each of them is a flat plate figure. A suitable distance is between two side surfaces and an outer circumference of the rotor, and the two side surfaces of adjacent openings are spaced by a channel fo suitable width. A plurality of permanent magnets are arranged in openings by way of interlaced magnetic poles, and the shape of permanent matches the shape of the opening.

A load-regulating device for scroll type compressors comprising a compressor housing, a bracket body, a partition block, a gliding block, a pair of scrolls and a plurality of air chambers, wherein the gliding block being coupled with the pair of scrolls for defining a plurality of air chambers on the scrolls, the pressure variation in the air chambers is then utilized for causing the motion of the gliding block, enabling the compressor to cause the gliding block by means of the pressure variation to motion upwardly as the compressor is actuated, and preventing the fluid in the high-pressure chamber from leaking towards the low-pressure chamber, thus allowing the compressors to quickly build up the pressure; the gliding block is caused by the pressure variation to motion downwardly at times when the compression ratio is excessively high, so as to relieve part of the load, thus improving the performance and reliability of the compressors.

The present invention relates to a permanent magnet rotor permanent magnet positioning and retaining device comprising a sleeve, a rotor iron core properly provided therein, a plurality of arc-shaped permanent magnets of alternation poles disposed between the sleeve and the rotor, a plurality of near triangle-shaped regions between two adjacent permanent magnets being formed by cutting off the outer perimeter corners of two adjacent permanent magnets, wherein said rotor iron core further comprises a plurality of circumferentially provided grooves for separating two arc-shaped permanent magnets of alternating poles and a plurality of dividers, each being provided between two arc-shaped permanent magnets of alternating poles; said divider, between the rotor iron core and the sleeve, further comprises a base being engaged with a groove so that the dividers are secured to the rotor iron core, a trunk capable of filling the gap between two adjacent permanent magnets to prevent said permanent magnets from moving in circumferential direction, and a near triangle-shaped rim capable of forming tight engagement with said cut-off area so as to prevent permanent magnets from moving in radial direction.

Permanent magnet rotor having magnet positioning and retaining means

The present invention relates to a permanent magnet rotor comprising a rotary iron core formed by stacking a plurality of round steel plates, and a plurality of arc-shaped permanent magnets, wherein said individual arc-shaped permanent magnets of alternation poles are provided in the corresponding openings. In particular, the present invention discloses round-cornered permanent magnets by providing round instead of sharp comers at outer perimeter of two adjacent permanent magnets so as to form triangle-shaped regions. Moreover, to prevent said open areas from being filled up, portions of steel plates or holes through steel plates opposite said open areas are removed or created, respectively, so that magnetic flux leakage is minimized and motor performance is elevated.

A back pressure regulation mechanism is incorporated in a scroll compressor. The compressor includes a fixed scroll and a spacing member fixed inside a casing to define a high pressure chamber behind the fixed scroll. The back pressure regulation mechanism includes a boss formed on the fixed scroll and extending through the spacing member into the high pressure chamber whereby a first force caused by pressure difference acts upon the boss and thus the fixed scroll, a plurality of bores defined in the spacing member, each bore being in communication with the high pressure chamber and the fixed scroll, and a back pressure regulation device accommodated in each bore and including a pin received in the bore and movable between upper and lower limit positions, a washer engaging the fixed scroll and a disk spring arranged between the pin and the washer. A second force caused by the pressure difference acts upon the pin and is transmitted to the fixed scroll via the disk spring and the washer. The second force is proportional to the pressure difference when the pin is moving from the upper limit position to the lower limit position and the second force becomes a constant when the pin reaches the lower limit position. The first and second forces together provide a back pressure to the fixed scroll.

A check valve device for a scroll machine is used to automatically maintain a unique flow direction of the working media. The check device is mounted on the neck of the non-orbiting scroll member of the scroll machine, in which the neck has an axle hole for defining a first passage for flowing the working media. The check valve includes a housing and a valve member. The housing has a through second passage, and couple with the neck in such a manner that a through passage is formed for connecting the first passage of the neck and the second passage of the housing. The valve member is located inside the second passage of the housing, and is formed as a plate with a pivot means to rotate along. While the scroll machine is in stop operation, the valve member is at a close position that the valve member can substantially block the flow of the working media inside the second passage. While the scroll machine is in compression operation, the valve member is at an oblique open position for allowing the working media flowing through the through passage.

A back-pressure sealing system for a revolving compressor, comprising: a stator with an outlet on the upper side and a neck, surrounding the outlet; a separating part above the stator, separating a low-pressure zone around the stator from a high-pressure zone above the outlet and having a central opening around the neck; a connecting system between the upper and lower sides of the separating part; a first sealing device for sealing the neck of the stator against the central opening of the separating part; and a second sealing device for sealing the connecting system; wherein the back-pressure from the high-pressure zone is used to tighten the first and second sealing devices for a good sealing effect and thus good effectiveness of the compressor.

An Oldham ring system for a rotary fluid compressor, comprising: a motor shaft; an eccentric shaft; a revolving part with two first gliding elements on its lower side; a stator; an Oldham ring, its upper side being provided with two second gliding elements fitting the two first gliding elements, and its lower side being provided with two third gliding elements for a perpendicular gliding movement; and a frame, on its perimeter being provided with two holders and with two fourth gliding elements in between that glide against said third gliding elements; wherein the characteristic is that the Oldham ring is, on the two opposite sides located next to the holders of the frame, provided with two straight shortcuts to reduce the width of the Oldham ring next to the holders; and wherein the first and second gliding elements as well as the third and fourth gliding elements each are provided with a groove in the gliding direction to provide for a flow path for lubricating oil.
