A motor controller comprises a switch circuit and a control unit. The switch circuit is coupled to a motor for driving the motor. The control unit generates a control signal to control the switch circuit. The motor controller determines a non-excitation time. When the motor is in a locked state, the motor controller enables the non-excitation time to be a variable value. The motor controller utilizes the non-excitation time to achieve a lock protection function. The motor controller determines whether the motor is in the locked state by detecting a rotor speed or a rotor temperature. Moreover, the motor controller further comprises a driving signal, where the driving signal has the non-excitation time.

Motor controller

A motor controller configured to reduce the motor noise by detecting the zero point of the motor current is disclosed. The motor controller comprises a switch circuit, a pre-driver, a phase detecting unit, a control unit, a comparator, a first resistor, and a second resistor. The switch circuit is an H-bridge circuit. The switch circuit includes a first upper-side switch, a second upper-side switch, a first lower-side switch, and a second lower-side switch. When the motor controller performs the last pulse width modulation driving with respect to the first lower-side switch before phase switching, the second upper-side switch is turned off and the first lower-side switch is kept turning on, so as to facilitate the detection of the zero point of the motor current.

The present invention discloses a motor system without a hall sensing element. The motor system comprises a first output pin, a second output pin, an auxiliary pin, a stator, a rotor, a primary coil, and an auxiliary coil. Both the primary coil and the auxiliary coil surround the stator. The primary coil is coupled to the first output pin and the second output pin. The auxiliary coil is coupled to the auxiliary pin. The auxiliary coil is configured to determine a phase switching time point. The motor system detects the zero point of the voltage of the auxiliary pin, so as to detect the position of the rotor and determine the phase switching time point.

Motor system

A heat dissipation system includes a control module, a first fan module and a second fan module. The first fan module is electrically connected to the control module to provide a speed signal to the control module. The second fan module is electrically connected to the control module and the first fan module. The control module provides at least one control signal to control the rotation of the first fan module and the second fan module respectively. The first fan module transmits a first trigger signal to the second fan module, and the second fan module starts to rotate or stops rotating together with the first fan module according to the first trigger signal.

Heat dissipation system and fan driving circuit

The present disclosure provides a motor driving circuit, which includes a position detecting circuit, a drive processing circuit, an adjusting voltage source, a parameter reading unit and a timing unit. The timing unit generates a timing signal, and the parameter reading unit processes the timing signal to obtain a consecutive first time interval and a second time interval. The parameter reading unit reads a first functional parameter voltage of a functional parameter pin in the first time interval and generates first functional parameter data to be written into a first register, and reads a second functional parameter voltage of a functional parameter pin in the second time interval and generates second functional parameter data to be written into a second register. The drive processing circuit drives a motor according to the first functional parameter data and the second functional parameter data.

Motor driving circuit

A fan control circuit for controlling a fan includes a processing module, a driving module and a speed compensation module. The driving module is electrically connected to the processing module, and generates at least one driving signal to drive the fan. The speed compensation module is electrically connected to the processing module, and receives a first voltage. The first voltage is variable. The speed compensation module generates and transmits a speed-compensation parameter to the processing module according to the first voltage and a first waveform, and the processing module adjusts the driving signal according to the speed-compensation parameter.

Fan control circuit and fan control method

Disclosed is a motor. The motor is electrically connected to a control module. The motor includes a stator and a rotor. The stator includes a first stator module and a second stator module. The first stator module is configured beside the second stator module. A mechanical phase converting line is defined as a center position between the first stator module and the second stator module. The rotor is configured around the stator. The first phase detector is configured at one side of the mechanical phase converting line, and the first phase detector and the first stator module are configured at the same side of the mechanical phase converting line.

Motor and motor control method

A motor control system is provided in the present disclosure. The motor control system includes a motor and a control module providing a control signal for driving the motor. The control system includes a processing module, a duty cycle detecting module for receiving a PWM signal from a system, a speed detecting module for providing a speed signal of the motor, a setting module for setting a configuration of the control module. The processing module adjusts the control signal to drive the motor based on a duty cycle value, a speed and a configuration value.

A fan control system includes a control module, a first fan module and a second fan module. The control module provides a first control signal to the first fan module to adjust the rotation state of the first fan module. The first fan module provides a second control signal to the second fan module based on the first control signal to adjust the second fan module. The first fan module includes a first terminal and a second terminal. The second fan module includes a first terminal and a second terminal. The first terminal of the first fan module is electrically connected to the control module to receive the first control signal. The second terminal of the first fan module is electrically connected to the first terminal of the second fan module. The second terminal of the second fan module is electrically connected to a reference voltage.

Fan control system

A heat dissipation system at lease has a first fan module including a first fan and a first fan driving circuit. The first fan driving circuit generates a fan driving signal to drive the first fan. When a control module transmits a stopping signal to the first fan module, the first fan driving circuit decreases a duty cycle of the fan driving signal driving the first fan according to the stopping signal. When the duty cycle of the fan driving signal driving the first fan is less than or equal to a first predetermined duty cycle, within a first working time, the first fan driving circuit decreases the duty cycle of the fan driving signal driving the first fan to zero by subtracting one predetermined duty interval from the duty cycle of the fan driving signal driving the first fan every predetermined working time interval.

Heat dissipation system and method for stablizing the heat dissipation system

A motor driving apparatus is disclosed, which stops driving a motor in a normal operation state and a start state. The motor driving apparatus adjusts a corresponding switch according to a pulse width modulation (PWM) table, to gradually increase a duty cycle of turning-on the corresponding switch. The PWM table indicates a relationship between a parameter and the duty cycle. The duty cycle increases with the monotone variation of the parameter. Accordingly, the motor driving apparatus can rapidly stop the operation of the motor, to avoid that the motor driving apparatus breaking down or the motor generating noise.

Motor driving apparatus

A driving circuit for driving a fan with a plurality of operational modes includes an initiation module for generating a switch signal according to a feedback signal, a control module coupled to the initiation module for utilizing a pulse frequency modulation technique to generate a control signal according to the switch signal and a predetermined comparison signal, so as to drive the fan for a rotational operation, and a feedback module coupled to the fan for generating the feedback signal according to a conduction result of the fan. The rotational operation includes the plurality of operational modes, and the fan is switched between the plurality of operational modes according to different conduction results of the fan.
