Presented herein is an illuminated keyboard having: a key module having a plurality of keycaps, scissors structures, elastic members, and a membrane circuit board; a keyboard base plate having a plurality of positioning members corresponding to the keycaps and integrally formed on the keyboard base plate for positioning the keyboard module on the keyboard base plate; a light guiding plate disposed beneath the key module and over the keyboard base plate, the light guiding plate having a light incoming surface, a bottom surface intersecting the light incoming surface, a light outgoing surface opposite to the light incoming surface, and provided with light holes corresponding to the positioning members; light sources arranged on one side of the light incoming surface of the light guiding plate, wherein a light emitted from the light sources is transmitted into the light guiding plate from the light incoming surface and transmitted out of the light guiding plate from the outgoing surface; and a reflecting sheet disposed beneath the bottom surface of the light guiding plate for reflecting the light emitted from the light sources into the light guiding plate, the reflecting sheet having through holes corresponding to the positioning members and the light holes.

Illuminated keyboard

An energy-saving light-emitting module is provided, comprising: a light guide plate having a light-incident surface, a bottom surface intersecting the light-incident surface and a light-emitting surface opposite the bottom surface, wherein a plurality of recesses are provided at the bottom surface; a light source placed at one side of the light-incident surface of the light guide plate; and a reflective plate placed at the bottom of the light guide plate for reflecting light rays from the light source into the light guide plate. The light rays emitted by the light source reach the arc surface of each recess at the bottom side of the light guide plate, and the light rays are then reflected to the light-emitting surface. Meanwhile, during the light-emitting process, light rays are concentrated at the arc surface of each recess. The concentration of light rays increases overall luminance produced by the module, and thus, energy is saved effectively.

Energy-saving light-emitting module

A waterproof keyboard comprises: keys, an elastic rubber layer, a circuit board layer, a bottom board, and a sealing layer. The keys are mounted on the bottom board on which a plurality of apertures are disposed, and the sealing layer is disposed under the bottom surface of the bottom board. Corresponding to the apertures on the bottom board, respective adhesives are formed on the sealing layer so as to firmly adhere the sealing layer to the bottom surface of the bottom board.

Waterproof keyboard

A key structure is provided. The present key structure includes a key cap, a scissor-type frame, an elastic contact body, a membrane circuit board, and a bottom board. A plurality of flanges is provided on the bottom of the elastic contact body, with the surface of the flange being formed as an embossed surface having a cross-striped structure. A print layer is provided on the area of the membrane circuit board corresponding to the flanges of the bottom of the elastic contact body, such that there is a height difference between the print layer and the membrane circuit board. The print layer is formed of a plurality of discontinuous printing portions between which a plurality of holes is formed. After the elastic contact body is bonded to the membrane circuit board by an adhesive, the press force of the elastic contact body caused by pressing the key can be released via the holes. The bonding area of the bottom of the elastic contact body is increased by the cross-striped structure of the embossed surface so as to enhance bonding between the elastic contact body and the membrane circuit board and prevent the adhesive from being extruded out from therebetween.

Key structure of computer keyboard

A keyboard with liquid-draining function, at least including: keys, elastic body layer, circuit board layer, bottom board and sealing layer; wherein the bottom board is installed with at least a liquid-draining hole, with the dividing mechanism being installed between the circuit board layer and the bottom board to form a liquid-draining space. The liquid-draining space and the liquid-draining hole are connected for the purpose of draining liquid that is accidentally poured into the keyboard, so that liquid flowing down through the keys can be drained away swiftly via the liquid-draining space and drained out of the keyboard through the liquid-draining hole, thus preventing liquid from accumulating in the keyboard, and maintaining the normal operation of the keyboard.

A keyswitch comprises a keytop, a resilient dome, a first lever, a second lever and a base with pivotal stages. The first lever has two convex parts on centers of two lateral sides thereof and the second lever has two concave parts on centers of two lateral sides thereof and corresponding to the two convex parts. The convex part has an opened groove and the concave part has a pivotal rod corresponding to the opened groove and pivotally arranged into the opened groove. Therefore, the first lever can be vertically assembled to the second lever. The second lever has two clamping parts on two lateral sides thereof and clamping the pivotal stages of the base. Therefore, the first lever and the second lever are firmly retained on the base and stably guide the keytop such that the keytop will not be shaken during operation.

Keyswitch of keyboard

An elastic and tactually-activated structure is applicable to keyboard and comprises a dome-shaped elastic member having a plurality of vent holes arranged on the bottom side thereof and separated with a predetermined distance. The inventive structure further comprises a hard film having an opening corresponding to the location of key of the keyboard, and the bottom end of the elastic member which has a larger diameter being attached upon the opening. The elastic and tactually-activated structure is placed upon the conductive film of the key and the cap of the key is placed upon the top end of the elastic member which has a smaller diameter. When the cap is suppressed, the elastic member is compressed accordingly such that the bump of the elastic member will pass through the opening of the hard film and touch the contact and circuit on the conductive film. The key is therefore formed a closed circuit. In the present invention, the elastic member is directly attached on the hard film, thus simplifying the assembling process and preventing the random bounce of the elastic and tactually-activated structure.

Tactually-activated structure

A droplet proof keyboard for notebook computer comprises a base; a circuit membrane set on the base; a mounting plate on the circuit membrane set and having a through hole and a plurality of retaining parts for each keyswitch; a rubber cone set having a plurality of rubber cones, each rubber cone having a press part passing the through hole and touching the circuit membrane when the keyswitch is pressed; a plurality of key caps each corresponding to a keyswitch and having locking parts on lower surface thereof; an opaque plate arranged on the mounting plate and clamping the rubber cone; the opaque plate having an opening for each rubber cone and a plurality of slits through which lower ends of a switching lever passing; a switching lever set having a plurality of switching levers; each switching lever having a plurality of upper ends pivotally arranged on the locking parts of the keycap and a plurality of lower ends pivotally arranged on the retaining parts of the mounting plate. There is no aperture below the mounting plate and the circuit membrane set is not influenced by droplet.

Droplet proof keyboard for notebook computer

A flexible membrane circuit structure for keyboard comprises a substrate; a membrane circuit structure arranged on the substrate and comprising an upper membrane layer and a lower circuit layer, a plurality of movable keytops depressibly arranged on the substrate and each corresponding to one the conductive contact; at least one fixed keytop arranged on marginal location of the keyboard and being not depressible. Each membrane circuit layer has conductive contacts. The conductive contacts on the upper membrane layer has a predetermined separation with corresponding conductive contacts on the lower membrane layer. The upper membrane layer and the lower circuit layer is bridged by at least one folded plate such that the upper membrane layer electrically and mechanically connected with the lower circuit layer. The folded plate received within the fixed keytop to prevent the breaking of the folded plates.

Flexible membrane circuit structure for keyswitch

A balance device for key comprises two balance rods each arranged on the front side and rear side of the cap of the key. The two balance rods are arranged in a forficiform arrangement. The base plate of the key and the cap being provided with pivoting parts such that the balance rods being pivotably engaged within the pivoting part. Therefore, the key can be uniformly pressed, no matter where the pressing force for key is applied.

The inventive keyswitch comprises a base plate, a conductive membrane, an elastic member, a key support mechanism and a key wherein the first support lever and the second lever of the key support mechanism are of the same structure and pivotably joined in a scissors-form. The molding die can be simplified, the assembling efficiency can be enhanced and the cost is reduced.

Keyswitch structure

A key switch assembly for use in a keyboard employing pressure sensitive electric switches disposed within a keyboard housing is provided. The key switch assembly includes a key switch socket member integrally formed on an upper panel of the keyboard housing to project axially upward therefrom. The key switch socket member includes an inner wall portion defining a receiving bore which has formed thereon an axially extended guiding slot spaced from a pair of appropriately spaced and radially protruding guiding projections which are provided with upwardly exposed beveled surfaces. The key switch assembly also includes a key top member displaceably coupled to the key switch socket member which is formed with an axially extended key stem. The key stem is coaxially received through the receiving bore of the key switch socket member and includes an outer surface portion on which are formed a pair of axially extended guiding rails slidably engaged respectively by the guiding projections of the key switch socket member and a radially protruding guiding rib which slidably engages the guiding slot of the key switch socket member. A pair of resilient projections are provided on the key stem to resiliently engage respectively the guiding projections of the key switch socket member.
