A sputtering system is suitable for sputtering a surface to be sputtered having sections. Each section has a projection height. The sputtering system includes a supporting plate, a sputtering array, and a controller. The sputtering array is arranged on the supporting plate. The sputtering array includes sputtering units. Each section corresponds to at least one of the sputtering units. Each sputtering unit has a driving shaft and a target. The target faces the surface to be sputtered. The controller is electrically connected the driving shaft. The driving shaft drives the target to move relative to the surface to be sputtered. The controller controls a distance between each sputtering unit and the corresponding section of the sections in the direction of the projection height to satisfy a given condition.

Sputtering system

A display apparatus includes a panel, a backlight module, a cover, an integrated plastic frame and an optical adhesive. The panel is disposed over the backlight module. The cover is disposed over the panel, which is located between the cover and the backlight module. The integrated plastic frame includes a first accommodating portion, a second accommodating portion and an adhesive-restricting portion. The second accommodating portion is coupled between the first accommodating portion and the adhesive-restricting portion. The combination of the first accommodating portion, the second accommodating portion and the adhesive-restricting portion is integrally formed. The first accommodating portion accommodates at least a portion of the backlight module, the second accommodating portion accommodates the panel, and the adhesive-restricting portion is coupled between the second accommodating portion and the cover to define an accommodating space together with the cover and the panel. The optical adhesive is disposed in the accommodating space.

Display apparatus

A display apparatus includes a display module, a cover, a connecting element and an optical adhesive. The cover is disposed over the display module, and includes a cover portion and an adhesive-restricting portion. The adhesive-restricting portion is protruded from a periphery of a bottom side of the cover portion. The adhesive-restricting portion includes a lower surface facing a surface of the display module. The connecting element is connected between the lower surface of the adhesive-restricting portion and the surface of the display module, and defines an accommodating space together with the cover and the display module. The optical adhesive is disposed in the accommodating space.

A low-stress line workpiece and a method for integrally forming the same is disclosed. Firstly, an in-mold injection molding mold is provided, wherein a function film, a 3D curved-surface plastic material, and an anti-rainbow stripe combination layer are placed in the in-mold injection molding mold. The in-mold injection molding mold is used to mold the function film, the plastic material and the combination layer into a low-stress line workpiece integrally formed by in-mold forming. The low-stress line workpiece includes the function film, the plastic layer and the combination layer, wherein the plastic layer is located between the function film and the combination layer. The present invention provides a low-stress line workpiece with high surface hardness and a method for forming the same to reduce lamination fabrication processes and improve lamination yield.
