The application provides a tuner codeword database construction method and a mobile device. A plurality of mobile device configuration parameters are obtained. Tuner characteristic measurement is performed on one or more testing mobile devices based on the plurality of mobile device configuration parameters to generate a plurality of tuner characteristic data. Tuner codeword selection is performed on the plurality of tuner characteristic data based on a predetermined weighting and a filtering range to generate a target tuner codeword among a plurality of tuner codewords. The target tuner codeword is stored in a tuner codeword database, the tuner codeword database storing a plurality of stored tuner codewords for controlling at least one tuner of a user mobile device.

An integrated circuit includes a set of active regions, a first contact, a set of gates, a first and second conductive line and a first and second via. The set of active regions extends in a first direction, and is on a first level. The first contact extends in a second direction, is on a second level, and overlaps at least a first active region. The set of gates extends in the second direction, overlaps the set of active regions, and is on a third level. The first conductive line and the second conductive line extend in the first direction, overlap the first contact, and are on a fourth level. Integrated circuit and method of forming the same

A mobile communication device including a Radio Frequency (RF) device and a controller is provided. The controller activates a predetermine Application (APP), and provides a Packet-Switched (PS) data service for the predetermined APP using a first subscriber identity via the RF device. Also, the controller establishes a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection using a second subscriber identity via the RF device to enable the mobile communication device to enter an RRC connected mode after the predetermined APP is activated, and keeps the mobile communication device in the RRC connected mode associated with the second subscriber identity while providing the PS data service for the predetermined APP using the first subscriber identity.

Apparatuses and methods for coordinating operations associated with multiple subscriber identities

A communications apparatus includes a receiver and a processor. The receiver is configured to receive wireless signals. The wireless signals include a plurality of packets. The processor is coupled to the receiver and includes a first logic configured to perform operations of a first protocol layer and a second logic configured to perform operations of a second protocol layer higher than the first protocol layer. The operations of the first protocol layer includes: starting a timer in response to receiving a first packet with a first count value that is different from a deliver count value; and delivering a second packet with a second count value that is different from the deliver count value to the second logic before the timer expires.

Efficient packet delivery methods and associated communications apparatus

A method for electroless metal deposition and an electroless metal layer included substrate are provided. The method for electroless metal deposition includes steps as follows. a) cleaning a substrate, applying a hydrofluoric acid onto the substrate; and then applying a modifying agent onto the substrate to form a chemical oxide layer on the substrate; b) a catalyst layer is formed on the chemical oxide layer, wherein, the catalyst layer includes a plurality of colloidal nanoparticles, and each of the plurality of colloidal nanoparticles includes a palladium nanoparticle and a polymer which encapsulates the palladium nanoparticle, and c) depositing a metal on the catalyst layer through an electroless metal deposition to form an electroless metal layer.

Various solutions for maintaining a radio resource control (RRC) connection with respect to user equipment and network apparatus in mobile communications are described. An apparatus may establish an RRC connection with a network node. The apparatus may transmit a layer 2 packet to maintain the RRC connection after a period of time without data transmission. The apparatus may transmit uplink data via the RRC connection without re-establishing the RRC connection.
