A cutter switching system includes a supporting platform, a cutter magazine mounted on the supporting platform, and a sensing assembly mounted on the cutter magazine. The cutter magazine includes a cutter storing frame and a driving assembly. The cutter storing frame includes a cylindrical main body, and a plurality of cutters mounted all around the main body. The driving assembly includes a cam indexer engaging with the cutter storing frame for rotating the cutter storing frame. The sensing assembly is mounted on the cam indexer, and the sensor senses the rotation of the cam indexer to establish the static position and the rotation required of the cutter magazine. The present disclosure further provides a machine tool using the cutter switching system.

A tool holder for holding a cutting tool comprises a housing, a sleeve received in one end of the housing, a switch fastened in the other end of the housing, a cover fastened at an end of the housing adjacent to the sleeve to prevent the sleeve from being taken out of the housing, and an elastic member sleeved on the sleeve. The switch is electrically connected to a control system of a main spindle of a CNC turning machine and is applied for controlling the movement of the main spindle. The elastic member is compressed to elastically resist with the sleeve and generates an elastic force to make the sleeve move away from the switch, and the sleeve is slidably configured along the inner surface of the housing to contact the switch to stop the movement of the main spindle of the CNC turning machine.

Tool holder

A polishing device includes a reducer, a polishing mechanism, a rotatably driven mechanism, and a sliding driving mechanism. The polishing mechanism is connected to the reducer. The rotatably driven mechanism includes a first driving member and a transmission shaft, the first driving member includes a first main body and an output shaft rotatably connected to first main body, the transmission shaft is fixed to the output shaft. A sliding driving mechanism includes a second driving member, the second driving member includes a second main body and a driving shaft collar connected to the second main body, the second main body is fixed to the first main body. The second main body and driving shaft collar cooperatively define a through hole. The transmission shaft extends through the through hole and is connected to the reducer to enable the polishing mechanism to polish a workpiece. The driving shaft is fixed to the reducer.

Polishing device with driving mechanisms

A cutter-changing device includes a cutter-magazine carrying cutters, a rotary telescopic cylinder, and a clamping sub-assembly. The clamping sub-assembly includes a cutter-changing arm, and a pair of clamping assemblies. The rotary telescopic cylinder drives the cutter-changing arm to rotate, extend and retract. Each clamping assembly includes a mounting member, an elastic member, a piston, and at least one resisting member. The mounting member is mounted on the cutter-changing arm, and defines at least one mounting hole through the sidewall thereof. The elastic member and the piston are sleeved with the mounting member, and the two opposite ends of the elastic member press against the piston and the mounting member. The resisting member is mounted between the elastic member and the mounting member, and capable of being resisted by the piston to be partially exposed from the mounting hole.

Cutter-changing device

A tool holder, used for holding a milling cutter and a grinding wheel, includes a tool bar, a tool base, a flange, a mounting shaft, and a fixing ring. The flange is formed on an end of the tool bar. The tool base is used for mounting the milling cutter. The ends of the mounting shaft are connected to the flange and the tool base respectively. The grinding wheel is mounted on the mounting shaft. The fixing ring is used for fixing the grinding wheel to the mounting shaft.

A building includes a wall and a roof. The wall encloses an enclosed area, and the wall comprises a plurality of standardized modules, each having an inner space used as a room. The roof covers the enclosed area. The standardized modules are standardized, and thus very convenient to manufacture. In addition, the standardized modules can be transported quickly and efficiently, therefore, the building as disclosed is convenient and reliable to construct and dismantle.

Movable building

An exemplary automatic disassembly machine is used for detaching a cover from a main body of a portable electronic device. The cover defines a hole therein. The automatic disassembly machine includes a holder, a mechanical hand, a power source, and a controller. The mechanical hand is fixed on the holder. The mechanical hand has an inserting element, and a positioning element. The inserting element is configured for inserting into the hole of the cover and lifting the cover up from the portable electronic device. The positioning element is configured for positioning the cover. The power source connects to the mechanical hand for driving the mechanical hand. The controller connects to the mechanical hand and the power source for respectively controlling the positioning element and the inserting element to detach the cover from the portable electronic device.

Automatic disassembly machine

An exemplary positioning device used for moving a workpiece to a targeted position, the positioning device includes: a pulling member, a platform, a guiding member, two opposite positioning members, and a cable. The guiding member is located on the platform. The positioning members are located on the guiding member. The cable connects the pulling member with the two guiding members. The pulling member is capable of pulling the two positioning members to move along the guiding member via the cable.

A machining method for manufacturing structures includes a preprocessing step (), a clamping step (), a machining step () and an extracting step (), which are performed in that order. The preprocessing step is performed to get workpieces (and) for forming a plurality of structures. In the clamping step, fixedly clamping a plurality of workpieces on a multiple workpiece mounting device () and rotatably installing the multiple workpiece mounting device on machining equipment (). In the machining step, machining the workpieces by the machining equipment to get structured workpieces. In the extracting step, extracting a plurality of structures from the structured workpiece. The invention is also related to an above-described multiple workpiece mounting device comprising a plurality of platforms () and a rotation axis (L).
