A light guide plate, a backlight module and a display device are provided. The light guide plate is configured to be coupled to a light source. The light guide plate includes a light-emitting surface, a bottom surface, a light-incident surface, plural stripe-shaped microstructures and plural light guiding microstructures. The bottom surface is opposite to the light-emitting surface. The light-incident surface is connected between the light-emitting surface and the bottom surface. The stripe-shaped microstructures are disposed on the at least one of the light-emitting surface and the bottom surface, and each of the stripe-shaped microstructures has two opposing side surfaces and an active surface. The side surfaces are respectively connected to two opposite sides of the active surface. The light-guiding microstructures are disposed between any adjacent two of the stripe-shaped microstructures and arranged along an extending direction of each of the stripe-shaped microstructures.

Light guide plate, backlight module, and display device

A backlight module and a display device are provided. The backlight module includes a light source structure and at least one optical film. The optical film is disposed above the light source structure. The optical film includes a main body and plural optical structures. The optical structures are disposed on the main body. Each of the optical structures is a tapered structure. Each of the optical structures has plural side surfaces, and a portion of light emitted from the light source structure is guided toward plural primary directions when passing through the side surfaces of the optical structures, and therefore the light emitted from the light source is no longer concentrated on the top of each of the optical structures.

Backlight module and display device

A light guide plate includes a main body, stripe structures, and light-adjusting structures. The main body includes a light-incident surface and an optical surface. The stripe structures are disposed on the optical surface. The light-adjusting structures are disposed between two adjacent stripe structures. Each of the light-adjusting structures includes a first light active surface and a second light active surface. The first light active surface faces towards the light-incident surface. The second light active surface faces towards an opposite light-incident surface. The first light active surface and the second light active surface are inclined towards different directions and formed a non-symmetrical shape. A first included angle is formed between the first light active surface and the optical surface. A second included angle is formed between the second light active surface and the optical surface. The first included angle and the second included angle are acute angles.

A light guide plate has a top side and a bottom side that are opposite to each other, and has a light-incident surface, a light-emitting surface, multiple light guide structures, and an inclined surface structure. The light-incident surface is located at an end of the light guide plate. The light-emitting surface is located on the top side of the light guide plate and is connected to the light-incident surface. The light guide structures are disposed on the light-emitting surface, and each one of the light guide structures has a light-facing surface and an opposite light-facing surface connected to a side of the light-facing surface away from the light-incident surface. The inclined surface structure is connected to the light-incident surface and the bottom side of the light guide plate. A front light module having the light guide plate and a display device having the front light module are also provided.

Light guide plate, front light module, and display device

A light guide plate, a backlight module and a display device are provided. The light guide plate includes a main body and optical structures. The main body has a light-incident surface, an opposite light-incident surface, and an optical surface. The optical structures are disposed on the optical surface. Each of the optical structures has a first optical active surface and a second optical active surface, and the first optical active surface and the second optical active surface are inclined towards different directions and formed in a non-symmetrical shape. A first inclined angle is formed between the first optical active surface and the optical surface. A second inclined angle is formed between the second optical active surface and the optical surface. The first included angle is greater than the second included angle, and a light-emitting angle of the light guide plate decreases exponentially with the first inclined angle.

Backlight module having a lightguide plate with optical structures and display device

A light guide plate, a backlight module and a display device are provided. The light guide plate includes a main body and plural prism portions. The main body has a first extending direction and a second extending direction. The main body includes a light-incident surface extending along the first extending direction and an optical surface connected to the light-incident surface. The optical surface has a first region, a second region and a third region which are arranged along the second extending direction. The prism portions are disposed on the optical surface and extend along the second extending direction. An occupied area ratio of the prism portions located in the first region is greater than an occupied area ratio of the prism portions located in the second region and is smaller than an occupied area ratio of the prism portions located in the third region.

Light guide plate, backlight module and display device

A light guide plate and a backlight module are described. The light guide plate includes a main body and a plurality of stripe microstructures. The main body includes a light incidence surface, a light-emitting surface and a light reflective surface. The light-emitting surface is opposite to the light reflective surface, and the light incidence surface is connected between the light-emitting surface and the light reflective surface. The light-emitting surface includes a microstructure region adjacent to the light incidence surface. The stripe microstructures are arranged in the microstructure region, and parallel to a normal line of the light incidence surface.

A light guide plate, a backlight module and a display device are provided. The light guide plate includes a main body, plural first stripe structures and plural second stripe structures. The main body has at least one light-incident surface and a main surface connected to the at least one light-incident surface. The first stripe structures are arranged on plural first regions of the main surface, in which each of the first stripe structures has a first tapered portion. The second stripe structures are arranged on a plurality of second regions of the main surface, in which each of the second stripe structures has a second tapered portion. The first areas and the second areas of the main surface are alternately disposed, and an inherent type of the second stripe structures is different from an inherent type of the first stripe structures.

A backlight module and a display device are provided. The backlight module includes a light guide plate, a light source and a first prism film. The light guide plate includes a main body and plural oblique microstructures. The main body has a light-incident surface and at least one main surface connected to the light-incident surface. The main surface has a first area and a second area. The oblique microstructures are disposed in the first area. Each of the oblique microstructures has a first slope. A light source is disposed adjacent to the light-incident surface. The first prism film is disposed in front of the light guide plate. The first prism film has plural first prism microstructures. Each of the first prism microstructures has a second slope. One of the first slope and the second slope is a positive number, and the other one is a negative number.

A light guide plate and a light source module are described. The light guide plate includes a main body, first stripe microstructures and second stripe microstructures. The main body includes a light incidence surface and an optic surface. The light incidence surface is connected to the optic surface. The optic surface includes a first microstructure region and a second microstructure region arranged sequentially, and the first microstructure region is near the light incidence surface. The first stripe microstructures are disposed in the first microstructure region and extending along a direction from one side near the light-incident surface to the other side away from the light-incident surface. The second stripe microstructures are disposed in the second microstructure region along the direction. A gradient of each second stripe microstructure is gradually varied along the direction.

Light guide plate and light source module

A light source module is provided. The light source module includes a flexible printed circuit board, plural light-emitting diodes and plural first light-absorbing portions. The flexible printed circuit board has a first edge and a second edge opposite to the first edge. The light-emitting diodes are disposed on the flexible printed circuit board near the first edge. The first light-absorbing portions are disposed on the flexible printed circuit board near the second edge, in which the first light-absorbing portions are alternately arranged with the light-emitting diodes.
