This disclosure provides combination therapy for treating a subject, such as a subject afflicted with a lung cancer, comprising administering to the subject an anti-fucosyl-GM1 antibody and an anti-CD137 antibody, or antigen-binding portions of either or both.

The present disclosure provides human monoclonal antibodies that bind specifically to CXCR4 with high affinity. This disclosure also provides a method for treating a subject afflicted with a CXCR4-expressing cancer, in particular a hematological malignancy such as multiple myeloma, acute myeloid leukemia, or non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a pharmaceutical composition comprising an anti-CXCR4 antibody of the disclosure. The disclosure further provides a kit for treating a cancer in a subject comprising a dose of an anti-CXCR4 antibody and instructions for using the anti-CXCR4 antibody in the therapeutic methods of the disclosure.

Treatment of hematologic malignancies with an anti-CXCR4 antibody

The invention provides antibodies which bind to the extracellular domain of the Tyrosine-protein kinase transmembrane receptor Matriptase. Nucleic acid molecules encoding the antibodies, expression vectors, host cells and methods for expressing the antibodies are also provided. The antibodies may be used for the treatment of cancer, including gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, prostate cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer lung cancer, preferably SCLC, esophageal cancer, head and neck cancer, pancreatic cancer, lymphoma preferably non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and skin cancer.

CD19 antibodies and their uses

The compounds of the invention are modified forms of therapeutic agents. A typical prodrug compound of the invention comprises a therapeutic agent, an oligopeptide, a stabilizing group and, optionally, a linker group. The prodrug is cleavable by the CD10 enzyme. Methods of treatment using the prodrug and methods of designing the prodrug are also disclosed.
