A keyswitch structure includes a switch and a multilayer structure above the switch. The multilayer structure includes an inner flexible layer, a rigid light-transmissive cover sheet, and a flexible light-transmissive layer. The inner flexible layer has a keycap portion and a connection portion extending outward from the keycap portion. The keycap portion is located above the switch and forms a spatial character structure. The rigid light-transmissive cover sheet is disposed on the keycap portion and covers the spatial character structure. The flexible light-transmissive layer covers the inner flexible layer and the rigid light-transmissive cover sheet. A keyboard includes the keyswitch structure and a device casing carrying the keyswitch structure. The multilayer structure is fixed to the device casing. The rigid light-transmissive cover sheet is harder than the flexible light-transmissive layer and structurally protects the spatial character structure from being damaged when the keyswitch structure is pressed.

Keyswitch structure and keyboard therewith

A keyboard touch electrode module includes a plurality of same electrode matrices, which are arranged along a lengthwise direction and a widthwise direction and formed by a plurality of series of first electrodes and a plurality of series of second electrodes which interlace with each other. Adjacent two of the electrode matrices in the widthwise direction are mis-aligned. The electrode matrices thereon define a plurality of key projection areas, each of which covers a same key-face electrode pattern. A touch keyboard includes a base, a plurality of keycaps, a plurality of supporting structures connected to and between the base and the keycaps, and the keyboard touch electrode module disposed between the base and the keycaps. The keyboard touch electrode module can senses a non-pressing movement on the keycaps. The keycap can move up and down relative to the base and the keyboard touch electrode module through the corresponding supporting structure.

Keyboard touch electrode module and touch keyboard therewith

A keyswitch includes a board, a cap opposite to the board, a first support device, a second support device, and a first link member. The first support device is disposed between the cap and the board. An end of the first support device is connected to the board. Another end of the first support device is connected to the cap. The second support device is disposed between the cap and the board and is separate from the first support device at a specific distance. An end of the second support device is connected to the board. Another end of the second support device is connected to the cap. The first link member has a first end portion and a second end portion. The first end portion is movably connected to the first support device. The second end portion is connected to the second support device.

Keyswitch with member and support devices

A key switch is provided, which includes a base, a cap, a first linkage rod, a second linkage rod, an elastic contraction element, at least one activate member and a thin film circuit unit. The base includes a plurality of first connection portions and a plurality of second connection portions. The first linkage rod is movably connected to the first connection portions and the cap. The second linkage rod is movably connected to the second connection portions and the cap. One end of the elastic contraction element is connected to the first linkage rod, and the other end thereof is connected to the second linkage rod. The activate member is disposed on one of the first linkage rod, the second linkage rod and the cap. The thin film circuit unit includes an activate portion.

Key switch

A luminous touch keyboard includes a baseplate, a plurality of keycaps, a plurality of support mechanisms connected between the baseplate and the keycaps, and a keyboard composite electrode module disposed between the baseplate and the keycaps and configured to sense a non-pressing movement over the keycaps and to provide light emitting through the keycaps. The support mechanism supports the keycap to move relative to the baseplate and the keyboard composite electrode module. The keyboard composite electrode module includes a light source circuit and a plurality of electrode matrices arranged along a first direction and a second direction. Two of the electrode matrices adjacent in the second direction are mis-aligned. The light source circuit includes a plurality of light sources disposed in the plurality of electrode matrices in a one-to-one manner, and the position of the light source in the electrode matrix is correspondingly the same.

Keyboard composite electrode module and luminous touch keyboard therewith

A touch keyboard includes a keyboard touch electrode module and keyswitches arranged along lengthwise and widthwise directions. The keyboard touch electrode module includes plural key electrode matrixes one-to-one corresponding to plural key projection areas for the keyswitches. The key electrode matrixes are arranged along the lengthwise direction and the widthwise direction. At least two key electrode matrixes unaligned in the widthwise direction are identical to each other. The key electrode matrix includes plural electrodes arranged alternately at an electrode interval. A size of the electrode in the widthwise direction is defined by a function of the electrode interval, a key pitch between two widthwise-adjacent ones of the key projection areas, and an electrode row number covered within the key pitch.

Touch keyboard and keyboard touch electrode module

A keyboard overlay film forming a plurality of keycap accommodating cavities and a key-gap space, the key-gap space surrounding the keycap accommodating cavities, and the keycap accommodating cavities respectively including a key projection surface, wherein the keyboard overlay film includes a top protective layer; a character layer located on a side of the top protective layer forming the keycap accommodating cavities, and the character layer includes a plurality of light-transparent characters respectively corresponding to the key projection surface of the keycap accommodating cavities; a set of touch electrodes located on a side of the character layer opposite to the top protective layer; and a lower protective layer located on a side of the set of touch electrodes opposite to the character layer.

Keyboard overlay film with touch and/or backlight function

A keyboard with light-emitting and touch functions includes a keyswitch, a backlight module having a light source and a light guide plate, a membrane, a capacitive touch sensing sheet disposed on the membrane and the light guide plate, and a board. The keyswitch includes a cap and a support mechanism movably connected to the cap. Light of the light source is incident into the light guide plate and is emitted toward the cap. The membrane has a switch and is selectively disposed on or under the backlight module. The board is disposed under the backlight module and the membrane and has first and second connection members. The first and second connection members pass through the membrane, the light guide plate and the capacitive touch sensing sheet to be movably connected to the support mechanism, so as to make the cap movable downward relative to the board for triggering the switch.

Keyboard with light emitting function and touch function

A keyswitch structure includes a base plate, a keycap, and two supports connected to the base plate and the keycap. The keycap is movable relative to the base plate through the two supports. The support is pivotally connected to the base plate through a pivotal connection structure that includes a guiding slot and a protruding shaft oppositely disposed on the support and the base plate. The guiding slot has an opening and an indentation portion. The opening is located at an upper end of the guiding slot. The protruding shaft enters the guiding slot from the opening to rotatably fit in the indentation portion, so that the support is pivotally connected to the base plate.

Keyswitch structure

A waterproof film includes a film reinforcing layer, a light shielding layer, a texture layer, and a pattern. The light shielding layer is combined under the film reinforcing layer and forms a plurality of protruding structures cooperatively with the film reinforcing layer by a hot pressing process. The texture layer is attached to a release film and then formed on a top surface and a side surface of each protruding structure after a hot pressing process is performed and the release film is then peeled. The pattern is formed on the texture layer or the light shielding layer.

Waterproof film and keyboard thereof

A keyswitch structure includes a base plate, a keycap, and two supports connected to the base plate and the keycap. The keycap is movable relative to the base plate through the two supports. In an embodiment, the support is pivotally connected to the base plate through a pivotal connection structure that includes a guiding slot and a protruding shaft oppositely disposed on the support and the base plate. The guiding slot has an indentation portion and can guide the protruding shaft to fit in the indentation portion. In another embodiment, the support includes a support body connected to the base plate, and an abutting arm extending from the support body. The base plate structurally constrains the support through a hook and a limitation post thereof. The abutting arm of one support extends under the other support, so that the two supports can move each other through the abutting arms.

A key switch includes a base, a key cap, a first support member and a second support member. The key cap is disposed with respect to the base. The first support member and the second support member are disposed between the key cap and the base. The first support member has a first linkage structure. The second support member has a second linkage structure. The first linkage structure and the second linkage structure abut against each other, such that the first support member and the second support member rotate synchronously with respect to a horizontal axis. When one of the first support member and the second support member horizontally moves with respect to the other one of the first support member and the second support member within a predetermined range along the horizontal axis, the first linkage structure and the second linkage structure keep abutting against each other.
