The invention provides a recombinant polypeptide X&#x2014;Y for enhancing cell transduction efficiency of a target agent, wherein X is a cell penetrating peptide DPV3, and Y is an Hsp40-J domain. Also provided is a method for enhancing cell transduction efficiency of a target agent, comprising conjugating/attaching said target agent with a recombinant polypeptide X&#x2014;Y, wherein X is a cell penetrating peptide DPV3, and Y is an Hsp40-J domain. Further provided is a pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutic agent, wherein said therapeutic agent is modified by conjugating/attaching with a recombinant polypeptide X&#x2014;Y, wherein X is a cell penetrating peptide DPV3, and Y is an Hsp40-J domain.

Recombinant polypeptide for enhancing cell transduction efficiency of a target agent

A synthetic peptide that targets cancer stem cells is provided. The peptide consists of the amino acid sequence of anyone of SEQ ID NO: 1 to SEQ ID NO: 15. Also provided is a composition comprising said synthetic peptide with a therapeutic agent fused thereto, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or diluent. Further provided is a method of screening a peptide specifically targeting to a cancer stem cell. The method comprises the steps of establishing an oligopeptide library by using a phage expression system, contacting the library with a culture of bulk tumor cells of a cancer cell line, contacting the phages which do not bind to the bulk tumor cells with a culture of cancer stem cells of said cancer cell line, and screening a peptide specifically targeting to a cancer stem cell from the phages which bind to the cancer stem cells.

The present invention discloses a poultry selection method to improve the egg production rate, the method comprises steps of collecting protein samples and egg productivity information of multiple poultry groups, transforming these information into multiple scores, ranks, and their corresponding codes; the next step is to combine the corresponding codes to form regional codes, and compare the matching rate; and select the poultry with the required egg production. The present invention further discloses another method, comprising: the collecting and ranking of protein samples and egg productivity information of known and unknown poultry groups to sort out the ratings; select a poultry group having the required egg production from the known group; define the regional codes based on the ratings of the known group; compare the ratings between the known and unknown groups, select the poultry (from the unknown group) with the same regional codes to the previously selected poultry group with required egg production; and select the poultry with required egg production according to the matching rate after the comparison.
