An electrical connector for mounting on an external circuit board includes: an insulating body having an upper receiving space and a lower receiving space; a terminal module assembled on the insulating body and including plural pin terminals, each pin terminal having a pin for mounting on the external circuit board, wherein the terminal module is capable of being modified to support 1G or 2.5G or 5G or 10G or 25G or 40G signal transmission while keeping arrangement pattern of the pins unchanged in order to be mounted on the same external circuit board.

An electrical connector includes: an insulating body defining a mating space; and a terminal module assembled to the insulating body and having a circuit board and plural mating terminals mounted on the circuit board, wherein: each of the mating terminals has a contact portion extending obliquely backward, a bending portion bent backward from a front end of the contact portion, a connecting portion extending rearward from a rear end of the bending portion, and a mounting portion vertically extending from a rear end of the connecting portion for mounting on the circuit board; and a front end of the circuit board extends forward into the mating space.

An electrical connector includes an insulating body and first through eighth terminals sequentially arranged in a lateral direction in the insulating body, wherein the first and second terminals, the third and sixth terminals, the fourth and fifth terminals, and the seventh and eighth terminals are respectively used to transmit a pair of differential signals, each terminal including: a mating portion for mating to a mating connector; a tail portion opposite to the mating portion; and a connecting portion connected therebetween, the connecting portions of the third terminal to the fifth terminal are all provided with a coupling portion; wherein the coupling portions of the third through fifth terminals are in three different planes, respectively, and the coupling portion of the fifth terminal and the coupling portion of the third terminal at least partially overlap in a longitudinal direction perpendicular to the lateral direction.

An electrical connector includes a terminal module having a circuit board having first through eighth conductive traces sequentially arranged in a transverse direction and corresponding first through eighth terminals, the third terminal and the sixth terminal being configured for transmitting a pair of differential signals, the fourth terminal and the fifth terminal being configured for transmitting another pair of differential signals, the first through eighth conductive traces being respectively electrically connected to corresponding first through eighth terminals, each of the third conductive trace and the fifth conductive trace including a coupling portion, a size of the coupling portion in the transverse direction is larger than a size of the other part of the corresponding conductive trace in the transverse direction, wherein the coupling portion of the third conductive trace and the coupling portion of the fifth conductive trace overlap in an up and down direction to increase mutual coupling.

A conductive wire connection structure of rail-type electrical terminal is able to reduce the yield of waste material in manufacturing, enhance heat dissipation effect and increase operational and motional stability in condition of structural simplification. The conductive wire connection structure includes a conductive support mounted in an insulation case. The conductive support is divided into two parts of a U-shaped support main body and a C-shaped wire connector. The wire connector is assembled with a metal leaf spring and disposed on the support main body together with the metal leaf spring for pivotally connecting with the grounding conductive wire coming from an apparatus. The wire connector and the metal leaf spring are respectively formed with insertion sections for assembling the wire connector with the metal leaf spring to help the support main body to hold the metal leaf spring and prevent the metal leaf spring from deflecting.
