Disclosed is a cucurbitane-triterpenoid compound for activating estrogen receptor activity, and a pharmaceutical composition, use and preparation method thereof. The cucurbitane-triterpenoid compound is presented as formula (I): wherein a single bond or a double bond is formed between C5 and C10, and a single bond or a double bond is fromed between C8 and C9; when a single bond is formed between C5 and C10, the Ris oxygen; while a single bond is formed between C8 and C9, Ris carbonyl group (&#x2014;C&#x2550;O), methyl hydroxyl group (&#x2014;CH(OH)), methyl ketone or methyl dimethoxy group (&#x2014;CH(OCH)); and wherein while Ris oxygen (&#x2014;O&#x2014;) and Ris carbonyl group (&#x2014;C&#x2550;O) or methyl hydroxyl group (&#x2014;CH(OH)), a single bond is formed between R(&#x2014;O&#x2014;) and C19 of Rsuch that Rand Rare formed tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-one or hemiacetal ring.

Cucurbitane-triterpenoid compounds, pharmaceutical composition, use and preparation method thereof

The present invention relates to compounds having estrogenic activity selected from the group consisting of Loliolide, (4S,6S)-4-Hydroxy-6-nonadecyl-tetrahydro-pyran-2-one, (4R,6S)-4-Hydroxy-6-nonadecyl-tetrahydro-pyran-2-one and analogues thereof. The compounds of the present invention are selective estrogen receptor modulator, which can selectively activate ER&#x3b2; and simultaneously express high estrogenic activity, and also can be applied as medical or food compositions to improve estrogen deficiency-related symptoms.

Estrogenic-active compounds and application thereof

A structure of a flash movable decorating lamp comprises at least one first unit and at least one second unit. A structure of a flash movable decorating lamp is formed, by which, a flash circuit can be detachably attached thereto, and a serial system or a serial and parallel system with many variation can be formed. Many variations in controlling with very complex patterns can be achieved.
