A method for manufacturing a clad type electromagnetic shielding material includes step as follows: a first electrically conductive metallic layer, a magnetically conductive metallic layer, a second electrically conductive metallic layer and a shock-absorbing insulation layer, which are stacked in order, are one-time continuously rolled by a clad type rolling process, so as to finish a clad plate applied to an electromagnetic shielding field, wherein the surface of the shock-absorbing insulation layer provided with a binder faces the second electrically conductive metallic layer.

Clad type electromagnetic shielding material and method for manufacturing the same

A heat dissipating device of an electromotor is a composite cooling device driven in a powerless manner and used for stirring a cooling liquid applied on a surface of a casing of the electromotor. The heat dissipating device includes a pair of bearings fitted on the casing, and a roller disposed at outer ring seats of the pair of bearings. The roller has a sealed chamber therein, the chamber covers a surface of the casing located in a disposition region of the bearings, and at least one outer blade is disposed outside the roller. Thereby, composite heat dissipating of liquid cooling and air cooling of the electromotor is implemented with a cooling liquid injected into the chamber of the roller and a wind force applied on the outer blade.

Heat dissipating device of an electromotor

An electronic casing and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The method includes the following steps. Step (a): a metal laminate and a die of a predetermined shape are provided. The metal laminate comprises a metal top layer and a metal bottom layer that are bonded by interface atom diffusion. Step (b): the metal laminate is processed to form a casing blank by using the die, and the casing blank has at least one turning portion. Step (c): a profiler of a predetermined shape and an electromagnetic forming device are provided. Step (d): the casing blank is attached to the profiler, and the electromagnetic forming device is disposed at a position corresponding to the turning portion. Step (e): the electromagnetic forming device is activated, so that the casing blank has a shape corresponding to the predetermined shape of the profiler.
