A power adapter assembly structure is disclosed and includes a circuit board, a socket and at least one elastic element. The socket is disposed adjacent to the circuit board. The circuit board and the socket are configured to collaboratively form at least one abutting surface and at least one fixing surface. The elastic element is connected between the circuit board and the socket, and includes a main body, a fixed portion and a hanging arm. The fixed portion and the hanging arm are disposed at two opposite ends of the main body, the fixed portion spatially corresponds to the fixing surface, and the hanging arm constantly abuts the abutting surface. A height is formed between the main body of the at least one elastic element and the at least one abutting surface, and less than a length of the hanging arm extended from the main body.

Power adapter assembly structure

A power adapter assembly structure is disclosed and includes a housing, a circuit board, a socket and an elastic element. The circuit board including a first abutting surface and the socket including a second abutting surface are fastened in the housing. The elastic element connected between the circuit board and the socket includes a main body, a first hanging arm and a second hanging arm. The first hanging arm and the second hanging arm are disposed at two opposite ends of the main body, and constantly abuts the first abutting surface and the second abutting surface, respectively. A first gap is formed between the main body and the first abutting surface, and less than a first length of the first hanging arm. A second gap is formed between the main body and the second abutting surface, and less than a second length of the second hanging arm.

A power connector includes an insulation body, at least two pins, a thermal conductive element, and a thermal sensor. The insulation body has a cavity and a first housing, and the first housing includes a plug-in surface. The pins pass through the first housing, and one side of the pins extends to the cavity. The thermally and electrically conductive element is disposed in the cavity and extends to the pins, and is spaced apart from the pins. The thermally and electrically conductive element is close to the first housing. The thermal sensor is disposed in the thermally and electrically conductive element.

Power connector

An electric connector includes a first pin, a second pin, a thermal conductor and a temperature sensor. The thermal conductor is disposed between the first pin and the second pin and simultaneously connected with the first pin and the second pin. The temperature sensor is embedded in the thermal conductor for sensing the temperature of the first pin and the second pin. Therefore, the thermal energy is rapidly and effectively transferred from the first pin and the second pin to the temperature sensor disposed in the thermal conductor, so that the temperature is precisely monitored and is rapidly reflected, and the safety of the electric connector is enhanced.

Electric connector and temperature-sensing mechanism within

In a power device and a plug structure, the plug structure includes an electrical conductor, a pin and a conductive elastic sheet. The pin is correspondingly arranged to the electrical conductor. The pin has a conducting portion and a distal end formed on the conducting portion. The conductive elastic sheet has a lateral segment and at least one longitudinal segment extending from the lateral segment. The lateral segment has a first convex portion and a second convex portion reversed from each other. The longitudinal segment has a third convex portion. The lateral segment is clamped between the distal end and the electrical conductor, the first convex portion contacts the electrical conductor, the second convex portion grasps and contacts the distal end, and the third convex portion contacts the conducting portion.

Power device and plug structure thereof

A junction box for a solar module is disclosed and comprises a housing having an opening for introducing a plurality of conductor strips; and an electrical connection mechanism disposed in a receptacle of the housing. The electrical connection mechanism comprises a plurality of conductor strip connection devices disposed on an inner surface of the housing for connecting to the conductor strips; and a current-path arrangement module detachably connected with the conductor strip connection devices and comprising a carrier, a plurality of electricity conveying elements and a plurality of electronic components, wherein the electricity conveying elements and the electronic components are disposed on one surface of the carrier, and each electronic component is connected with two adjacent electricity conveying elements.

Junction box and electrical connection mechanism thereof

A modular power connector includes an insulation main body, at least one conducting element, at least one electricity-delivering element, and at least one engaging element. The conducting element is partially accommodated within the insulation main body, and includes a perforation. The electricity-delivering element has a bare part at an end thereof. The engaging element is fixed on the bare part of the electricity-delivering element, and includes an elastic extension part and a stopping part. The elastic extension part is subject to elastic deformation during the elastic extension part is penetrated through the perforation of the conducting element. The elastic extension part is restored to an original shape after the elastic extension part is penetrated through the perforation, so that the conducting element is clamped between the elastic extension part and the stopping part.

Modular power connector

An electronic device with a detachable plug capable of changing plugging direction is disclosed. The electronic device comprises a main body and a plug. The main body has a plug-receiving portion, and the plug-receiving portion comprises at least two conducting pieces. The plug has a plug body and at least two conductive terminals. The plug body comprises four trenches disposed at a bottom thereof and arranged as a square. Each of the conductive terminals comprises a plugging portion, a connection portion and an extension portion, wherein the plugging portion is protruded out of a surface of the plug body, and the connection portion and the extension portion are embedded in the plug body and are corresponding to two adjacent trenches, respectively. Thereby, when the plug is assembled on the plug-receiving portion of the main body, the two conducting pieces are respectively received in two opposite trenches and contacted with either the two connection portions or the two extension portions of the two conductive terminals for power conduction.

Electronic device with detachable plug capable of changing plugging direction

A conductor strip connection device for a junction box of a solar module is disclosed and comprises a contact member having a contact segment for connecting to a conductor strip, a suppressing member having a suppressing part configured to cooperate with the contact segment of the contact member for securing a conductor strip, and a fastening member configured to assemble the suppressing member and the contact member together or disassemble the suppressing member from the contact member for allowing the suppressing member to cooperate with the contact segment of the contact member so as to secure or release the conductor strip.

Junction box and conductor strip connection device thereof

A conductor strip connection device for a junction box of a solar module is disclosed and comprises a contact member and a press-fitting member. The contact member has a contact segment for connecting to a conductor strip and having at least one first engaging element. The press-fitting member has a suppressing part and at least one second engaging element, wherein the suppressing part is configured to cooperate with the contact segment of the contact member for securing the conductor strip, and the second engaging element is configured to engage with the first engaging element of the contact member for assembling the press-fitting member with the contact member.

Disclosed is a safe connector including a casing, a plurality of conducting elements, a protecting board, an elastic device, and a locking device. The casing has an opening. The plurality of conducting elements are set in the casing for conducting electricity. The protecting board is set in the casing for protecting the conducting elements from being touched. There are a plurality of holes set on the protecting board, and each of them corresponds to one of the conducting elements for passing the conducting elements therethrough. The elastic device is set between the casing and the protecting board for urging the protecting board against the opening, and a locking device is set in the casing for locking the protecting board in the casing.
