A method and system are devised for quickly detecting an abnormal concentration of potassium ions in blood from an electrocardiogram. The system includes at least one vector-converting device that includes a processor, a transmitter, at least one memory and at least one storage unit. The at least one storage includes a model data module and a predicting and converting module. The model data module includes data of a model of the concentration of potassium in the blood. The model of the concentration of potassium in the blood includes at least one reference electrocardiogram and corresponding reference data of the concentration of potassium in the blood. The predicting and converting module converts an electrocardiogram into a corresponding predicted concentration of potassium in the blood according to the reference concentration of potassium in blood. The vector conversions device is connected to at least one electrocardiogram generator and at least one monitor. Thus, the electrocardiogram obtained by the electrocardiogram generator is converted to the corresponding predicted concentration of potassium in the blood. The corresponding predicted concentration of potassium in the blood is shown on a monitor to facilitate the medical personnel to take proper actions to reduce the risks of sudden cardiac death.

Method and system for quickly detecting an abnormal concentration of potassium ions in blood from an electrocardiogram

A housing structure. The housing structure includes a first case and a second case. The first case includes a first inner wall with an extension plate. The length of the extension plate is h. The second case includes a second inner wall with a rib. A notch is defined between the rib and the second inner wall, and the depth of the notch is h. When the first case is joined with the second case, the extension plate engages the notch.

Housing structure

A new type of bone fastener is proposed, which is suitable for implantation either in a fractured shinbone (tibia) or a fractured thighbone (femur). The bone fastener includes an elongated steel tube having a bent tail portion, a middle portion, and a frontal portion, with a plurality of screw holes being formed in a non-parallel manner in the bent tail portion and the frontal portion. Further, a set of bolts are selectively screwed to the screw holes depending on the case of either a shinbone fracture or a thighbone fracture so as to secure the fractured part together. Since the screw holes and the bolts are oriented in a non-parallel manner, the bone fastener can be hardly loosened off position when the user moves on foot at fast paces, thus providing a better fastening effect than the prior art.

An improved folding bicycle comprising a folding hinge mechanism as well as a set of foldable handle-bar and a collapsible seat structure. During normal use, the folding hinge mechanism is easily associated with multi-securing effect to ensure the safety of ride.
