A display module and a display device including the same are disclosed. The display module includes a display panel; a metal foam layer having multiple pores formed therein; and an adhesive layer disposed between the display panel and the metal foam layer to adhere the metal foam layer to the display panel, wherein each of the display panel, the adhesive layer and the metal foam layer has at least one bendable area, wherein at least one perforated pattern is formed in the at least one bendable area of the metal foam layer.

A display module and display device that may suppress a greenish defect and reduce a bezel area while improving a heat-dissipation performance and a shock absorption function include an integral cushion plate including at least one protrusion protruding from and extending along an edge portion of a body with the cushion plate placed on a lower surface of a display panel, and the protrusion brought into contact with a cover member. Further, the protrusion of the cushion plate is bent to have an inclined part so that the protrusion does not contact the side surface of the display panel and contacts the cover member.

A display device can include a cover substrate; a display module disposed on a rear surface of the cover substrate and configured to display an image; a heat dissipation film disposed on a rear surface of the display module; a hole disposed in the heat dissipation film; a flexible circuit board covering the hole in the heat dissipation film and configured to block light; and a fingerprint scanner mounted on the flexible circuit board, disposed in the hole of the heat dissipation film, and separated from the heat dissipation film by a space, in which the flexible circuit board covers the space between the heat dissipation film and the fingerprint scanner.
