Incising device for use with an endoscope

A clipping apparatus comprises a clip capable of being arbitrarily opened/closed, a stop tube for closing the clip, a link member capable of being inserted into the stop tube, and engaged with the clip, a sheath section capable of housing the clip and the stop tube therein, and a manipulating wire inserted into the sheath section. This clipping apparatus further comprises a hook section for, when the clip and the stop tube is protruded frontally of the sheath section, causing the sheath section and the stop tube to be engaged with each other, and disabling the stop tube from being housed in the sheath section again.

Physiological tissue clipping apparatus, clipping method and clip unit mounting method

A soft sheath and a pair of opening and closing elements which protrudes from and retracts into the soft sheath and is capable of opening and closing are provided in an insertion portion capable of being inserted through a treatment device insertion channel of an endoscope, a slender arm and a high-frequency surgical blade disposed at the distal end of the arm are formed in each opening and closing element, and a high-frequency treatment portion which converges a high-frequency current is provided on the blade.

An endoscopic suturing includes a suturing device having a curved needle to suture tissue. The endoscopic suturing device also includes a driving means to maneuver the curved needle. The curved needle and the driving means are placed at a distal end of the endoscopic suturing device. The endoscopic suturing device also includes a flexible endoscope connected to the suturing device.

A hood for an endoscope has a cap part detachably mounted on the end portion of the insertion part of an endoscope. An opening communicates with the inside of the cap part, at the end of a flexible tube connected to the opening. Into the flexible tube, such an endoscopic treating instrument as a high frequency snare is inserted.
