An endoscopic treatment device includes a sheath formed from a resin; a flow-passage formation member attached to a distal end portion of the sheath to be rotatable around a longitudinal axis of the sheath; a pair of forceps pieces supported by the flow-passage formation member such that the pair of forceps pieces are able to be opened and closed; a link mechanism connected to the pair of forceps pieces and configured to open and close the pair of forceps pieces; an operation wire extending along the longitudinal axis of the sheath; and a connection member configured to connect a proximal end arm of the link mechanism and the operation wire.

Endoscopic treatment device

An endoscope treatment tool includes: a cylindrical distal-end member to be attached to a distal end of an endoscope; a grasping tool that is provided at an outer side surface of the endoscope along a longitudinal axis of the endoscope, that grasps biological tissue, and that is movable in a first direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis in a state in which the biological tissue is grasped; an electrode that is disposed so as to protrude forward with respect to a distal end of the distal-end member; and an electrode driving portion that is configured to move the electrode in the first direction.

Endoscope treatment tool

A high-frequency treatment instrument having a sheath; an elongated extension member; a narrow portion provided on an inner surface of the sheath; and a pressing member which allows the elongated extension member to advance and retract only in a part of the sheath. The elongated extension member is advanced to form a first treatment electrode extending along a central axial line of the sheath and the elongated extension member is further advanced to form a second treatment electrode which intersects with the central axial line of the sheath.

A stent delivery system includes a tubular stent which is retained in a body cavity of a living body; a pusher tube, whose distal end contacts with a proximal end of the stent, which pushes and moves the stent to a distal end side; a filament which connects the stent with the pusher tube by the proximal end side of the filament being engaged with the pusher tube and by the distal end side of the filament stretching to the stent side so as to penetrate the peripheral wall of the stent; an engaging member which is engaged with a distal end portion of the filament penetrating the peripheral wall of the stent, and which keeps the connecting condition between the stent and the pusher tube by the filament; and a pulling member which pulls a distal end side of the filament into a proximal end side of the pusher tube when the engagement between the engaging member and the filament is released and the connection between the stent and the pusher tube is released.

An instrument for an endoscope including a flexible insulative insertion section inserted in an endoscope channel, a tubular first electrode section arranged at a distal end of the insertion section with an insertion hole formed along the axis of the insertion section, a conductive electric wire inserted in the insertion section and movable forward/backward, a control section arranged on the proximal end side of the insertion section and controlling forward/backward movement of the electric wire along the axis, a rod-shaped second electrode section connected to a distal end of the electric wire and inserted so as to be movable forward/backward in the insertion hole, and an external connecting section electrically connected to a proximal end side of the electric wire and applying external currents with predetermined frequencies to the electric wire and the second electrode section.
