A neuromodulation probe includes a body and at least one coil set. The body has a first axis and a length along the first axis. The at least one coil set includes at least one coil, and the at least one coil is formed by winding spirally a conductive wire plural times about a second axis inside the body or on an outer surface of the body. The second axis is parallel to the first axis. The at least one coil has two opposite wire ends for providing an electric current to flow in or out of the at least one coil.

Neuromodulation probe

A state assessment system, a diagnosis and treatment system and a method for operating the diagnosis and treatment system are disclosed. An oscillator model converts a physiological signal of a subject into a defined feature image. A classification model analyzes state information of the subject based on the feature image. An analysis model outputs a treatment suggestion for the subject based on the state information of the subject. An AR projection device projects acupoint positions of a human body onto the subject, for the subject to be treated based on the treatment suggestion.

An electronic stimulation device is adapted for electrically stimulating a target zone of an organism with relative low pain sensations without generating relative much sensations of paresthesia. The electronic stimulation device comprises at least one electronic stimulation unit. The electronic stimulation unit includes at least one first electrode and at least one second electrode. The electronic stimulation unit receives a high-frequency electrical stimulation signal to impel the first electrode and the second electrode to generate an electric field. The range of the electric field covers the target zone, and the electric field strength ranges from 100 V/m to 1000 V/m. The frequency of the high-frequency electrical stimulation signal ranges from 200 KHz to 1000 KHz.

Electronic stimulation device, method of treatment and electronic stimulation system

An electronic stimulation device for electrically stimulating at least one dorsal root ganglion with relative low pain sensations without generating relative much sensations of paresthesia comprises at least one electronic stimulation unit. The electronic stimulation unit includes at least one first electrode and at least one second electrode, and it delivers a high-frequency electrical stimulation signal to impel the first electrode and the second electrode to generate an electric field. The frequency of the high-frequency electrical stimulation signal ranges from 200 kHz to 1000 kHz.

An external control device includes a human-computer interface, a first controller and a power transmitting unit. An implantable medical device includes a power receiving unit, a second controller and a second detector. A method for monitoring power supply comprises: producing a first magnetic field by the power transmitting unit; sensing the first magnetic field to produce a second magnetic field and converting it into a direct current by the power receiving unit; detecting a power value of the direct current by the second detector to output a detection signal to the second controller; outputting a status information to the external control device by the second controller according to the detection signal; and receiving the status information by the first controller. The first controller transmits an adjustment signal to the power transmitting unit if informed of the status information that the power value is not within a designate power range.

Method for monitoring power supply to implantable medical device

The electromagnetic stimulation device contains at least a positive electrode and at least a negative electrode. An insulating gap having width of a first distance is maintained between the positive and negative electrodes. The positive and negative electrodes are at least at a second distance away from a nerve to be stimulated. A preset voltage is applied to the positive and negative electrodes so that a low-power, low-temperature, high-frequency electromagnetic field covering and stimulating the nerve is produced between the positive and negative electrodes. By the stimulation of the low-power, low-temperature, high-frequency electromagnetic field, the nerve's threshold is increased, the nerve's transmission capability is reduced, and therefore the nerve pain is effectively eased.

A porous film microfluidic device includes a sample well, a porous film support structure, including a first, second, and third port, wherein the first port is connected to the sample well, a porous film is formed over the bottom of the porous film support structure, and a glass fiber film is formed between the porous film support structure and the porous film, a waste tank connected to the second port of the porous film support structure, wherein a water absorption element is disposed in the waste tank, a buffer solution tank connected to the third port of the porous film support structure and sealed by a sealing film, and a COC plastic prism disposed over the bottom of the porous film support structure. The COC plastic prism includes a metal film in contact with the porous film and a metal oxide layer formed over the COC plastic prism.

Porous film microfluidic device for automatic surface plasmon resonance quantitative analysis

A dielectric constant measurement circuit includes a dielectric constant sensor, an oscillator controlling circuit, a waveform converting circuit, and a counting readout circuit. The oscillator controlling circuit generates an oscillation waveform according to the response of the dielectric constant sensor to a dielectric material. The waveform converting circuit converts the oscillation waveform into frequency division square waves. The counting readout circuit includes a switching counter, a switching circuit, a reference current source, and a current integrator. The reference current source charges the current integrator through the switching circuit controlled by the frequency division square waves, and the switching counter counts the number of the turned-on states of the switching circuit and stops counting the number of the turned-on states when a value of the output voltage from the current integrator reaches a value of the reference voltage, and the number of the turned-on states is related to the oscillation frequency.

Dielectric constant measurement circuit and dielectric constant measurement method

The implantable medical device is for implantation into a patient's body and is wirelessly powered by an external control device. The implantable medical device is induced by an AC electromagnetic field of the external control device through an inductive coil. A rectifier converts the AC electromagnetic field into a DC current. A detector detects a voltage value of the DC current, and a processor produces a first piece of status information accordingly. A transceiver receives and relays the first piece of status information to the external control device so as to monitor the power consumption of the implantable medical device when it is wirelessly powered.

An implantable electrical stimulation system for treating a nerve symptom, the system comprising an implantable device. The implantable devices includes a wave generator that is operable to generate a signal wave and a white noise, mix the signal wave and the white noise, and produce an electrical stimulating signal. The system further comprises an electrode unit located in close proximity to a target nerve and is operable to provide the electrical stimulating signal to the nerve. The system further comprises an external controlling device.

System and method for treating a nerve symptom

A system and method for evaluating cardiovascular performance in real time and characterized by conversion of a surface potential into multi-channels are introduced. The system includes an electrocardiographic signal measuring unit, a reconstruction unit, and a parameter computation and assessment unit. The reconstruction unit reconstructs electrocardiographic signals (ECG signals) recorded by the electrocardiographic signal measuring unit, such that the ECG signals are reconstructed as ones located at different spatial positions but actually not having a channel. The method includes calculating a variation manifested spatially during an interval between a Q wave and a T wave of an ECG signal against time with a parameter computation and assessment algorithm, to evaluate its discreteness degree and thereby diagnose cardiovascular diseases (CVD) and locate lesions thereof.

System and method for evaluating cardiovascular performance in real time and characterized by conversion of surface potential into multi-channels

A health monitoring device is provided and includes a detecting unit for detecting a first electric signal from a human body and a processing unit for performing the following steps: receiving the first electric signal; performing wavelet transform on the first electric signal, to filter frequency bands thereof which include undesired noises, and then perform a reverse wavelet transform to obtain a second electric signal; combining frequency bands of the first electric signal which include primary characteristics and then perform a reverse wavelet transform on the combined frequency bands to obtain a fourth electric signal; and comparing the fourth electric signal with a plurality of electric signal patterns of a database to determine whether the fourth electric signal is an electric signal for healthiness.

Health monitoring device and human electric signal processing method

A drug-delivery chip and a method of fabricating the same are provided. The drug-delivery chip has a main body having at least one drug receiving space individually formed with an opening for storing drugs therein; a thin film for sealing up the at least one drug receiving space; a first conductive wire connecting to one end of the thin film; a second conductive wire connecting to another end of the thin film; a signal-receiving module for receiving actuated signals; and a control module for applying voltages to first and second wire conductive s according to the actuated signal, thereby generating heat to break off the thin film for the release of a drug or drugs received in the at least one drug receiving space.

Drug delivery chip and fabricating method thereof

The present invention relates to a method for analyzing bio-signal instantaneously by Chaotic Phase Space Difference (CPSD) operation and its measure analyze device. This method includes time-delay procedure and rebuilt phase space matrix to calculate complexity of phase space matrix and diagnose the bio-signal. This method can also be used as an analyze method in portable device or 24 h ECG recorder which is a fast and convenient measure analyze device.
