This disclosure is directed to an electronic device having a casing, a circular frame, and a display. A panel is arranged on one side of the casing, a circular opening is defined on the panel, and a first fixing structure is arranged on an inner edge of the circular opening. The circular frame is rotatably arranged in the circular opening to close the circular opening, a second fixing structure is arranged on an outer edge of the circular frame, and the second fixing structure is limited by the first fixing structure. The display is embedded in the circular frame and exposed on the panel, so that the display is rotatable according to various placing positions of the casing.

A carrier positioning device includes a carrying base () and a carrier (). A clamp () is arranged on the carrying base () and a protruding hook () protrudes from one side of a distal end () of the clamp (). The carrier () has a pipe (), and a joint () is disposed at one end of the pipe (). The protruding hook () hooks one side of the joint () so that at least another portion of the carrier () is in contact with the carrying base (). Accordingly, the carrier () can be quickly installed or be removed along a lateral direction.

An animal carrying bed includes a tubular unit, an electrical connector and an end cover unit. The electrical connector is arranged on one end of the tubular unit, and the end cover unit is arranged at another end thereof. The end cover unit is formed of an intake channel and a discharge channel therein and separated from each other. The end cover unit is formed of an intake opening inside the tubular unit and connected to the intake channel. The end cover unit is formed of a plurality of discharge openings inside the tubular unit and connected to the discharge channel. The intake channel and the discharge channel are connected to the electrical connector via guide tubes respectively, and the guide tubes are installed inside the tubular unit.

An overvoltage protection circuit adapted for a switching power supply is provided. The overvoltage protection circuit can use the time difference of the start of the overvoltage protection to distinguish that the overvoltage of the output voltage of the switching power supply is caused by the failure of the internal feedback or by the internal power supply, thereby avoiding a short and harmless external power supply to affect the normal operation of the switching power supply but can immediately stop the switching power supply to achieve protection when the switching power supply has an internal feedback failure.

A discharge circuit includes a discharge switch trigger unit, a discharge switch unit and a discharge resistor unit. The discharge switch unit is coupled connected to the discharge switch trigger unit. The discharge resistor unit is coupled connected to the discharge switch unit. The discharge switch trigger unit and the discharge resistor unit are coupled connected to a voltage output side. When the output voltage of a power supply reaches a predetermined rated limitation, an over voltage protection circuit is activated, and the discharge switch unit is turned on by the discharge switch trigger unit, then the output voltage starts to decrease through the discharge resistor unit.
