A MEMS structure is provided. The MEMS structure includes a substrate having an opening portion and a backplate disposed on one side of the substrate and having acoustic holes. The MEMS structure also includes a diaphragm disposed between the substrate and the backplate and extending across the opening portion of the substrate. The diaphragm includes a ventilation hole, and an air gap is formed between the diaphragm and the backplate. The MEMS structure further includes a protrusion extending into the air gap.

Micro-electro-mechanical system structure

A micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) microphone is provided. The MEMS microphone includes a substrate, a backplate, an insulating layer, and a diaphragm. The substrate has an opening portion. The backplate is disposed on a side of the substrate, with protrusions protruding toward the substrate. The diaphragm is movably disposed between the substrate and the backplate and spaced apart from the backplate by a spacing distance. The protrusions are configured to limit the deformation of the diaphragm when air flows through the opening portion.

MEMS microphone

A light sensing method having a sensing order adjusting mechanism is provided. The method includes steps of: in a previous sensing cycle, sensing a first light signal that is emitted by both of an ambient light source and a light-emitting component and then is reflected by a tested object; in the previous sensing cycle, sensing a second light signal that is emitted by both of the ambient light source and the light-emitting component and then is reflected by the tested object; in the previous sensing cycle, sensing an ambient light signal emitted by only the ambient light source; and in a next sensing cycle, sensing the first light signal, the second light signal and the ambient light signal in an order different from that in the previous sensing cycle.

Light sensing method having sensing order adjusting mechanism

A MEMS structure is provided. The MEMS structure includes a substrate and a backplate, the substrate has an opening portion, and the backplate is disposed on one side of the substrate and has acoustic holes. The MEMS structure also includes a diaphragm disposed between the substrate and the backplate, and the diaphragm extends across the opening portion of the substrate and includes outer ventilation holes and inner ventilation holes arranged in a concentric manner. The outer ventilation holes and the inner ventilation holes are relatively arranged in a ring shape and surround the center of the diaphragm. The MEMS structure further includes a pillar disposed between the backplate and the diaphragm. The pillar prevents the diaphragm from being electrically connected to the backplate.

MEMS structure

A MEMS structure is provided. The MEMS structure includes a substrate having an opening portion and a backplate disposed on one side of the substrate. The MEMS structure also includes a diaphragm disposed between the substrate and the backplate. The opening portion of the substrate is under the diaphragm, and an air gap is formed between the diaphragm and the backplate. The MEMS structure further includes a pillar structure connected with the backplate and the diaphragm and a protection post structure extending from the backplate into the air gap. From a top view of the backplate, the protection post structure surrounds the pillar structure.

Mems structure

A micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) microphone is provided. The MEMS microphone includes a substrate, a diaphragm, a backplate and a first protrusion. The substrate has an opening portion. The diaphragm is disposed on one side of the substrate and extends across the opening portion of the substrate. The backplate includes a plurality of acoustic holes. The backplate is disposed on one side of the diaphragm. An air gap is formed between the backplate and the diaphragm. The first protrusion extends from the backplate towards the air gap.

A light sensor having a voltage reversing mechanism is provided. A photoelectric component converts a first light signal into a first photocurrent. A capacitor is charged to a first voltage by the first photocurrent. A counter counts a first coarse count value according to the first voltage. The photoelectric component converts a second light signal into a second photocurrent. The capacitor is charged from a reversed first voltage to a second voltage by the second photocurrent. The counter counts a second coarse count value according to the second voltage. The counter counts a fine count value according to the second coarse count value. One of the first light signal and the second light signal is emitted by both of an ambient light source and a light-emitting component and then reflected by a tested object, and the other one of them is emitted by only the ambient light source.

A multiphase power converter having a daisy chain control circuit and a method for controlling the same are provided. A main control circuit outputs an initial pulse width modulation signal having a plurality of initial pulses. One of a plurality of slave control circuits is connected to an output terminal of the main control circuit, and outputs a pulse width modulation signal according to the received initial pulse width modulation signal. Each of the rest of the plurality of slave control circuits outputs the next pulse width modulation signal to the next slave control circuit or the main control circuit according to the pulse width modulation signal received from the previous slave control circuit. The main control circuit automatically counts a quantity of the control circuits according to the received pulse width modulation signal and outputted initial pulse width modulation signal.

Multiphase power converter having daisy chain control circuit and method for controlling the same

A light sensor having a control complexity reducing mechanism is provided. When light is emitted to a photodiode by both of an ambient light source and a light-emitting component, a first coarse count value is counted by a counter and then is sampled and held by a first sample and hold circuit. When light is emitted to the photodiode by only the ambient light source, a second coarse count value is counted by the counter and then is sampled and held by a second sample and hold circuit. After the coarse count values are held, the counter performs a fine counting operation on light intensity of the light emitted by both of the ambient light source and the light-emitting component to generate a first fine count value, and on light intensity of the light emitted by only the ambient light source to generate a second fine count value.

Light sensor having control complexity reducing mechanism

A smart moving platform for transport of components in manufacturing includes a vehicle body, a transmission device, a conveying system, a detection device, a tag installation device, a control unit, and a tag reader. The conveying system conveys components. The detection device detects a location of the component and in a first predetermined area, the tag installation device installs and activates a tag on the component. The control unit writes component information to the activated tag and sets a predetermined period. The tag starts to count time elapsing, and the conveyor belt conveys the component to a second predetermined area. The tag reader reads the component information, the elapsed time, and a predetermined period of the tag. When the elapsed time matches the predetermined period, the conveying system sends the component to a third predetermined area.

Self-guiding and cargo-sensitive component platform and system for transferring components

The disclosure relates to a force measurement device including central portion, fixing portion, first and second sensing portions, and first and second electromechanical elements. The first sensing portion has first natural frequency. The first sensing portion is connected to the central portion. The second sensing portion has a second natural frequency. The second sensing portion is connected to the first sensing portion and the fixing portion. The first electromechanical element is disposed on the first sensing portion to measure a first vibration amplitude. The second electromechanical element is disposed on the second sensing portion to measure a second vibration amplitude. When the central portion is subjected to a first force, the first vibration amplitude is larger than the second vibration amplitude. When the central portion is subjected to a second force, the first vibration amplitude is smaller than the second vibration amplitude.

Force measurement device for measuring low-frequency force and high-frequency force

A counter is provided. A charge distributing circuit includes a first switch, a second switch, a third switch, a fourth switch, a third capacitor and a fourth capacitor. A first terminal of the first switch and a first terminal of the third switch are connected to a first input terminal of an operational amplifier. A second terminal of the first switch is connected to a first terminal of the third capacitor and a first terminal of the fourth switch. A second terminal of the third switch is connected to a first terminal of the fourth capacitor and a first terminal of the second switch. A second terminal of the third capacitor and a second terminal of the fourth capacitor are grounded. A second terminal of the second switch and a second terminal of the fourth switch are coupled to a reference voltage.

Counter

A waterproof button module includes a pressing element, a circuit board, an adhesive layer, and an elastic layer sequentially stacked. The adhesive layer is attached to the circuit board and the elastic layer. The adhesive layer includes a first opening, and the elastic layer includes a second opening. The first opening is aligned with the second opening and exposes a part of the rear surface of the circuit board. The adhesive layer has an annular zone adjacent to and surrounding the first opening. The annular zone directly contacts the circuit board. The waterproof button module further includes an electric-connection assembly and a switch. The electric-connection assembly is electrically connected to the circuit board, and passes through the first opening and the second opening. The switch is electrically connected to the circuit board, and has a button. In addition, an electronic device including the waterproof button module is disclosed.

An inductor current detecting circuit is provided. A current supplying circuit supplies a first current signal to an energy storage circuit having a zero voltage during a high-side conduction time, and a second current signal to the energy storage circuit having the zero voltage during a low-side conduction time. A voltage comparator circuit subtracts a valley voltage of a low-side switch from a peak voltage of a high-side switch to obtain a reference voltage, and outputs a comparison signal according to a voltage of the energy storage circuit and a reference voltage. A current modulation controller circuit modulates currents of the first and second current signals according to the comparison signal. A synthesizing circuit synthesizes the first and the second current signals, each of which charges the voltage of the energy storage circuit to be equal to the reference voltage from zero, to obtain an inductor current signal.
