The processing means is configured to execute the instructions stored in the storage unit. The instructions comprise performing a first transmission using a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process in a first subframe of an unlicensed band to a network; receiving a first DCI for the HARQ process in a first control channel in a second subframe of the unlicensed band in response to the first transmission from the network, wherein a distance between the first subframe and the second subframe greater than four subframes; and performing a second transmission using the HARQ process in a third subframe of the unlicensed band to the network according to the first DCI.

The present disclosure proposes a base station and a user equipment which utilize a multi-subframe scheduling mechanism. The multi-subframe scheduling mechanism includes at least but not limited to the base station transmitting via a transmitter a first subframe which includes a first control channel. Upon receiving the first subframe via a receiver, the UE would decode a first control information from the first control channel. The UE would decode from the first control information a first transmission resource located in the first subframe and then determine whether the first control information indicates a second transmission resource located in a second subframe based on a bit from a bit sequence, wherein the bit corresponds to the first subframe. The UE would receive via the receiver the second transmission resource located in the second subframe if the bit of the bit sequence is in a first state.

A method of blind decoding of a control channel for a wireless communication system comprising a network and a mobile device is disclosed. The network selects at least one of a plurality of control channels of at least one logical domain of control channel element, for transmitting control information to the mobile device, wherein the plurality of control channels of each logical domain are uniformly distributed over the logical domain. A method for reducing the quantization effect of precoding operations utilizing a finite codebook in MIMO systems is provided. First, at the receiver side, downlink channel state information is obtained and a set of indices of precoding matrices within a plurality of finite codebooks are selected accordingly. The selected indices of precoding matrices for each of the finite codebooks and a set of scalar coefficients are transmitted from the receiver to the transmitter. Thereafter, at the transmitter side, at least a first and a second refined precoding matrices are generated based on the selected set of indices of precoding matrices for all of the finite codebooks, and the one or more scalar coefficients and a final precoding matrix is generated at least based on the first refined precoding matrix and the second refined precoding matrix. The final precoding matrix is applied for transmission between the transmitter and the receiver.
