A hammer tacker is provided, wherein the hammer tacker includes: a main body including a hammer head portion and a handle portion located at opposite ends, the hammer head portion including a nail outlet; and a striking mechanism received within the hammer head portion and including a cartridge and a striker, the cartridge being movable toward the nail outlet to strike a staple out from the cartridge; wherein the hammer tacker further includes metal and non-metal parts, the main body is a plastic shell, the main body has an overall length, a distance between a center of gravity of the hammer tacker and the nail outlet in a longitudinal direction of the main body is defined as a gravity center distance, and a first ratio of the gravity center distance to the overall length ranges from 0.237 to 0.292.

Hammer tacker

A hammer tacker is provided, including a grip portion and a body portion; a magazine, including a rail, at least partially received in the housing, being movable relative to the housing between a stapling position and a staple-installing position, including an outlet disposed at a front end of the body portion; a biasing mechanism, including a push member movably mounted to the rail and a constant force spring which is rollable, the constant force spring being positionally attached to the rail through a connection portion and located at a front end of the magazine, and the constant force spring being attached to an inner face of the push member, the push member being movable to be correspondingly above or beyond the connection portion; a striking mechanism, mounted to the body portion and configured to strike at least one staple installed in the magazine.

A staple gun is provided, including: a main body, including a bottom side, and an abutting portion, a staple outlet and a notch which are disposed on the bottom side; a staple magazine, being withdrawably received within the main body; a lock mechanism, including a pressed member disposed on the staple magazine and having a restricting portion movable between a restricting position and a releasing position; wherein when the restricting portion is in the restricting position, the pressed member is located within the notch, the restricting portion is blocked with the abutting portion and the staple magazine is non-withdrawable from the main body; when the pressed member is pressed and moved toward an interior of the main body and the restricting portion is in the releasing position, the restricting portion is unlocked from the abutting portion and the staple magazine is withdrawable from the main body.

Staple gun

An electric striking device is provided, including a main body and a striking unit. The main body includes an interior space and an outlet opening; the striking unit is disposed in the interior space, the striking unit includes an electromagnetic device, a driving member, a steering mechanism and an impacting member, the electromagnetic device drives the driving member to move along a direction perpendicular to an open direction of the outlet opening and further drive the impacting member to move along the open direction of the outlet opening.

Electric striking device

The stapler includes a main body, a trigger, a striking mechanism, and a stopping plate. The main body has an outlet at a first end portion. The trigger is pivotally connected to the main body with an end, and the other end extends toward the first end portion for being pressed toward the main body. The striking mechanism includes a striker at the first end portion and a releasing unit for releasing the striker. The trigger switches the releasing unit between a release mode and an accumulating mode so that the striker can move toward the outlet. The striker has a concave face facing the outlet for striking a staple unit. The stopping plate is disposed on the first end portion and is for the staple unit to abut against horizontally. The stopping plate has at least one recess at an end thereof facing the outlet.

Stapler

An anvil piece of a stapler is provided, including a main body, a crimp groove unit recessed on the main body and including at least one crimp groove, and an export unit. Each said crimp groove is for receiving a leg of a staple and has a blocking face which extends along a guiding path, and each said blocking face is for blocking the leg and making the leg bend along the guiding path; the export unit is recessed on the main body and communicates with the crimp groove unit on an extraction direction, the extraction direction is transverse to the guiding path and away from the crimp groove unit, the export unit includes at least exporting groove, each said exporting groove has an exporting face, and each said exporting face is for the leg which is bent to abuttingly slide therealong.

Torsion control device and method for an electric impact power tool are provided. The electric impact power tool includes a motor, and the torsion control device detects an actual rotational speed of the motor to make the electric impact power tool output a preset torsion value accurately. In the torsion control method, a compensating time is calculated according to a difference between the actual rotational speed value of the motor and a preset rotational speed value.

The hammer tacker includes a shell, a handle, and a striking mechanism. The shell is made of a mixture of fiberglass and nylon by injection molding. The shell encloses a receiving room and has a bottom opening extending along the longitudinal direction of the shell and communicating with the receiving room. The handle is disposed on the rear end of the shell. The striking mechanism is made of metal and includes a magazine and a striker. The magazine is received in the receiving room. An end of the magazine is pivotally connected to the rear end of the shell, and the other end tends to move outward due to an elastic element. At end of the striker is disposed on the inner wall of the shell. When the magazine is hit upward, the striker strikes the nails out.

A stapler having hook includes a main body, a striking mechanism, and a hook. The main body has a first end and a second end. The main body has a receiving portion at the second end. The receiving portion has a positioning portion. The striking mechanism is disposed on the first end of the main body to strike at least one nail out. The hook includes a pivot portion and a hook portion. The pivot portion is pivotally connected to the receiving portion so that the hook is slidable between a first position and a second position. The hook portion is received in the receiving portion when the hook is located at the first position. The hook portion is exposed out of the receiving portion for hanging when the hook is located at the second position.

A hammer tacker includes a shell and a striking mechanism. The shell is composed of two half-shells which are made of a mixture of 30% to 70% of fiberglass and 70% to 30% of nylon by weight by injection molding. The two half-shells enclose an opening at an end of the shell. Each half-shell has a positioning rib portion facing to the other half-shell. The striking mechanism is arranged in the shell and includes a magazine, a striker, an actuator, and a transmission mechanism. The magazine is positioned by the positioning rib portions. The striker is located at the opening and is movable for striking nails out. The actuator is also movable at the opening. The transmission mechanism connects the striker and the actuator together to make them move oppositely.

The present invention provides a laminator with a corner cutter including a main body, a laminating device and a cutting device. The main body includes a receiving space. The main body is horizontally formed with an entering slot, an exiting slot, a penetrating groove and a corner-cutting recess. The main body having two lateral sides formed between the entering slot and the exiting slot, the corner-cutting recess being disposed at one of the lateral sides. The laminating device disposed in the receiving space includes two rolling rods, a driving portion and two heaters. The two rolling rods are heated by the two heating members. The driving portion drives the two rolling rods to rotate. The cutting device includes a pushing portion and a cutting portion. The cutting device is disposed at one side of the receiving space where corresponding to the corner-cutting recess.

A hammer tacker of the present invention includes a handle, a magazine, a striker, an actuator, a transmission mechanism and an abutting element. The handle is formed with a head at one end thereof and defines a receiving chamber therein. The magazine is disposed in the receiving chamber to receive nailing units. The striker is linear-slidably disposed in the head to strike the nailing units. The actuator is linear-slidably disposed on the head. The transmission mechanism connects the actuator with the striker for the actuator and the striker to move in opposite directions. The abutting element is pivoted on the actuator. And the actuator moves upward as the abutting element hits an object.

A safety nailing device of the present invention includes a main body, an actuator, a striking plate and a disengaging means. The main body defines a chamber therein, and an opening is defined on a bottom surface of the main body to communicate with the chamber. The actuator is disposed on the main body and has a controlling end. The striking plate is disposed in the chamber and is movable between a safety position, a starting position and a striking position. The striking plate has a protrusive end and a controlling groove. The protrusive end selectively protrudes out of the chamber from the opening, and the controlling groove is selectively engaged with the controlling end. The disengaging means is for moving the striking plate to the safety position to disengage the controlling end from the controlling groove, so that the travel of the actuator will not lift the striking plate.

Safety nailing device

An effort-saving stapler includes a shell, a magazine, a hammer, an elastic element, a block, a trigger and an extensive element. The magazine is disposed in the shell for supporting and feeding nails. The hammer is disposed in the shell for hammering the nails, one at a time. The elastic element is disposed in the shell for biasing the hammer. The block is disposed in the shell. The trigger is movably and pivotally connected to the shell and engaged with the block at an engagement point. The extensive element includes a first end connected to the hammer and a second end telescopically connected to the trigger. When the trigger is operated, the hammer is lifted by the extensive element and the engagement point is moved towards the hammer.

Effort-saving stapler

An effort-saving stapler includes a shell device and a triggering device installed to the shell device. The triggering device includes a trigger, an operation element and two bearings. An end of the trigger defines a lever for user to hold, and another end of the trigger includes teeth engaging with the shell device. A pivot pin is adapted for inserting through the trigger, the operation element and the bearings so that the pivot pin can drive the operation element to move in the trigger. A limit pin is adapted for inserting through the trigger and the operation element and abuts with the shell device. The pivot pin is regarded as a fulcrum, while the trigger is pressed, the teeth of trigger engage with the shell device so that the pivot pin quickly moves with the trigger.
