A drone communication system and an operation method thereof are provided. The operation method of the drone communication system is applicable for obtaining a plurality of base station coordinates corresponding to a plurality of base stations in a flight field. The operation method includes the following steps: communicating with at least three base stations adjacent to a parking apron apparatus to obtain at least three base station coordinates of the at least three base stations; communicating with another base station adjacent to the at least three base stations through the at least three base stations; estimating another base station coordinate of the another base station according to the at least three base station coordinates of the at least three base stations; and storing the plurality of base station coordinates and providing the plurality of base station coordinates to a drone parked on the parking apron apparatus.

Drone communication system and operation method thereof

Embodiments of the invention provide a power supply control method and a monitor system capable of executing the power supply control method. The monitor system includes a base station, an image capture apparatus, and a processor. The base station includes a charging apparatus including a power supply connector and a power source coupled to the power supply connector and outputting power through the power supply connector. The image capture apparatus shoots the power supply connector to obtain a shot image. The processor determines a foreign object distribution on the power supply connector according to the shot image and sends a warning message according to the foreign object distribution. The foreign object distribution relates to foreign objects formed on the power supply connector. Accordingly, whether a charging mechanism fails can be automatically determined and notification and/or compensation may be performed when the charging mechanism fails.

A drone and a positioning method thereof, a drone communication system and an operation method thereof are provided. The positioning method of the drone is applicable for a drone to cruise in a flight field. The positioning method includes the following steps: flying according to a destination coordinate in the flight field; sensing a plurality of base stations via a first wireless communication module to obtain a plurality of first radio wave signals of the plurality of base stations; positioning according to the plurality of first radio wave signals to determine a current coordinate of the drone; and flying toward the destination coordinate in the flight field according to the current coordinate. In this way, the drone is capable of reliably positioning to effectively perform automatic flight missions.

A power supply control method and a monitoring system configured to implement the power supply control method are provided. The monitoring system includes a base station, a drone, and a processor. The base station includes a charging device. The charging device includes a power supply connector and a power source coupled to the power supply connector and outputting electric power through the power supply connector. The drone includes a battery configured to provide electric power to the drone and a charging connector configured to connect the battery and the power supply connector. When the charging connector is connected to the power supply connector, the processor determines an abnormal situation on the power supply connector or the drone according to an electrical characteristic during charging the battery by the power source. The abnormal situation is associated with a foreign object formed on the power supply connector or the drone.

An interactive projection apparatus and a touch position determining method thereof are provided. The invention adopts such a scheme of defining the effective touch area according to the coordinate information of the positioning pattern and judging whether or not the light spot is located in the effective touch area. If the light spot is located in the effective touch area, the position of the light spot is taken as the touch position of an input tool.

A projector and a light source controlling method thereof are provided. The light source controlling method includes the following steps. The light source module is controlled to adjust a luminance of a projection light generated by a light source module starting from a low luminance. A power source voltage from an electronic device is detected to be equal to a threshold voltage or not. A power of the power source voltage is detected to be equal to a threshold power or not. When the power source voltage is equal to the threshold voltage and the power of the power source voltage is less than or equal to the threshold power, or when the power source voltage is greater than or equal to the threshold voltage and the power of the power source voltage is equal to the threshold power, the adjustment of the luminance of the projection light is stopped.

Projector and method of adjusting luminance based on detected voltage

A light source module, a projection apparatus, and a method of controlling the projection apparatus are provided. The projection apparatus has the light source module. The light source module has a first light source, a wavelength transforming unit, and a driver. The first light source generates a first light beam having a first wavelength according to a first pulse width modulation (PWM) signal. The wavelength transforming unit transforms the first light beam into a second light beam having a second wavelength. The driver drives the wavelength transforming unit, such that the first light beam irradiates a start position on the wavelength transforming unit when a rising edge of the first PWM signal is detected. The start position is determined by a controller.

Light source module, projection apparatus, and method of controlling the same

A lighting apparatus for a projector comprises a control module, a lamp driver and a transient voltage suppression circuit, in which the control module is used for generating a lighting signal, the lamp driver is used for receiving the lighting signal and controlling a lamp according to the lighting signal, and the transient voltage suppression circuit is disposed between the control module and the lamp driver, used for transmitting said lighting signal to the lamp driver and attenuating a high transient voltage generated at the instant the lamp driver lights up the lamp. The present invention is used to lower the high transient voltage through the transient voltage suppression circuit. Whereby, the control module is protected and the stability of the projector is further enhanced.

A control method for cooling a projection display, wherein a pressure sensor automatically detects the elevation above sea level of a projection display and then transmits a signal to the control unit for controlling the cooling unit to operate in a corresponding cooling mode, thereby the cooling efficiency varies with the elevation above sea level and then the cooling unit can operate in a corresponding rotating speed in order to effectively cool the whole projection display and increase the flexibility in using the projection display, and further extend the lifetime of each component inside the projection display.
