An electromagnetic interference shielding film includes an insulation layer, a first adhesive layer, a porous metal layer and a conductive adhesive layer including a plurality of conductive particles. The first adhesive layer is located between the insulation layer and the porous metal layer, and the porous metal layer is formed on the first adhesive layer, and making the first adhesive layer locate between the porous metal layer and the insulation layer. The conductive adhesive layer is located on the porous metal layer so that the porous metal layer is located between the first adhesive layer and the conductive adhesive layer. The present invention further provides a preparation method thereof.

Electromagnetic interference shielding film and preparing methods thereof

Provided is a multi-layered anisotropic conductive adhesive including an upper conductive adhesive layer, a conductive fabric layer with two sides and a lower conductive adhesive layer, wherein one side of the conductive fabric layer is plated with metal. In the application of a flexible printed circuit, reinforced parts, formed by laminating multi-layered anisotropic conductive adhesive with steel or polyimide-type stiffener, can effectively prevent the deformation of installed parts due to warping, and ensure the good hole filling, good direct grounding effect, and good shielding performance. Therefore, the multi-layered anisotropic conductive adhesive has good electrical properties, good adhesive strength, better tin soldering, reliability and flame resistant. Also provided is a method of producing the multi-layered anisotropic conductive adhesive.

Multi-layered anisotropic conductive adhesive having conductive fabric and preparation thereof

The present disclosure provides a multi-layered anisotropic conductive adhesive including an upper conductive adhesive layer, a conductive fabric layer with two sides and a lower conductive adhesive layer, wherein one side of the conductive fabric layer is plated with metal, and the total thickness of the multi-layered anisotropic conductive adhesive is 45 to 100 &#x3bc;m. The present disclosure provides a cover film, including a conductive adhesive layer, an electromagnetic shielding layer formed on the conductive adhesive layer, and an insulating layer formed on the electromagnetic shielding layer. The electromagnetic shielding layer has a thickness of from 0.01 to 25 micrometers, such that the cover film can shield electromagnetic interference through the thinner interposed electromagnetic shielding layer.

A terminal block is adapted to be connected to a wire, and includes an insulating base seat and a clamping unit. The insulating base seat includes first and second seat portions cooperating with each other to define a passage and a receiving space that communicates with the passage. The clamping unit includes a positioning member connected to the first seat portion and having an upper press section, and a resilient member having a base portion that is proximate to the second seat portion, and a resilient arm portion that is connected to the base portion, and that has a lower press section extending toward the positioning member. The upper and lower press sections are adapted for clamping resiliently an end segment of the wire therebetween.

Terminal block

A wire terminal connector is adapted for connecting with an electrical lead, and includes an insulating case unit formed with an entrance hole, and a conductive unit received in the case unit and including a base member, two resilient clamping plates and a receiving space. Each of the clamping plates has a main portion extending from the base member, a clamping portion extending from the main portion in a direction away from the entrance hole, and a pressed portion extending from the clamping portion away from the base member. The receiving space has a quadrilateral cross section, is constricted in the direction and receives the lead. The clamping portions removably clamp the lead. Each clamping portion has a height less than that of the main portion.

A USB 3.0 connector includes an insulative body, a plurality of first and second terminals, and an outer shell covering the insulative body. The insulative body includes a base that has a base upper wall, a base lower wall, and two base sidewalls. The base lower wall has a rear end notched in a frontward direction to form a plurality of alternating shallow and deep notches to position first and second legs of the first and second terminals, which are bent downwardly. The alternating shallow and deep notches space the first legs apart from the second legs, respectively. The number of component parts for assembly is therefore reduced.

A wire terminal connector includes a terminal member having a base panel, two resilient clamp plates that project from the base panel for clamping a wire conductor therebetween, and a stop plate that projects from the base panel and extends transversely of the clamp plates for abutting against one end of the wire conductor, and an insulative housing having a receiving space, a first open end that permits the terminal member to enter and to be disposed in the receiving space, and a second open end that is opposite to the first open end and that is adapted for the wire conductor to enter the receiving space.

A USB3.0 connector includes an insulative body, a plurality of first and second terminals, and an outer shell covering the insulative body. The insulative body includes a base that has a base upper wall, a base lower wall, and two base sidewalls. The base lower wall has a rear end notched in a frontward direction to form a plurality of alternating shallow and deep notches to position first and second legs of the first and second terminals, which are bent downwardly. The alternating shallow and deep notches space the first legs apart from the second legs, respectively. The number of component parts for assembly is therefore reduced.

The present invention provides a cover film for a printed circuit board. The cover film includes an adhesive layer; a core layer made of a polymer; and a composite material layer formed on the core layer, comprising epoxy resin, a black material selected from the group consisting of a black pigment, carbon powder, nano carbon tube and a combination thereof, and an additive selected from the group consisting of titanium dioxide, boron nitride, barium sulfate and a combination thereof, wherein the core layer is disposed between the adhesive layer and the composite material layer, and the adhesive layer and the composite material layer have the same thickness or have a thickness difference being no more than 15 micro meters. The cover film of the preset invention is capable of shielding circuit patterns and has great folding endurance, and is thus applicable to flexible printed circuit boards.

A digital broadcasting signal processing method for processing a multimedia stream by a set-top box is disclosed. A USB request command set is pre-defined in a digital signal receiving unit to support the set-top box. The digital signal receiving unit transmits data with the set-top box and controls the signal quality of the data transmission according to the USB request commands transmitted by the set-top box while the digital signal receiving unit connected with the set-top box via USB.

A double-sided copper foil substrate, which comprises: a polymer layer; a first copper foil; an adhesive layer formed on the polymer layer such that the polymer layer is sandwiched between the adhesive layer and the first copper layer; and a second copper foil causing the adhesive layer to be sandwiched between the second copper foil and the polymer layer, wherein the polymer layer and the adhesive layer have a total thickness of from 12 to 25 &#x3bc;m. The present invention further provides a flexible printed circuit board structure utilizing the composite double-sided copper foil substrate of the present invention, wherein the second double-sided copper foil substrate has a trench for exposing a portion of the adhesive layer. The double-sided copper foil substrate of the present invention are lower in rebound and satisfying the demand for the greater number of bending and sliding cycles under a lower R angle, and particularly is suitable for thin and flexible electronic products.
