A display device includes an emission circuit, a first control circuit and a second control circuit. The emission circuit is coupled to a first node and is configured to emit light based on an emission signal and a voltage level of the first node. The first control circuit is configured to charge the first node based on a sweep signal and the emission signal. The second control circuit is configured to discharge the first node based on the sweep signal and the emission signal.

Display device

Disclosed is a pixel circuit. A pulse width signal generator provides a pulse width signal to a control terminal of a light-emitting control switch on a drive current path of a drive current generator. A multiple lighting controller adjusts the pulse width signal provided by the pulse width signal generator according to a multiple emission control signal to allow a light-emitting element to perform multi-emission.

Pixel circuit

A driving circuit includes a driving transistor, first to second capacitors and first to third switching transistors. The driving transistor is configured to control a driving current provided to a light emitting element to emit light. The first capacitor includes a first terminal coupled to a gate terminal of the driving transistor. The first switching transistor coupled between a second terminal of the first capacitor and a driving voltage terminal. The second switching transistor includes a first terminal coupled to a gate terminal of the first switching transistor and a second terminal coupled to a first reference voltage terminal. The third switching transistor coupled between a gate terminal of the second switching transistor and a second reference voltage terminal. The second capacitor includes a first terminal coupled to a gate terminal of the third switching transistor and a second configured to receive a sweep signal.

Driving circuit

A wound analyzing system is provided. An illumination device provides visible light and infrared light. An image sensor captures an infrared-light image, a red-light image and a visible-light image about a wound. A processor performs an image segmentation algorithm on the visible-light image to obtain a wound part and a background part, and classifies the wound part into one of multiple types. The processor calculates a blood-oxygen-concentration image according to the red-light image and the infrared-light image, aligns the visible-light image and the blood-oxygen-concentration image, and calculates a wound index and a wound healing stage according to the blood oxygen concentration values and the type corresponding to the wound part.

Wound analyzing system and method

A display panel and a pixel circuit thereof are provided. A pulse width signal generator turns on a charge sharing switch during a light-emitting period, and performs charge sharing with a control end of a positive feedback switch of a positive feedback circuit, so as to control the positive feedback switch to provide a positive feedback voltage to the pulse width signal generator to increase a voltage at an output end of the pulse width signal generator and thus to accelerate a rising speed of a voltage for controlling a driving current generator to provide a driving current.

Display panel and pixel circuit thereof

An optical sensor circuit is provided. In the optical sensor circuit, an output stage circuit transmits a voltage of first and second node to the output line according to a first driving signal. A first sensor is configured to generate a first photocurrent according to a first color light that senses an ambient light, and generate a second photocurrent according to a second color light. A second sensor is configured to generate a third photocurrent according to a third color light, and generate a fourth photocurrent according to the second color light. In a sensing phase, when the first sensor senses the first color light, and the second sensor senses the third color light, the first sensor adjusts a voltage level of the voltage according to the first photocurrent, and the second sensor adjusts the voltage level of the voltage according to the third photocurrent.

Optical sensor circuit

A sweep voltage generator and a display panel are provided. The sweep voltage generator includes an output node, a current generating block and a voltage regulating block. The output node is used to provide a sweep signal. The current generating block is coupled to the output node, includes a detection path for detecting an output load variation on the output node, and adjusts the sweep signal provided by the output node based on the output load variation. The voltage regulating block is coupled to the output node for regulating a voltage of the output node.

Sweep voltage generator and display panel

A fall detection system includes first sensing devices, second sensing devices, positioning modules, a data server and a display device. The first sensing device is configured to detect a posture of a body part of a user for obtaining body part posture data. The positioning modules are configured to detect positions of the first and second sensing devices, so as to obtain corresponding body part position data. Each of the second sensing devices is disposed on a shoe to detect a posture of a user's feet and to measure a distance from an ambient object for obtaining feet posture data and distance measurement data. The data server is configured to receive the body part posture data, the body part position data, the feet posture data and the distance measurement data to determine if the user falls down.

Fall detection system

A display device includes readout line, first circuit, second circuit, and third circuit. Readout line includes first side and second side. First side is opposite to the second side. Each of first circuit, second circuit, and third circuit is coupled to readout line. Each of first circuit and third circuit is located at first side of readout line. First circuit resets according to first scan signal at first stage. Second circuit is located at second side of readout line. Second circuit and first circuit are arranged in dislocation manner. Second circuit reads first light sensing signal to output to readout line according to first scan signal at first stage. Third circuit and second circuit are arranged in dislocation manner, and third circuit is directly adjacent to first circuit. Third circuit senses light so as to generate second light sensing signal according to second scan signal at first stage.

A care system for predicting bed exit and suitable for a frame supporting a patient is provided. The care system includes a boundary-crossing detection system, a location sensing system, and a control circuit. The boundary-crossing detection system is coupled with the frame. The location sensing system is coupled with the frame, and is for obtaining relative position information between the patient and the frame. The control circuit is for data communicating with the boundary-crossing detection system and the location sensing system, and is for accessing care data defining multiple bed-exit behaviors. When one of following situations occurs, the control circuit transmits a warning signal: (1) the control circuit determines that, according to the relative position information and the care data, a current behavior of the patient corresponds to one of the multiple bed-exit behaviors; and (2) the boundary-crossing detection system senses that an object is passing through.

Care system for predicting bed exit and patient management system including the same

A pixel circuit includes a light emitting element, a first driver transistor, a second driver transistor, and a first compensation capacitor. A first terminal of the first driving transistor is configured to receive a power signal, and a second terminal of the first driving transistor is electrically coupled to the light emitting element. A first terminal of the second driving transistor receives the power signal, and a control terminal of the second driving transistor is electrically coupled to the light emitting element. The first compensation capacitance is electrically coupled to a control terminal of the first driving transistor and the second terminal of the second driving transistor, respectively.

A pixel circuit including a compensation circuit, a writing circuit, a light emitting element, and a power supplying circuit is provided. The compensation circuit comprises a first node, and provides a driving current to the light emitting element according to a voltage of the first node and a system high voltage. The writing circuit provides a data voltage to the compensation circuit according to a first control signal so that the compensation circuit sets the voltage of the first node. The power supplying circuit selectively couples the compensation circuit to the light emitting element, and provides the system high voltage and a system low voltage to the compensation circuit, in which the system low voltage is configured to reset the voltage of the first node. The first control signal and the second control signal are opposite to the first emission signal and the second emission signal, respectively.

Pixel circuit and display device having the same

A pixel compensation circuit including a light emitting diode, a drive unit, a control unit, a data write-in unit, a reset unit, and a pull-down unit is disclosed. The control unit is configured to control a voltage drop time of the first node according to a data voltage value received by the data write-in unit, so as to control a gray scale of the light emitting diode. The data write-in unit includes a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor and a capacitor. The first transistor is connected to a first voltage source and a second node. The second transistor is connected to the second node and a third node. The third transistor is connected to the third node and a data input source. The first capacitor is connected to the second node and a first reference voltage source.
