A system for registering operating images includes an X-ray imaging machine, a visible-light camera, a rectifier and a computer system. The X-ray imaging machine captures a first X-ray image of the rectifier, and the visible-light camera captures a first visible-light image of the rectifier at the same time. The computer system recognizes the rectifier in the first X-ray image and in the first visible-light image to compute a conversion model between a coordinate system of the X-ray imager and a coordinate system of the visible-light camera. The X-ray imaging machine also captures a second X-ray image of a patient on which a positioning marker is set, and the visible-light camera captures a second visible-light image of the positioning marker. The computer system provides a navigation interface by combining the second X-ray image and the second visible-light image based on the conversion model.

System and method for registering operating images

A system for register operating space includes a first positioning mark, a local camera, a second positioning mark, a global camera and a computer system. The first positioning mark is set on a patient. The local camera captures a first image covering the first positioning mark. The second positioning mark is disposed on the local camera. The global camera captures a second image covering the second positioning mark. The focal length of the global camera is shorter than the focal length of the local camera. The computer system is communicatively connected to the local camera and the global camera to provide a navigation interface based on the first image and the second image.

Method and system for register operating space

A system for registering operating space includes a back bracing, a computer system and a robotic arm. The back bracing includes positioning marks which can be imaged in a computer tomography (CT) image, and the back bracing is used to be worn by a patient. The computer system computes image coordinates of the positioning marks in an image space. A base of the robotic arm is connected to the back bracing in an operating space after the CT image is generated. The robotic arm contacts the positioning marks in the operating space and meanwhile the computer system obtains arm coordinates of the robotic arm in an arm space. The computer system generates conversion models among the image space, the operating space, and the robot arm space according to the image coordinates and the arm coordinates.

A fibrocartilage suturing device is provided to solve the problem where the conventional procedure of the surgery is inconvenient. The fibrocartilage suturing device includes a tube assembly, a tubular member, and an anchor. The tube assembly extends through the tube assembly and includes an insertion section. The movement member is coupled with the tube assembly and includes a thrust rod extending through the tubular member. The anchor is located at one end of the thrust rod and includes a body and at least two wings connected to the body is able to be folded and unfolded relative to the body. The body of the anchor is connected to an end of a thread. Another end of the thread is connected to the tubular member.

Fibrocartilage suturing device

A minimally invasive bone fracture positioning device includes a sleeve, a movable unit, and a support. The sleeve includes an alignment portion located on a longitudinal axis of the sleeve. The movable unit includes a positioning portion. The positioning portion is located on the longitudinal axis and is spaced from the alignment portion. The movable unit is mounted in a radial direction of the sleeve. The movable unit is slideable relative to the sleeve along the longitudinal axis. A support is coupled to the sleeve and the movable unit. The movable unit is spaced from the sleeve by the support.

Minimally invasive bone fracture positioning device

A radio frequency (RF) positioning system comprises transceivers, positioning tags, processing units and a computing host. One or multiple positioning tags are attached to a target object being located. When the transceivers first generate and transmit transmission signals, one or multiple tag antennas in the positioning tag receive the transmission signals and transmit back modulated signals. The transceivers then receive and transmit the modulated signals to the processing units. The processing units are configured to obtain received signals, and calculate frequency differences based on the received signals and the transmission signals. The computing host calculates position coordinates of tag antennas based on the frequency differences, and then calculates the orientation of the target object being located according to the position coordinates of the tag antennas.

Radio frequency positioning system

An orthopedic surgery assistant system includes: a multi-axis mechanical arm module; at least one end effector, including: two linear actuating elements, two actuating element encoders, a central annular structure, a connector, and a power/torque sensing element; a guide and positioning module; and a surgery remote control module, so that a user pulls the multi-axis mechanical arm and the end effector according to a real-time three-dimensional model, so that the multi-axis mechanical arm performs translation and rotation motions in a plurality of axial directions on an applied end, and the end effector performs a rotation motion of two degrees of freedom on the applied end.

Orthopedic surgery assistant system and end effector

A mandibular fixation device overcomes the low operability of the conventional mandibular fixation device. The mandibular fixation device includes a sleeve, a first screw rod, a second screw rod and two positioning members. The sleeve includes two ends respectively provided with first and second screw holes. The first and second screw holes have opposite spiral directions. The first screw rod has a first threaded portion and a first assembly portion. The first threaded portion is threadedly engaged with the first screw hole, and the first assembly portion is located outside of the sleeve. The second screw rod has a second threaded portion and a second assembly portion. The second threaded portion is threadedly engaged with the second screw hole, and the second assembly portion is located outside of the sleeve. The two positioning members are coupled with the first and second assembly portions, respectively.

Mandibular fixation device

A positioning mark apparatus of a surgery navigation system and an implementation instrument thereof are disclosed. The positioning mark apparatus includes a positioning base and a frequency modulated radio frequency positioning module. One end of the positioning base is a lock portion having a screw structure, another end is a head having a joint structure, and a free end of the head has a fitting structure. The frequency modulated radio frequency positioning module has a sleeving structure that cooperates with the head structure and buckles with the joint structure. The frequency modulated radio frequency positioning module includes an antenna unit, a printed circuit board unit electrically connected to the antenna unit, and an electronic component battery unit supplying power to the printed circuit board unit. The frequency modulated radio frequency positioning module may transmit, according to a received frequency modulated signal, a feedback signal including a radio frequency signal to the external.

Positioning mark apparatus of a surgery navigation system and implementation instrument thereof

An orthodontic remodeling device includes a sleeve having first and second screw holes in two ends thereof. The first and second screw holes have opposite thread directions. A first screw rod includes a first threaded portion threadedly engaged with the first screw hole and a first assembling portion exposed outside of the sleeve. A second screw hole includes a second threaded portion threadedly engaged with the second screw hole and a second assembling portion exposed outside of the sleeve. Two tooth pushing members are respectively engaged with the first and second assembling portions. Each tooth pushing member includes at least one tooth coupling ring mounted on at least one tooth of a patient for pushing the at least one tooth outward. The sleeve is rotatable to move the first and second screw rods toward or away from each other to change a relative position between the two tooth pushing members.
