A packaged image sensor includes a substrate, an image sensor, a light-emitting element, and a first encapsulant. The substrate includes a through-hole. The image sensor and the light-emitting element are disposed on the substrate and are electrically connected to the substrate. The first encapsulant is filled between the image sensor and the light emitting element, and keeps the through-hole of the substrate opened. The through-hole of the substrate of the above-mentioned packaged image sensor can define a relative position between a pipe and the image sensor to facilitate the subsequent packaging process. An endoscope including the above-mentioned packaged image sensor is also disclosed.

Digital diagnostic device

A light source module including a plurality of first point light sources, a plurality of second point light sources, and a plurality of third point light sources is provided. The dominant wavelengths of lights provided by the first point light sources are within a wavelength range of a first color light, and at least two of the first point light sources emit light with different dominant wavelengths. The dominant wavelengths of lights provided by the second point light sources are within a wavelength range of a second color light, and at least two of the second point light sources emit light with different dominant wavelengths. The dominant wavelengths of lights provided by the third point light sources are within a wavelength range of a third color light, and at least two of the third point light sources emit light with different dominant wavelengths.

Light source module

A light source assembly provides an illumination beam and the light converging element is disposed on a transmission path of the illumination beam. A light converging element has a top end and a bottom end opposite to the top end. The light converging element is gradually reduced from the bottom end to the top end. The top end is opposite to the light source assembly and has a cavity. The illumination beam is incident into the light converging element from the cavity and exits the light converging element from the bottom end.

An optical lens module including a foundation, at least one actuator, a lens base, an optical lens, at least one shaft, and at least one rocker arm is provided. The actuator is disposed in an accommodation space, defined inside the foundation, and fixed on the foundation. The lens base is disposed in the accommodation space and beside the actuator. The optical lens is disposed on the lens base. The shaft has a first end and a second end opposite to the first end. The first end is solidly connected to the lens base. The second end is connected to the foundation. The rocker arm has a third end and a fourth end opposite to the third end. The third end is solidly connected to a portion of the shaft between the first end and the second end. The fourth end is connected to the actuator.
