A modularized structure of switch wire connection device includes an assembling support and a wire connection module. The assembling support has a first side and a second side. The first and/or the second sides are formed with assembling sections for assembling with the wire connection module. The wire connection module includes a first wire connection module and/or a second wire connection module each having a case. The case defines a chamber for receiving and enclosing electrical contact components including conductive members. The case is formed with a mounting section for connecting with the assembling section of the assembling support. Accordingly, the wire connection module is detachably mounted on the assembling support as an integrated form. The modularized structure enables an operator to easily assemble/disassemble the components and change the switch specification between normally open mode and normally closed mode and enhance insulation effect to avoid electric arc.

Modularized structure of switch wire connection device

A connector structure includes a case seat assembly and plug assemblies. Two ends of the case seat assembly are formed with channels. Each plug assembly has a conductive section and a wire connection member. The wire connection member is formed with a receiving space for receiving a pressing leaf spring. Each pressing leaf spring has an abutment end. A lateral protrusion section is disposed on the abutment end. Multiple unlocking assemblies are disposed beside the wire connection member. Each unlocking assembly has a push member formed with a push block. The lateral protrusion section is positioned in a sliding path of the push block along the channel, whereby the lateral protrusion section can be pushed to drive the abutment end to release a conductive wire.

Connector structure

A modularized structure of switch wire connection device includes an assembling support and a wire connection module. The assembling support has a first side and a second side. The first and/or the second sides are formed with assembling sections for assembling with the wire connection module. The wire connection module includes a first wire connection module and/or a second wire connection module each having a case. The case defines a chamber for receiving and enclosing electrical contact components. The case is formed with a mounting section for connecting with the assembling section of the assembling support. The wire connection module is detachably mounted on the assembling support as an integrated form. The modularized structure enables an operator to easily assemble/disassemble the components and change the switch specification between normally open mode and normally closed mode and enhance insulation effect to avoid electric arc.

A wire connection terminal device includes a main body and a pressing/moving unit assembled with the main body. The pressing/moving unit has a shafted section, a cam section connected with the shafted section and a force application section formed on the cam section and a press section formed on the cam section. The cam section can freely rotate or swing within a chamber defined by the main body. A metal leaf spring is disposed in the chamber of the main body for pressing and electrically connecting with a conductive wire. The metal leaf spring is responsive to the motion of the pressing/moving unit to release the conductive wire. The wire connection terminal device improves the shortcomings of the conventional structure that the volume of the case and the operational space are larger and the motional travel is longer.

Wire connection terminal device

A switch wire-connection terminal block structure includes a casing and at least one contact terminal. The contact terminal has a locking hole in direct communication with a receiving hole. The receiving hole communicates with a wire socket. A locking member is disposed in the receiving hole and lockable in the locking hole. A gasket member is fitted on the locking member. A guide channel is formed on inner wall of the receiving hole and extends in a locking direction of the locking member. The gasket member has a guide section extending in a direction reverse to the locking direction of the locking member. The guide section is slidably disposed in the guide channel. The receiving hole provides a larger locking travel for the locking member so that the terminal block is applicable to closed wire terminal.

Switch wire-connection terminal block structure

A wire connection terminal holding structure includes an insulation outer case and a conductive holding frame disposed in the outer case. The outer case is formed with a wire socket and a perforation. The holding frame includes an electrical connection member and elastic members respectively disposed on two sides of the electrical connection member. Each of the elastic members extends to form a holding section. The holding sections extend toward each other to define therebetween a holding mouth corresponding to the wire socket and a wire insertion space positioned between the holding sections in communication with the holding mouth. A split is formed between top edges of the holding sections. A pushbutton is disposed in the perforation for pushing and opening/closing the holding mouth. A stop section is disposed on at least one of the holding sections of the elastic members for blocking the split.

Wire connection terminal holding structure

An assembling structure of a quick installation/uninstallation switch, including a layout fixing seat formed with a central opening and a transverse insertion slot intersecting the central opening. A locating member is inserted through the transverse insertion slot. The locating member is formed with a central hole corresponding to the central opening. A resilient locating member and at least one lateral projecting section with a guide slope are disposed on the circumference of the central hole. At least one resilient restoring member is disposed between the locating member and the layout fixing seat for restoring the locating member to its home position. A connecting end of a switch main body is fitted in the central opening. A lateral locating section with a guide slope is formed on a circumference of the connecting end corresponding to the lateral projecting section. A locating transverse slot is formed on the circumference of the connecting end. The resilient locating member is inlaid in the locating transverse slot.
