An embedded UWB antenna and a portable device having the same are disclosed. The embedded UWB antenna comprises a grounding element; a T-shaped radiating element having a horizontal portion comprising at least an opening for cutting off undesired frequency and a vertical portion comprising a feed point for feeding current to resonate frequency; and a plurality of sleeve elements extended from the grounding element along two sides of the vertical portion; wherein the plurality of sleeve elements and the vertical portion are substantially parallel to each other.

Embedded UWB antenna and portable device having the same

An antenna includes a grounding element, a radiating element, an interconnecting element and a conductive element. The interconnecting element connects the radiating element and the grounding element. The conductive element is disposed between the grounding element and the radiating element and apart from the grounding element and the radiating element. Moreover, the conductive element has a feed positioned thereon.

An antenna structure includes a ground element, a first transmitting element and a second transmitting element. The first transmitting element transmits a first wireless signal, and comprises a first connecting portion and a first radiation portion. The first connecting portion is connected to the ground element and the first radiation portion. The second transmitting element transmits a second wireless signal and comprises a second connecting portion and a second radiation portion. The second connecting portion is connected to the ground element and the second radiation portion. The second connecting portion is shorter than the first connecting portion, and the second radiation portion is shorter than the first radiation portion.

Notebook and antenna structure thereof

An antenna comprises a ground element, a conductive element, a signal line, a first transmitting element, a second transmitting element. The conductive element is L-shaped and connected to the ground element. The signal line is coupled to the conductive element. The first transmitting element is connected to the conductive element for transmitting a first signal. The second transmitting element is connected to the conductive element for transmitting a second signal. The first signal is a GSM900 signal and the second signal is a DCS1800 signal.

Antenna and notebook utilizing the same

Planar monopole antennas. A planar monopole antenna for communicating radio signals within a specific frequency range includes a substrate, a ground, a first sleeve, a second sleeve and a radiator. The radiator and the ground are formed on the substrate. The first and second sleeves project from a side of the ground in a first direction, wherein the first sleeve has a first length, and the second sleeve has a second length in the first direction. The side of the ground defines a third length. The radiator has a fourth length in the first direction, substantially equal to the sum of the first, second, and third lengths.
