A driven roller unit and a paper feeding device are provided. The paper feeding device includes a frame, the driven roller unit and a driving roller. The frame has a dome concave. The driven roller unit has an omnidirectional ball, wherein the omnidirectional ball is in the dome concave. The driving roller is disposed above the frame and the driven roller unit. When the driving roller presses on the driven roller unit, an angle included by the driving roller and the driven roller unit is adjusted due to the rotation of the omnidirectional ball relative to the dome concave, and therefore the force applied on the driven roller unit is uniform.

Driven roller unit and paper feeding device

A cleaning module and a printer using the same is provided. The printer includes a roller module, a transfer belt, a toner cartridge assembly and the cleaning module. The transfer belt is looped around the roller module. The toner cartridge assembly is disposed beside the transfer belt and suitable for rotating to a standby position or a coloring position. The cleaning module includes a frame, a linking-up unit and a scraping unit. The frame is disposed at the roller module. The linking-up unit is pivotally connected to the frame and suitable for contacting the toner cartridge assembly. The scraping unit is connected to the linking-up unit. When the toner cartridge assembly is at the standby position, the scraping unit is contacted to the transfer belt. When the toner cartridge assembly is at the coloring position, the scraping unit is separated from the transfer belt.

Cleaning module and printer

A transmitting module and a multi-functional printer (MFP) using the same are provided. The transmitting module includes at least two shafts and a conveyer belt. Each shaft has a circumference surface and multiple first fixing structures, and the first fixing structures are arranged in a row encircling the circumference surface. The conveyer belt encircles the shafts, and the conveyer belt has a body and multiple second fixing structures, where the fixing structures are arranged in a row on a bottom of the body. When the conveyer belt rotates along with the shafts, the second fixing structures engage with the first fixing structures correspondingly.

Transmitting module and multi-functional printer using the same

A toner storage device adapted to accommodate a printing toner and a recycling toner and multi-function printer using the same are provided. The toner storage device includes a body and a partition. The body has an accommodating cavity. The partition is installed in the accommodating cavity of the body to make the accommodating cavity partitioned into a first sub-accommodating space and a second sub-accommodating space, wherein a volume of the first sub-accommodating space and a volume of the second sub-accommodating space of the accommodating cavity are varied with an amount of the printing toner and an amount of the recycling toner.

Toner storage device and multi-function printer

A sheets-separating module and a multifunction printer using the same are provided. The sheets-separating module includes a body, an elastic element and a plurality of sheets-separating structures, in which the body has an opening, the elastic element is disposed in the opening of the body and has a first end and a second end. The first end of the elastic element connects the body, the second end thereof is a free end, and a section modulus of the elastic element is gradually descending from the second end to the first end. The sheets-separating structures are disposed on the elastic element.

A fixing structure for print head carriage rod and a fixing method thereof. The fixing structure is simplified and is able to minimize the flexure of the print head carriage rod. The fixing structure includes a frame body disposed in a printing machine, and a carriage rod mounted on the frame body for a print head carriage to reciprocally travel on the carriage rod for printing operation. The frame body has sidewalls and support sections formed on the sidewalls for supporting two ends of the carriage rod. The fixing structure further includes retainers for securing the carriage rod to the frame body. The retainers are positioned on two sides of the support sections of the sidewalls to together with the support sections prevent the carriage rod from being flexed so as to avoid deterioration of printing quality.

Fixing structure for print head carriage rod and fixing method thereof

A scanning mechanism including a scanning unit, a rail and a transmission element is disclosed. The scanning unit has a connecting portion and a supporting portion, the scanning unit is slidely disposed on the rail through the supporting portion. The transmission element is connected to the connecting portion of the scanning unit to drive the scanning unit sliding along the rail, and the orthogonal projection of the connecting portion on the rail and the orthogonal projection of the supporting portion on the rail are overlapped with each other.

Transmission mechanism for scanning device

A scanning device including a base, a guiding module and a scanning head is provided. The guiding module includes a guiding rod, a guiding element, a sliding element and an elastic element. The guiding rod is fixed to the base. The guiding element has a notch, wherein the guiding rod is slidingly disposed at the notch along a first axial direction. The sliding element is slidingly disposed at the guiding element along a second axial direction substantially perpendicular to the first axial direction. The elastic element is fixed to the guiding element and contacts with the sliding element, wherein the sliding element pushes the guiding rod to contact an inner wall of the notch along the second axial direction by an elastic force of the elastic element, so as to prevent the guiding rod from swaying during a scanning process.

Scanning device

A paper tray of printer is provided, which includes a paper tray body, a slide shaft, a first pick arm, a second pick arm and a paper width guide. The first pick arm is fixed on the slide shaft, and the second pick arm is slidely disposed on the slide shaft. The paper width guide is disposed on the paper tray body and is connected to the second pick arm through a linkage device to drive the second pick arm, so that a position of the second pick arm varies along with a position of the paper width guide. Accordingly, an interval between the first pick arm and the second pick arm can be varied along with a size of a paper, so as to avoid paper skew when the paper is fed.

A paper feeding apparatus includes a fluid-supply device, a connecting pipe communicating with the fluid-supply device, and a plurality of force units connecting to the connecting pipe, each force unit having a pressing wheel on one end thereof, wherein each pressing wheel operates in coordination with a paper feeding wheel for feeding paper. The force units output equal force according to the same hydraulic pressure so that the pressing wheels provide the same component force to the corresponding paper feeding wheel so as to improve the quality of paper feeding. Furthermore, a method for using the paper feeding apparatus is disclosed.

Paper feeding apparatus and paper feeding method thereof with a plurality of force units with fluid-supply devices

A feeding paper apparatus includes a rod having a fulcrum member thereon, and two pressing unit disposed on the opposite ends of the rod. Each pressing unit has a connecting device disposed on the rod, a buffering device movably and pivotally disposed on the connecting device, and a pressing wheel rotatably disposed on the buffering device. The pressing wheels provide the same component force on the corresponding feeding paper wheel so as to improve the quality of feeding paper. Furthermore, a method for using the feeding paper apparatus is disclosed.
