An illuminated keyboard includes a backlight module including a light guide plate, and multiple first and second light emitting modules. The light guide plate includes first and second sides opposite to each other, and multiple first and second accommodating portions. Each first accommodating portion has a first incident surface facing the first side. The second accommodating portions are arranged alternately with the first accommodating portions, and each has a second incident surface facing the second side. The first light emitting modules are respectively disposed at the first accommodating portions. Wavelengths of light emitted by the first light emitting modules are different at an initial time, and are changed at a predetermined interval. The second light emitting modules are respectively disposed at the second accommodating portions. Wavelengths of light emitted by the second light emitting modules are different at the initial time, and are changed at the predetermined interval.

A passive component structure includes an insulating substrate having a centered hollow portion and provided on a surface with a coil holding zone having at least one spiral receiving recess; at least one coil held in the coil holding zone and including a winding portion received in the spiral receiving recess and connected to a first and a second terminal; an insulating encapsulation member covering at least the insulating substrate and the winding portion of the coil; and a magnetic unit engaged with the hollow portion of the insulating substrate. With these arrangements, the passive component structure can include only one coil and be configured into an inductor, or can include two coils and be configured into a transformer. Therefore, the passive component structure has the advantages of having simple structure, reduced volume and improved insulation, and can be flexibly applied to make different electronic elements at reduced cost.

A method of manufacturing a bi-layered coating is provided, which includes applying a primer paint on a substrate, wherein the primer paint includes 100 parts by weight of a first polyvinyl fluoride, 20 to 50 parts by weight of an assistance resin, and 150 to 170 parts by weight of a first latent solvent, and wherein the assistance resin is polyester modified epoxy resin, polyester type polyurethane resin, phenoxy resin, or a combination thereof. The primer paint is baked and dried to form a primer coating. A finish paint is then applied onto the primer coating, wherein the finish paint includes 100 parts by weight of a second polyvinyl fluoride and 120 to 150 parts by weight of a second latent solvent. The finish paint is baked and dried to form a finish coating on the primer coating.

An automatic inkjet head cleaning method for a powder bed and inkjet 3D printer is provided, and the method includes steps: controlling a powder-laying module and a plurality of the inkjet heads of the powder bed and inkjet 3D printer to print a 3D physical model according to 3D printing data; retrieving a status value continuously or intermittently during printing; executing the first cleaning procedure for cleaning all or parts of the inkjet heads when determining the status value satisfies the first cleaning configuration value; and executing the second cleaning procedure for cleaning all or parts of the inkjet heads when determining the status value satisfies the second cleaning configuration value. The method automatically cleans the inkjet heads during the printing process, which effectively improves printing quality and reduces printing failure rates.

Automatic inkjet head cleaning method for powder bed and inkjet 3D printer

A light emitting diode driving system includes an infrared ray burning device and a light emitting diode driving device. The light emitting diode driving device includes an infrared ray receiving unit, a signal transforming unit, a storage unit, a pulse width modulating unit and a diode driving unit. The infrared ray receiving unit receives a burning signal transmitted by the infrared ray burning device; the signal transforming unit transforms the burning signal into a current control command and transmits it to the storage unit. The signal transforming unit generates a current control signal in accordance with the current control command in the storage unit. The pulse width modulating unit generates a pulse width modulation output current control signal according to the current control signal. The diode driving unit drives the light emitting diode by the pulse width modulation output current control signal.

Light emitting diode driving system and burning method thereof

The current adjustment apparatus includes a communication interface, a current generating module, and a current adjustment module. The current generating module includes a microprocessor, a memory for storing a current setting parameter, and a current generating unit; the memory and the current generating unit are electrically connected to the microprocessor. When the current adjustment module is not physically connected to the current generating module, the microprocessor makes the current generating unit generate a driving current in response to the current setting parameter; when the current adjustment module is physically connected to the current generating module via the communication interface, the microprocessor makes the current generating unit generate the driving current in accordance with a setting signal from the current adjustment module, and the microprocessor further overwrites the current setting parameter in accordance with the setting signal when receives a writing signal.

The casing has a first accommodating part for accommodating the electronic device. The second accommodating part is disposed in the casing for accommodating a peripheral component. When the electronic device is accommodated within the first accommodating part, electric power is transmitted from the energy storage element to the electronic device.
