An evaporation apparatus includes a holder, a source, a first sensor, a calculating unit, and an actuator. The holder is configured to hold a substrate. The source is configured to evaporate an evaporation material to be deposited on the substrate. The first sensor is configured to detect evaporation rates of the evaporation material at plural detection positions. The calculating unit is configured to estimate an evaporation angle based on the detected evaporation rates of the evaporation material at the detection positions. The actuator is configured to move the source based on the estimated evaporation angle.

Evaporation apparatus and evaporation method

A substrate packaging structure includes an upper substrate, a lower substrate, a frit disposed there between for adhering the upper substrate and the lower substrate, and a light-diffusing component. The light-diffusing component is disposed on the upper substrate and corresponding to the frit. The light-diffusing component is utilized for diffusing a laser beam.

Substrate packaging structure and packaging method thereof

A display panel has a display region including a first substrate, a second substrate opposite to the first substrate, a frit layer, a first reflective layer, and a second reflective layer. The frit layer surrounding the display region is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The frit layer includes a first edge adjacent to the display region and a second edge adjacent to the peripheral region. The first reflective layer surrounds the first edge, in which an orthogonal projection direction of the first edge of the frit layer partially overlaps with the first reflective layer. The second reflective layer surrounds the second edge, in which an orthogonal projection direction of the second edge of the frit layer partially overlaps with the second reflective layer, and the first reflective layer and the second reflective layer are disposed opposite to each other on the first substrate.

Display panel

A display panel and a sealing process are provided. The display panel has a display area and a non-display area; the sealing process includes following steps. A first substrate having a pixel array in the display area is provided. An absorption material layer is formed in the non-display area of the first substrate. A second substrate having a sealing material layer in the non-display area is provided. The second substrate and the first substrate are assembled, and a display medium is formed therebetween. The absorption material layer and the sealing material layer at least partially overlap. A laser processing process is performed on the sealing material layer, so that the first substrate is adhered to the second substrate by the sealing material layer. The absorption material layer is adopted for absorbing a portion of a laser beam passing through the sealing material layer in the laser processing process.
