A vital-sign sensor is provided. The vital-sign sensor includes an output/input port, a driving/conversion circuit, a detection circuit, and a controller. The output/input port includes a detection pin. The driving/conversion circuit is coupled to the output/input port and controlled by a control signal. The detection circuit includes an input node coupled to the detection pin. The detection circuit generates a detection signal according to a detection voltage at the input node. In response to the output/input port connecting a sensing probe, the detection voltage has a first voltage value, and the controller detects a type of the sensing probe according to the detection signal corresponding to the first voltage value. The controller generates the control signal according to the determined type. The driving/conversion circuit generates a driving signal according to the control signal to drive the sensing probe.

Vital-sign sensors

A heart rate meter and a method thereof are provided. The method is adopted by a sensing circuit of a heart rate meter, wherein the sensing circuit includes a pulse sensor and a proximity sensor. The method includes: determining whether the sensing circuit is close to a neighboring object according to a proximity output signal of the proximity sensor; determining whether the sensing circuit is hung in the air according to a direct current (DC) output signal of the pulse sensor; and when the sensing circuit is close to the neighboring object and is not hung in the air, determining that the measuring circuit can measure an electrocardiographic signal of the neighboring object.

Heart rate meter and method thereof

A power management method for a health care device is included. The method includes: detecting whether a smart garment is in contact with a user body; operating the health care device in a normal mode when the smart garment is in contact with the user body, or operating the health care device in a low-power mode when the smart garment is not in contact with the user body; and under the low-power mode, detecting whether the health care device is tapped to determine whether to transmit user health data to a user device.

Physiological signal detection device

A Bluetooth communication system includes a remote device, having a first Bluetooth module, and a user device, having a second Bluetooth module, and communicating with the remote device through the first Bluetooth module and the second Bluetooth module in a link state. When the remote device and the user device are over a communication range, the remote device enters an access state. In the access state, the first Bluetooth module re-communicates with the second Bluetooth module by a link back mode in a first time interval and a standby mode in a second time interval and when the remote device comes back with the communication range, the communication with the user device is recovered.

Method and system of Bluetooth communication

The position mechanism brings both the vibration device and the pressure device to a target region. The pressure device pushes the vibration device to touch against the target region. Vibration wave output instrument and method of using the same

The invention discloses a bone examination apparatus which includes a shaking module, a multi-mode ultrasonic detecting module, and a processing module. The shaking module is disposed close to a distal end of an examinee's femur, for inputting a shaking signal to the distal end. The multi-mode ultrasonic detecting module is disposed close to a near end of the examinee's femur, for detecting the shaking signal through the examinee's femur at the near end and generating a detecting signal. Additionally, the processing module is connected to the shaking module and the multi-mode ultrasonic detecting module respectively, for determining the examinee's bone density in accordance with the shaking signal, the detecting signal, and a first criterion.
