A movable magnet type linear motor with an improved end cover assembly includes a mover having a housing and an accommodating space extending along an axis of the housing for receiving therein a coil, wherein the housing having each of two opposite ends formed with a retaining groove in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the housing for receiving an end cover that is centrally formed with a hole so as to receive a stationary inner stator, and wherein an engaging mechanism is provided between the end cover and the retaining groove so that the end cover is allowed to be assembled to the housing in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the housing and coupled with the housing.

A brake structure for a main shaft of a direct drive torque motor comprises a body, a direct drive torque motor, a main shaft and a brake assembly. The main shaft is provided for fixing the torque motor and the body, and the brake assembly is mounted between the body and the main shaft. An annular brake oil room of the brake assembly is positioned against the main shaft, and the brake seat subassembly has a thinner brake deformation wall formed between the annular brake oil room and the main shaft. The annular brake oil room utilizes its high pressure caused deformation to the brake deformation wall, thus achieving a braking effect by pressing the main shaft. Thereby, the present invention is easy to assemble, and not only can stop the main shaft quickly, but also has a greater locking force.

A movable magnet type linear motor with a mover heat-dissipating assembly includes a mover having a housing receiving therein a coil seat for holding a coil, openings being formed at two opposite ends of the housing, end covers being attached to the openings and having central holes so as to allow an inner stator to pass through the holes, wherein a plurality of heat dissipating channels are provided between the coil seat and the housing while the end covers have plural heat dissipating holes corresponding to the heat dissipating channels so that external cool air is allowed to enter the housing through the heat dissipating holes and the heat dissipating channels, thereby cooling the mover.

A direct drive torque motor comprises: a body, a direct drive torque motor, a main shaft, a bearing assembly, a brake assembly, a cooling assembly, and a position-sensing assembly. The bearing assembly is used to position the main shaft in the direct drive torque motor and the body. The brake assembly is disposed between the body and the main shaft. The cooling assembly is located in the body to cool the torque motor. The position-sensing assembly is mounted on the body for sensing the rotation of the main shaft and then controls the drive of the direct drive torque motor. With above arrangements, the direct drive torque motor can be used on various machines that need to rotate to perform various angle control, rotation control and accuracy control, it can improve the life and the modular application of the product.

A clearance eliminating structure for a shaft of a direct drive torque motor comprises: a body, a direct drive torque motor, a bearing assembly and an adjustment nut. The main shaft includes a plurality of stages which are used to positioning the torque motor and the bearing assembly, and then torque motor and the bearing assembly are used to position the body. The main shaft is formed at the end with threads for enabling the adjustment nut to press tightly against the respective components on the main shaft. When the present invention is used on the assembly of the direct drive torque motor, which can not only simplify the assembly operation, improve the reliability, but also eliminate the clearance of the main shaft to increase the service life of the product.
