A keyboard includes a cover plate having a plurality of first keyholes, an adjustment mechanism disposed under the cover plate, and a plurality of keyswitches. The adjustment mechanism includes an adjustment frame and a plurality of adjustment portions. The adjustment frame includes a plurality of ribs defining a plurality of second keyholes corresponding to the plurality of first keyholes, respectively. Each of the adjustment portions is proximate to a corresponding one of the second keyholes. Each of the keyswitches includes a tactile feedback member and is located in corresponding first and second keyholes, so that the adjustment portion corresponds to the tactile feedback member of its corresponding keyswitch. The adjustment frame is movable relative to the cover plate, so that each of the adjustment portions drives a portion of the tactile feedback member to move, to change tactile feedback of the keyswitches.

Keyboard and keyswitch and adjustment mechanism thereof

A key switch includes a base, a key cap, a first support member and a second support member. The key cap is disposed with respect to the base. The first support member and the second support member are disposed between the key cap and the base. The first support member has a first linkage structure. The second support member has a second linkage structure. The first linkage structure and the second linkage structure abut against each other, such that the first support member and the second support member rotate synchronously with respect to a horizontal axis. When one of the first support member and the second support member horizontally moves with respect to the other one of the first support member and the second support member within a predetermined range along the horizontal axis, the first linkage structure and the second linkage structure keep abutting against each other.

Key switch

The invention provides a light guiding plate. The light guiding plate is transparent and applied to an input apparatus. A surface of the light guiding plate comprises a first region and a second region. The first region is covered by a non-transparent material. If a light is emitted into the light guiding plate, the light can be emitted out from the second region.

Input apparatus and light guiding plate thereof

A keyboard. The keyboard comprises at least one key, a base, a membrane assembly and a circuit board. The membrane assembly is disposed between the base and the key. At least part of the circuit board is disposed in the key. The keyboard is connected to a notebook computer or a personal computer via a connection member.

Keyboard

A key structure. The key structure comprises a substrate, a key cover, a first rod and a resilient member disposed between the substrate and the key cover. The key cover has a receiving seat defining an opening and a receiving space. Particularly, the length of the opening is less than the receiving space, and the opening is offset with respect to the center of the receiving space. The first rod has a first end connecting the key cover and a second end connecting the substrate, wherein the first end has a protrusion passing through the opening into the receiving space.

Key structure

A flexible printed circuit board. The board includes a first circuit layer, a second circuit layer, a first adhesive layer, a second adhesive layer and an intermediate layer. The second circuit layer face the first circuit layer, and the first adhesive layer is disposed on the first circuit layer. The second adhesive layer, facing the first adhesive layer, is disposed on the second circuit layer. The intermediate layer, having a plurality of first through holes, is disposed between the first circuit layer and the second circuit layer. The first adhesive layer adheres directly to the second adhesive layer through the first through holes.

Flexible printed circuit board

The invention relates to a wireless keyboard capable of operating with a radiation-based signal receiver of a computing apparatus. The wireless keyboard includes a radiation-based signal transmitter functions converting a corresponding key signal into a radiation beam and emitting the radiation beam. The wireless keyboard also includes a user-adjustable guiding device having a first end and a second end. The first end abuts on the radiation-based signal transmitter such that the radiation beam emitted by the radiation-based signal transmitter enters into the guiding device from the first end. The guiding device also leads the radiation beam out from the second end. The radiation beam, led out from the second end of the guiding device, has a covered zone. When the keyboard operates with the radiation-based signal receiver, the second end of the guiding device approaches the radiation-based signal receiver by adjusting the guiding device such that the radiation-based signal receiver is located in the covered zone of the radiation beam.

Wireless keyboard with improved radiation transmission

An illuminated keyboard having a key portion, a backlight device, a light-condensing plate, a diffuser, a printed circuit board, and a light source. The key portion includes a seat and a key, and the key is disposed on the seat in a manner such that it is moved upwardly and downwardly. The backlight device is disposed beneath the key portion to illuminate the key portion. The light-condensing plate is disposed between the light guide and the key portion. The diffuser is disposed between the light guide and the key portion. The printed circuit board is disposed between the seat and the backlight device. The light source is disposed on the printed circuit board.

Illuminated keyboard switch structure

A fastening mechanism for detachable keyboard modules with the keyboard module consists of at least one fastening seat. The fastening seat engages with a fastening means. The keyboard module is fastened to a computer casing through the fastening means. The fastening means includes a body, two slide channels and an elastic element. The body has a second fastener located at a front end and a housing chamber located at a rear end. The two slide-channels are located at two sides of the body to form a slidable coupling with two slides which located at two sides of the fastening seat. The elastic element is restricted between the housing chamber and a stopping flange which located at a rear end of the fastening seat. The elastic force of the elastic element may push the fastening means forwards to enable a second fastener located at the front end of the body to engage with a first fastener located at the computer casing thereby to enable the keyboard module fastening to the computer casing. When the fastening means is moved rearwards, the second fastener is separated from the first fastener thereby enabling the keyboard module detached from the computer casing.

Fastening mechanism for detachable keyboard modules

A portable computer has a sunken socket on an upper plane of the portable computer for accommodating a keyboard device. A front end and a rear end fixing mechanisms are installed at a front and rear end of the sunken socket respectively for fixing the keyboard device. The rear end fixing mechanism has an aperture. The keyboard device has a base plate, a front edge clamping mechanism installed at the front edge of the base plate for clamping with the front end fixing mechanism of the sunken socket to fix the front edge of the base plate, and a rear edge clamping mechanism installed at the rear edge of the base plate. The rear edge clamping mechanism has at least one fastening device. The fastening device has a track installed at the rear edge of the base plate, a sliding cap slidingly installed on the track along a front-and-rear direction, and a locking device for locking the sliding cap on the track to prevent the sliding cap from moving forward. Thus, a rear protrusion at the rear end of the sliding cap can be fixed in the aperture of the rear end fixing mechanism.

Keyboard device fixed on a portable computer

A pseudo key structure for detachable keyboard module includes a cap, a shaft and a latch member. The cap has an interior accommodation space and is mounted on the base board of the keyboard module. The shaft has an upper end rotational in the cap and a lower end rotational in the accommodation space. The latch member is held in the accommodation space and is driven by the shaft. The latch member has a protrusive end engageable with a stopper formed on a base upon which the keyboard module is mounted. By turning the shaft, the protrusive end can engage/disengage with the stopper to fasten/release the keyboard module to/from the base.
