A projection system and an expansion module adapted to a projector are provided. The projection system includes a projector and an expansion module. The expansion module includes a housing, a logic circuit, and an output port. The logic circuit is disposed in the housing to control an operation of the expansion module. The output port is disposed in the housing and coupled to the logic circuit. The output port is connected to an input port of the projector and outputs a data stream to the input port, such that the projector generates an image and projects the image according to the data stream.

Projection system and expansion module

A method for searching a signal source suitable for a multimedia apparatus with multiple signal terminals is disclosed. The method provides an ordered search list of the signal terminals to save the search sequence of the signal terminals. The multimedia apparatus sequentially detects the signal terminals according to the ordered search list of the signal terminals to identify whether an input signal is available. When a specific signal terminal of the signal terminals is found to have an input signal, the sequence of the specific signal terminal in the ordered search list of the signal terminals is set as the first sequence position.

Method for searching signal source and arranging signal terminals according to detected signal source

Waveform management systems and methods for ballasts are provided. The system includes a lamp, a ballast, a first interface, a storage unit, and a processing unit. The processing unit obtains at least one first waveform from the storage unit, and writes the first waveform to the ballast via the first interface. The processing unit transmits an illumination signal to the ballast via the first interface, such that the ballast controls the illumination of the lamp according to the first waveform.
